I've been back a few times over the years, and this location is either fine or REALLY bad. We waited 40 minutes for food, which usually isn't a big deal for me but at no point did anyone even apologize for or mention the delay (and there where only maybe 3 other people in there) Finally got our food. I ordered the blueberry pancakes. Instead they gave me pancakes with blueberries ontop. I was too hungry to care at that point. Got maybe a 3rd into the pancakes and found out they where fully RAW in the middle. Told the waitress, she offered to take them off the bill. Bill got handed to us a few minutes later, they're still on the bill. She comes back and says it hadn't been taken off yet, and gives me the correct bill. They were only marked half off and I still got charged for the part of the pancakes I ate. Fair enough I guess but it feels really weird to nickel and dime a customer for the restaurants mistake. Hardly any apologizes. Also got charged for the "double blueberry" pancakes and not just the blueberry topping they gave me. I just paid and left at that point. This is the perfect place to go whenever you're hungry late at night. Our waiter tonight was very attentive and checked on us multiple times during our meal. We got the spinach and mushroom omelette with buttermilk pancakes, and the pancake combo with strawberry and banana pancakes. Our food took an hour to come out, and only came out after our server went into the kitchen to help cook and push out orders which I applaud her for. We had an incredible visit. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly. Tara was our server and she is exceptional.

Went in for breakfast this morning and waited over 30 minutes for our food and they weren't even busy. I ordered a mushroom, spinach omelette made with egg whites cause I can't do whole egg. Well I didn't get the egg whites and there was no spinach on it except for the top along with 2 mushrooms. Not to mention there wasn't even no cheese. My husband wanted me to send it back but I told him I'm not waiting another 30 minutes for them to correct it. I did get half my hash browns which weren't even done. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT FOR DELIVERY!!! I don't know why I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the last time they messed up my order because they did it again! I ordered cupcake pancakes which were supposed to include a frosting drizzle. I received dry pancakes that were missing the frosting drizzle, no syrup or butter. I could not eat them. I ordered a side of crispy potatoes that was missing from my order. I ordered a big steak omelette, which includes salsa and sour cream. I received a cold omelette with no sour cream or salsa. I placed my order for delivery with Uber Eats. Upon receipt of my order, I called IHOP and spoke with a manager. He offered to remake my order only if I could drive to the restaurant to pick it up. Clearly, this was not possible. I would not have used a delivery service if I was able to pick it up in the first place. The manager then advised me to contact Uber Eats to request a refund. The customer service representative at Uber Eats was polite, but she did not handle my concern to my satisfaction.My entire breakfast was ruined and it was a waste of almost $50!!! I should have received a complete refund instead of $4.00 for the missing potatoes. Although both companies played a role in the negligence of my order, the majority of the blame belongs to IHOP. This was a horrible experience. Before we were seated, the young man told us they only had one cook, and told us we may not want to eat there. We decided to take the chance. There were only three other tables with people. After about 10 minutes, he came to the table and took our order. He brought us our drinks. And we sat in the booth for 1 hour, before our appetizer arrived. Approximately 30 minutes later our food arrived. One of our meals was the "Cali roasted turkey melt". It had two small pieces of turkey, two pieces of bacon, two cherry tomatoes, no avocado, no cheese, and no mayo. There was more bread than meat or cheese. And absolutely no avocado. They should look at the pictures in their menu , and at least get close to the image when they make the sandwich. The appetizers were cooled off enough that the mozzarella cheese sticks we're not melted. They were hard. The other meal was a breakfast meal. There was supposed to be biscuits and gravy. I received a biscuit that was cut in half, and fried on the grill to warm it up. It had either small pieces of onion, or small pieces of potato burned into the biscuit. We rejected the turkey sandwich meal, and took the breakfast meal to go. We were tired of sitting in a restaurant waiting. Also, this is a restaurant that serves its meals on stoneware. Why are we getting plastic cups with dipping sauce? The plastic cups are smaller than normal dipping cups, yet the price didn't change. There wasn't enough gravy to even cover the biscuits. However, I imagine this IHOP on Wilma Rudolph will be going out of business soon due to the abhorrent condition of the store. We had breakfast/lunch here today and found the restaurant to be completely unsanitary. 2022 has brought many things to Clarksville but higher priced food and zero cleanliness standards have been the main theme for most restaurants. We were sat at a dirty booth with torn up seats. The floor was filthy. We did move ourselves to a table. Now that's the bad so far. How some good. Balance is everything. We were greeted and sat right away. After we moved our server came right away. Coffee and water and ordered with in 10 min. All a big plus. Our pancakes were raw, eggs were gross and runny, and the service was subpar. We decided to just leave and pay versus finishing our food because it was so gross.
