I don't know about all the previous negative reviews about this restaurant, but I must tell you one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. We were greeted when we walked in and seated and then within two minutes, the waitress came introduced herself, bought our coffee and proceeded to take our order. The food was out pretty quickly served hot and fresh. Our waitresses name was Keshia. I can't say enough good things about this young lady. She was very attentive refilled our beverages without asking and all in all was a 10. shout out to another young man who was working there didn't get his name. He was cleaning off the tables and doing some serving. all in all It was a pleasant experience and it seemed the whole crew There was pretty tight and worked as a unit. and by the way, the bathrooms were very clean. I am from Pennsylvania. Looking forward to my trip next year to visit this restaurant again. this review is meant for the beach Boulevard location in Biloxi. read more

We came in at 9:30 to get a late night meal which was WELL before closing. We waited for someone to serve us but instead we had to go to the back and get somebody. When we did they were rude and clearly didn't want us there. Would not recommend. read more

If I could give negative score I would ... we walked in on Saturday night with NO ONE even here ... drinks took forever , so did the food. Kids ordered Mac and cheese and it was a side dish. The kids hamburger is complete red not even cooked all the way. The then proceeded to seat the most loud and obnoxious kids right in our ear yelling the whole time. These people are honestly trying. They're short staffed and the wait times from line to seat and to plate is easily 30-45 minutes even during slow times. That extra level of service that wait staff used to have anticipating needs isn't there. Customization request like "no onions" went ignored in the question. Worst breakfast I have ever had. I am currently living off of a microwave in a hotel room as I am here for training. It's Sunday, so I thought I'd order some takeout for breakfast, little did I know my order would be wrong, and what they did give me was disgusting. I got the sampler which comes with eggs (any way you want), 2 sausage links, two slices of ham, two slices of bacon, hash browns and two pancakes. I ordered the eggs over easy, of course they came the only way I don't eat them (scrambled) and the ham and sausage taste like they were cooked, left out overnight and recooked. The pancakes were fine.. The worst meal I've had since I've been here (roughly two weeks). What a disappointing way to start a Sunday. Save your money. read more

This was your classic IHOP meal. You go to IHOP for classic breakfast fair and this did not disappoint. The service was impeccable, our waitress was super cheerful and made breakfast really fun. I have mixed feelings about this place. I have no complaints about the food. Matter of fact, the food is great; better than I expected. That says a lot for this place. The service on the other hand, is another story. We were quickly sat down and noticed a few families in the restaurant. Now, that being said, I thought we get top notch service. I was wrong. We sat in a booth and the seats were very comfortable. He gave complimentary waters, but took forever to come back to take our order. When he did come back; he took our orders but didn't ask us what we wanted to drink till we told him after we told him what we wanted to eat. After he took our order, he never took the menus from our table the whole time. As many times he can by! Now, I ordered the bottomless pancakes. He brought it out before the appetizer we ordered. Not till we got our main food we finally got the appetizer. He brought out double of one of the orders we did not ask for and forgot side salad till we asked about it. Not going to hate on the food. We had to ask for napkins too. Really?! Only reason I gave it a high of a review I could. Honestly, the service sucks and took forever. I should have low balled it and just did one for the food but it was so good tho. Never ask us if the food was good or provide us refills. When I asked for another stack. It took forever and if he came by and told us. I would have understood. Instead, I just asked for it to go. I got tired of waiting. When it came time to check out. I know I had gift cards but took so long to check out. They provide free WiFi, just ask for the password and do military discount on regular items not specials. Not mask required. My suggestion is add another person and not just one waiter handles the tables and check out. Now, only 3 tables. But ask we left, I noticed he had 5 tables to deal with. Probably one of the worst I've been to. This entire chain has fallen off over the years, but this one is bottom tier. The lady next to us asked for "diabetic" (sugar free) syrup.....we don't have any was the answer. Then her husband requested powdered sugar on his French toast......we are out, was the answer. Then they requested decaf coffee.....we don't have any more. A young couple came in and sat down. After 10 mins of waiting on 1 of the 2 servers to come get a drink order they got up and left. Mind you me and my coworker had been waiting 20+ minutes for our meal to come out while we watched all this. Then we see a customer go to the kitchen door and peek in to ask if everything was OK back there. I guess he'd been waiting for a long time. Then after we picked over our food that took more than 30 minutes we go to the counter to pay, but our waitress says we have to go to the workstation register to pay. While I was signing my receipt she hawked over me as to see if she was getting a tip. I felt bad for the $2 tip I gave but for a $24 horrible, half- eaten breakfast that was all i could bring myself to give. What could improve??? SOME GOOD HELP!!!! That includes a cook, wait staff, adequate inventory, and satisfied customers. The list goes on. Great service in a cool and clean and friendly restaurant. This restaurant was located just steps from our hotel and we were welcomed immediately and got our food quickly, which was perfectly prepared. The $6 menu is a great deal and we enjoyed our meal. We had time to relax and plan out our day's driving route. Definitely recommend this location. read more

