This is a description of what I ordered: Fantastically fresh and totally Tuscan-inspired. Sweet basil, roasted red peppers, garden-fresh spinach and diced ripe tomatoes with Parmesan all atop fluffy scrambled eggs, Now I'll begin from the beginning, we were treated and seated promptly. Server took out drink order: coffee, orange juice two waters with lemon. She returned with our drinks, set the coffee and OJ on the table. Then she sets one of the waters on the table and the lemon falls off the glass and onto the serving tray. She quickly picks the lemon up and put it back on the water glass, as if I didn't see it. We ask for Splenda she slides a container of sweetners across the table it had three packets of Splenda. So we asked for additional, she plopped them down on the table. Now for my food- the description says the items are served on top of the eggs. Nope the spinach and roasted peppers were cooked in the egg, and cold diced tomatoes were piled on top. No basil to be found, and the spinach was not chopped but whole. I guess that's a matter of preference. There there was no seasoning in the fish it was rather bland. I eat at this location probably 4 times a month. Sheila always take great care of my wife and I. The food is always good, and I have never waited more than 10 minutes. My wife got the bananas foster French toast and I got the all you can eat pancakes sausage and eggs breakfast. Both meals were well cooked and downright tasty. Eaten here twice. It is a busy place, but they will get you in and out quickly. A clean and spacious restaurant. The customer service is very good. The staff is very professional, friendly, and hardworking. It also seem like they really enjoy their jobs which makes for a pleasant experience. The food is great. I pretty much go to IHOP for the Belgian Pecan Waffles. The only thing negative is that I think they cook the waffles a little too soon and by the time it is served to the customer, it is not piping hot. Will definitely eat here again. read more

This is the nearest ihop to me and my daughter's and I favorite place to go on Monday mornings. The waitresses are nice however management and the women at the front who seat you are beyond rude. Today I went there with a friend and our kids, mind you I am a regular, the lady who basically came to us and said how many? No greetings no nothing and on top of that she had an attitude come to find out she was a shift manager ...what a shame!!! She was Caucasian and has short blonde/orange hair SONIA to be exact!! I said could we get a booth but not the last ones at the end because it's literally under the vent and it gets cold at times thos little piece of crap said " Well its not like we can do anything about it"!!!!!!!! I do understand that but I was only asking not to be seated there...!Then I see her going table to table to ask people how was everything when she saw me looking she said I will come and check on y'all... never did!!! This type of person should never be in management or in customer service this is unacceptable and I will not be coming back to this location again y'all lost a long time repeat customer. Today I came in at 1:30 to get a Sampler TO GO. The Asian Hostess said it would be 15 minutes. So I sat by her podium and waited. It's not until 30 minutes LATER i get my food; which eating it now, it's cold, wet and soggy...not very pleasing for the money I had paid.....also I had to be at work at 3pm, I didn't get to swipe my card till 2pm...I work in buckhead, I was 13 minutes late....obviously this staff doesn't care about wasting people's time.... I even told the host, "okay that sounds great, I really need to get this quick and head out." She didn't even tell me my food was ready.... for all i know it could have been sitting there near the cashier for 15 minutes till the cashier asked "Hey is this your food?" I'm very pissed because again...my job was just threatened because I needed to eat and this place chose to drag it's feet. Also usually when I eat here, I have to remind my server(s) for refills, and ask for something simple like Jelly more than 3 times in the same sitting... I come from a restaurant background so i can understand (stared as a dishwasher and ended being a bar manager)...but so far this staff has shown nothing but laziness. Personally if my Girlfriend didn't like the food so much, I would never come back. my time and money would have been better spent at mcdonalds. read more

Late night trip on our way home from Six Flags. 4 adults and one child. The couple and child with us were served their food and ours never showed up... Watched the table that came in after us be served and also served one of the items we had ordered. We asked to cancel our order and they did so. No apologies or attempt to rectify this. You can't correct ignorance but you can correct carelessness. read more

I went to this IHOP twice this week and both times they got my order wrong. Both times I ordered over the phone and the person I talked to repeated my order back to me verbatim and both times they left things out and both times at least one of the entrees was wrong. The management seems to be apathetic to the fact that all the rest of your food is cold by the time they fixed the mistake that they've made. Sadly though this is very common in Douglasville Georgia so many of the chain restaurants operate the same way with no sense of urgency. read more

All I can say is the service was bad tonight. We were out in Douglasville and decided to stop and eat here. The food came out there was hair in the eggs I got. The grits had no taste even put lots of pepper on them did not help. Told the waitress about the hair with egg attached to it and she said what do you want me to do? Really we had a hard time getting her to refill our drinks. I was so looking forward for breakfast for dinner now just wished I would have drove on. We paid 21.75 for food I couldn't eat. I don't know I just can not seem to eat food after finding hair. With the waitress whom seem to to care. I will never be back!!!! I will never waste my money again!!!! read more

LOVE iHOP. This one is very good. Occasionally get a grumpy waitress or burnt toast on the bottom of a sandwich but over all very nice. Consistent food and good prices. Word of advice though- IF you order pick up make sure you check your whole order to make sure its correct. The to-go orders I've gotten have always been bad. read more

Service was TIRED. it was an EXTREMELY slow night with a party of 7 our first group arrived and had been seated but rushed to get our orders in ( we had already explained that we were waiting for the others.) when everyone got there we were still being rushed and finally agreed on getting waters. Our waitress didn't show up for some time. She finally brings us our water, and we're ready to order. Gone again for longer than the supposed time our food finally arrives, but when we get it it was problem after problem: one person's eggs, bacon, and potatoes were cold, another's ENTIRE entrée was cold, stakes were cooked wrong TWICE and and a burger was EXTREMELY dry. My already upset mother didn't get to eat the stakes or at all that day for that matter, she took the stakes back and was hassled by the night manager when she asked for the price of her $7.00 pancakes(four pancakes in which she gave to my sister and myself) to be lowered. My family and I love this location IHOP. The staff is great, so accommodating. The manager is great. We come here every weekend and love it. Service is quick and excellent, the food is always good. It is very clean too. I would highly recommend it. read more

the bananas were pretty good, i loved the nutella, my waiter was very nice. something about the place was quite average though. i kinda felt underwhelmed. overall i enjoyed the meal, but they gave me a very small box for my to go crepe. read more
