Just went for dinner literally only 4 other people there we order small plates they drop one of the 3 dinners from our group bring 2 and say it'll be 5 more minutes we dropped a plate do they offer anything or comp that meal nope so 2 of us ate while the 3rd person just sat there. Beyond rude and I think I'd die if I was ever in there and every goddamn server wasn't on their phones standing next to the kitchen. read more

I had not been to an IHOP in years. But when I received a free stack of pancakes for donating blood, I though this would be a good time to see if their pancakes were still as good as I remember. Yes, they were! The pancakes were still fluffy and delicious. I also ordered a plate of biscuits and gravy because it is one of my favorite dishes. They were also delicious. Place order online arrive to pick up I believe her name was Olivia stated there was no order. I had proof on my phone, including a receipt where I ordered it online. I had to re-order it pay for it again and never refund it for the first one even the Cook in the back had an attitude! She tossed bag with no condiment inside when I asked her for syrup and utensils. This location is a well oiled machine! We were warmly greeted by our waitress Samantha. Best IHOP I've ever been to in terms of service, correct and quick order, food was hot and fresh. The service here was terribly from the moment we walked into the door. We knew seeing it was a holiday that it would be busy but didn't expect for them to have a terrible attitude about it from the moment we walked in. They made us wait even though there were plenty of tables open and then sat us in the very back ( I didn't mind). We got there at 1:00 and did not get our food until 1:46 and were gone by 2. The staff kept meeting up and chatting and laughing at this booth behind us when there were many customers throughout the place. Food was decent but made our stomach hurt immediately. Good food and service but needs way more parking spaces. It was packed to the gills! I had a rude lady cut me off for a parking space after I politely waited for her to let her son out in the middle of the "road", and then when I'd been waiting forever and someone finally pulls out... this jerk pulls right in and steals the spot I had been waiting ahead of her to get. We almost had a collision had I not backed off to avoid an accident. I didn't want to be rude and corner the person coming out because they needed space to get out as well. I realize you can't control other people's attitudes at your business, but that could have been avoided with ample parking.. So, your establishment lost my business that morning because I wasn't about to wait around again for something else to open up. I was prepared enough to wait for service even if it took an hour but getting cut off after I had waited long enough for just somewhere to park was ridiculous because you guys have a whole empty grassy area but not enough parking. If there were no stars, this COCKROACH INFESTED IHOP would be rated as such. My son and I came here for breakfast. The wait wasn't long and everyone was very nice. When we were seated, we were taken to the back where larger parties usually go. There were a couple other families there as well. Our waiter came over and took our drink orders as we browsed the menu. Suddenly, my son said, "Mommy don't move! There's a bug behind you." When I turned around a big fat cockroach was crawling up the back of my both seat! I got up and told another waitress who happened to be standing close by...and I said it very quietly so there was no commotion. She offered to sit us in another booth. When we were waiting for her to clear the table, I looked down and there were about 50-100 roaches on the floor, some dead but most fat, full and still crawling around!! I almost lost my mind! All these people sitting around... nobody noticed?? I told my son not to touch anything, not to drink his drink, not to sit at the new table we were offered. I pointed out the roaches to the waitress... surprised nobody had noticed them before. She didn't even look like it mattered to her. I almost vomited in my mouth. The floor was disgusting and food was everywhere. When our waiter came back I told him we were leaving. He was pleasant and I am sure we would have had a great experience with him had we stayed, but the infestation of roaches was simply unacceptable. I tipped him for the coffee I never drank. This IHOP should be shut down permanently! How is it that roaches are able to roam freely in a restaurant???? Unacceptable! read more

I'm always hopeful when I go into this IHOP because I love some of their menu items. However, it was the same today as always. We were made to wait while there were at least 15 tables available. Hostess was not happy that we didn't want to sit where she wanted to seat us.. Waiters were standing around playing on their phones and just having a great time doing nothing as far as I could tell. When we left, there were 6 families waiting to be seated and there were open tables everywhere. Even with COVID protocol, they could have seated at least half of them. Put that awful, horrible whataburger out of business and build up this good, respectable restaurant! Out of the two, there is no reason to go to Whataburger.