Second time, exact same things were missing from my order which makes it a habit. As much as I enjoy their omelets, I think I'm gonna have to put this as a no more order from restaurant. My grandma and I went in this morning to have a nice meal and first of all, they sat us down with one menu and nothing else. Our waitress was standoffish and rude at first, although she did get a little nicer towards the end but the service was terrible on her part. We both ordered bacon, hashbrowns, eggs and pancakes. When the food was brought out, it was lukewarm yet we had no silverware so by the time our waitress actually brought the silverware, the food was freezing. The only salvation was my new york cheesecake pancakes, and even then there were barley any cheesecake bites in them, which i asked for a togo box for. I was hoping to add a positive review as I really like their pancakes, but this location in particular is poorly managed and staffed. The wait time was excessive. I was surprised they weren't very busy, but now I know why. Their flat-top needs a good cleaning as the hashbrowns or anything else cooked on it tastes like OLD, RANCID oil. I figured to give them another chance, then another. This morning was the last straw. Not only did the food come out tasting like that nasty old oil, but the servers spent more time huddling in the corner making fun of their customers. I can only imagine what they say and do behind that CLOSED KITCHEN DOOR! Definitely my last visit to IHOP in D'Iberville. They need a corporate visit. Of course the number one complaint at a restaurant is either the server or the wait time. However our wait time was longer than necessary because the hostess/ busses forgot us! As in all together. We were seated in the foyer waiting to be seated. After several people who arrived after us were seated before us we relocated to the lobby since the space was now available. The hostess then asks if we went back to our car. Absolutely not sir, we were here the whole time. Once seated we received our drinks fairly quickly. However both the apple justice and orange juice tasted like pure syrup. I believe the drinks are mixed however whoever was in charge of mixing today needed to read the instructions again. read more

This ihop is a joke. While I waited for my online order there was an average of 13 tables with 2-4 people at them each, with just as many employees working. Yet all of the online orders were wrong in one way or another. They missed one of our meals (Colorado omelette) completely, they Took an additional 30 minutes for it to be made for it to still be wrong! Then when I asked to speak with the manager, Angela got an attitude because I let her know that I wasn't happy and she walked away instead of correctly by the order or getting the assistant manager like I had asked. I get home and the Colorado omelette is a bacon and cheese omelette so still wrong! IHOP! Come hungry, leave with adult onset Diabetes. I'm NOT complaining! The pancakes were good and my eggs, FOR ONCE, were scrambled juuuust right: firm but moist and not hard enough to knock down a mule! The server took my order, dropped of my coffee carafe (in their new philosophy of self-service) and dropped off my food and then evaporated like a fart in the wind. Meh... no worries. The pancakes were good and were EXTREMELY sweet.... but good. My teeth now itch, so that's a thing! Thing is I swore I'd never step foot in this Ihop ever again after the "Banana incident" a couple of years ago. During their "Banana" event.... they ran out of bananas. I came there specifically for that. Their excuse: "we ran out." Ok... shit happens but you know that there's a Wal Mart LITERALLY 300 yards up the road. I'm sure they have an entire produce section overflowing with them! When I worked at a pizza joint in college, if we ran out of something, we had to go get it.
