Very disappointed in the service this morning! I went there to get a take out order for my wife and I and the place was packed (which was fine). Michelle took my order and I gave her my name. Thirty minutes later, I started to see people who came in after I did and they were getting their take out orders before me. I asked the man at the register about the status of my order. Michelle brought my order out and said that she was sorry but she forgot my name. HOW CAN YOU FORGET MY NAME WHEN IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE RECEIPT THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE BAG??? Not just that but why wouldn't you announce out loud that the order was ready or do something rather than nothing? When I got home, the food was cold and my wife's sandwich was missing the avocado that I asked for and had bacon which I did not ask for. I called and spoke with the general manager and at least he was willing to fix the problem. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY PLACE ORDERS! I came here for the convenience of having breakfast before I work out at the gym on a Friday Morning. What I got was a pretty healthy meal. I ordered a "Simple & Fit Seasonal Fruit Crepe" breakfast and found it highly nutritional and topped with 2 fruits and yogurt. What surprised me the most was that this Crepe breakfast was quite filling. It's not the best breakfast I've ever had nor is it the tastiest. But I did find it a change of pace if you are really health conscience and you are trying to watch your calorie intake. read more

Horrible experience ever!!! We waited 20 minutes for waitress to acknowledge us. She was taking orders from the table next to us, which they arrived later than us. She was passing by constantly ignoring us so we decided to go. Don't go to this IHOP! First not only did we get sat down and waited for the next 30 minutes to have our order and drinks taken, they messed up our order a few times. Forgot the sauce w our orders and forgot toast, even after reminding her twice she never came with it. Fries were also burnt. Leaving we had a buy one entree get one free. Pulled it up and they told me they couldn't take it. Then the manager came with his attitude being disrespectful and wasn't even answering our questions. Tried showing the coupon and just kept saying nope not taking it nope. When we asked why his response was "because we don't". So since he got attitude we kept asking but why it's from ihop the website and he told us it's not from them they're not gonna take it. Didn't hand us our receipts either. Had to go back in and grab them. He didn't even say a word after all that. Worst place to spend the holidays. Disgusting manager. Bad service. I want my coupon back too! read more

Came here after a doctors appointment and called before hand to make sure they had patio seating where they allow dogs. The manager said yes so we decided on IHOP for a late brunch. We were greeted right away by the hostesses and they were very nice. Our servers name was Melissa she was very helpful and accommodating to my son who wanted to custom order his kids meal. When the food arrived we were starved so we dug in but our bacon was very limp and looked like it was possibly still alive. I told the server I was so sorry if the bacon could be cooked a little more. The bacon came back burnt to a crisp. When the manager came out he said I was lucky I allowed my dog that they are good people. I never said they weren't good people? Also I didn't know dogs weren't allowed or I wouldn't have dined at the establishment. Our server was great so I don't know why he said they're good people cause I never suggested otherwise. He didn't hesitate to let me know when you want well bacon this is what you get burnt. I just wanted normal cooked bacon. You know, the kind that won't get me sick from eating raw pork. He eventually brought me decent bacon but after explaining why my bacon was raw and that's how bacon is and so on. I wasn't looking for all these excuses a simple I'll have that remade or I'm so sorry I'll fix that for you right away would have sufficed. Thanks manager for killing the vibe. I ordered a french toast combo and breakfast sampler through the app. I picked up my order and when i came home the combo part of my french toast order was missing (scrambled eggs bacon and hashbrowns). I called the location and requested partial refund or credit back just for the missing food. One girl answered i explained my situation and she put me on hold, another girl answered and i again explained what happened and she hung up on me. I called again. A girl answered and i explained why im calling. Put on hold. A man named Gilbert answered I explained my situation. Everyone told me I had all my food in the bag. I didnt. I ate my french toast and they said my food would be under it. They kept telling me I had all my food when i didnt. Gilbert said he would refund me once they are no longer busy. He did not take my name or order number so I know that wont happen. All i wanted was partial refund for the missing combo. I am disappointed in the service. read more

Please read! Worst service ever! We were seated quickly and then we waited and waited and waited until someone finally came over and offered us water. After waiting an additional 15 minutes a different waitress showed up to take our order. The food seemed to take forever and when I asked about it the Manager seemed to acknowledge us and headed into the back.after a few minutes our waitress shouted "your food is not ready yet!" at my girlfriend and I as she passed by with another customer's food. Hands down the best pancake place I've been to. Whether it's for breakfast or brunch, IHop never lets me down. Their servers are always so friendly to my pals and I and to top it off, the buttermilk pancakes hit it out of the park. The ham and hashbrowns are great too but I'm mesmerized by the pancakes lol. I've always loved going to IHop for pancakes. The last time I went was during the night so it wasn't packed or busy. My sister and I had ordered their seasonal limited time pumpkin spice pancakes. Best pancakes ever. They tasted amazing. I usually get their blueberry pancakes but when I saw these on their "secret menu" I had to try. They were very warm and smelt delicious. Great and fast service. When we ordered the young grind hot chocoate for my kids they ran out of the "green" cream that goes on top of the drink. I've been here several times and it's decent. Today I decided to pay them a visit. The food is decent, you can't complain, but the service has never been great. By the way I love their pancakes and waffles. Back to the story, I was sitting down for 8-10min and nobody bothered to even acknowledge me and say, "we'll be right with you sir." So I waited and I noticed a lady sitting next to my table waiting for someone to pay attention to her because she was ready to pay. This happened around 2pm. Well i looked for someone to have pay attention to the costumers and they didn't even know who my server was, but I guess they didn't even know I was there sitting by the front door by myself. BLT without mayo...yes. I express this to our waitress Ann and she was told that it does not bring any which made no sense. She got the menu and inform the cook that it states it on menu. We have been to this Ihop before usually it's a hit or miss with the service. Well today was a hit..from the hostess to our fantastic server Pancho a very nice young man an he was on top of his game. Very attentive to detail...we didn't have to ask him for refills for the coffee pot or for the extra napkins..he saw my hubby pouring the last of coffee and came right over to refill the pot. When he brought our food he already had extra napkins for us without me asking for them like I always do. When I asked for some extra Splenda packets he brought those right away didn't have to wait 10 mins. like before. To the Mgmt of this IHop you are very lucky to have him..very nice and professional young man. And our breakfast was very good! read more

Very clean, friendly and delicious food! While we were eating, we witnessed the managers not being afraid to help their servers when they saw the need. Three managers were on duty it seemed and all of them were very involved. Yes, the food took a bit to come out but it was busy! It's expected! I didn't know what the big deal is, were they serving something different then all the other IHOP's? So my wife and I tried them out on a saturday night and they were completely dead. Place does get packed. It's a 10am on a Friday with a 10minute wait, not bad but would hate to be here on a weekend so plan accordingly. What I do love about this IHOP is that is open 24hrs.
