We were both kind of taken a back because first of all what we received looked nothing like this picture that's on the menu. The crab claws were maybe the size of your thumbnail. I'm talking you got about an 8th to a quarter teaspoon of crab meat. We each ate one and shook our heads at how very little meat was on there. When the waiter came back by, we let them know that we could not eat those, and the statement made was, "yeah, they suck." I wish they would've said something when we ordered them, but nevertheless, they were taken off of our ticket. The artichoke dip that we had was delicious as were the fries, it was just disappointing that our main protein was a letdown.

This was a very well prepared smash burger, pressed thin with a good crust developed. It comes on a toasted bun with pickles, sautéed onions, American cheese and their special smash sauce. I ordered the candied jalapeños as well for an upcharge of $1. The jalapeños made the burger amazing! The fries appeared handcut and prepared well with good seasoning. Sad because I was excited when this moved to Cabot. After multiple attempts to get a good product I've given up! The burgers are always overcooked and under juicy and the famed honey chicken biscuit was hard and had no honey hardly and the chicken breast was almost 2x smaller than the one in Texas. If you want a great chicken biscuit head back over the interstate about a 1/4 mile or so and on the left is a small gas station. They are usually out by 8 a.m. so get there early. If you want a great burger, head to David's in Cabot. The employees at this Whataburger seem nice enough but always seem to be understaffed. Whoever is manage this location should probably be replaced and soon as this location seems to be hurting the brand.

Other people were trying to get in and I asked them what the deal was. They said that it was because they're working on the parking lot next-door... the stores located where the parking lot was being reworked weren't even closed down because there were people walking to them... but the David burgers drive-through was open so I drove through and asked them what the deal was. I don't wanna eat in my vehicle so I just asked. She said because they're doing work on the parking lot... So I asked what does that have to do with inside the lobby? there are people trying to get in.. she didn't know either. Who's ever idea it was to close the lobby down when every other store around them had their lobbies open is not too smart. It just didn't make sense. Maybe a cheap excuse to give employees an easier day.
