We went during a time when it wasn't very busy so there was only one waitress working. She severed seven different tables like a champ! The host chipped in a little bit as well so we never had to wait too long for anything. We were seated close together so the one waitress could serve us and that meant being close to families with children but other than that, the visit was a good one! How this location gets any reviews beyond 2 stars baffles me. Service is beyond slow every time. Most of the employees speak little english making communication/ordering difficult at best. getting what you actually ordered is up to a stroke of luck. Shrinkflation has hit hard as prices have gone way up and portions other than pancakes have gone way down. We've now been finished with our meal for a good 15 min waiting for our check after asking for it and haven't seen anyone. Granted it is mother's day, but there are far more empty tables than there should be especially for such lacking service. It is clean though so at least we don't have sticky elbows while we're trying leave. read more

Pretty typical IHOP, Friendly staff welcomed me at the door asking me "how my day has been?" Got seated and the waitress was right on top of me taking my drink order. You can tell that this place is a well oiled machine that stick to the IHOP routine. She came back with my drink and took my order, all less than 5 minutes. I order ordered the cheeseburger omelette, just because it sounded different. I was so different, if you like hamburger, and you also love hash browns than this is for you. The omelette came out hot as fire with ground beef, hash browns and cheese stuffed inside the omelette. On top they put more hamburger (honestly you can not have enough). The cheese cheese on top was just like government cheese (yummy). This was a supposedly good breakfast. Good job to this staff at IHOP. read more

IHOP needs to work on their customer convenience. Their website has online ordering but it doesn't let you sign in to order. It allows you to sign up for other costly sites such Grubhub, UberEats and DoorDash to deliver. If all you want to do is pick up your order you can sign up for GrubHub, Seamless or Postmates. All of them have added cost so you might as well have it delivered. Best of all you can sign up for their rewards but you can't sign in to get rewards. The food is okay at the regular price but adding over $5 or more just to pick up your own food is rediculous and certainly not worth it. Websites are to make it more convenient so you don't have to call to be put on hold or have to talk to someone. Beware when you call to place the carryout order the more expensive cost is charged. i guess to pay what the food is worth you need to dine in. read more

I'm a huge fan! The International House of Pancakes has branched out and added more options on the menu. Today I indulged in the BELLA BENNIE! An Italian version of the classic eggs Benedict dish. No English muffin but instead a French toast brioche slice. No Canadian Bacon - just a sliver of their basic ham. No hollaindaise - just a cream sauce. To add to the Italian flair - some Parmesan cheese thrown in. The poached egg was cooked perfectly. The brioche was sitting too long on the griddle so it had an extra crispy exterior that was a little to dark for my tastes. read more

I used to love coming to IHOP especially late nights with friends or early mornings with family. I came to IHOP several days ago with friends and my friends' son. Our waitress was actually very sweet but the kids food never really came out so we had to ask her about it. I work in the industry and I understand mistakes happen so I wasn't too worried but my friends were definitely super unhappy. My friend's son's food ended up coming out after all our entrees came out. There were plenty of food options available, from breakfast to lunch to dinner and many different kinds of pancakes. We ordered an appetizer platter and it was alright! I ordered a bowl of fruit that ended up being smaller than my hand, which was a bit sad since it was $5. The hash browns were fantastic but I'm not sure I would come back soon. The service was average, food prices were a bit higher than I expected, atmosphere was alright! read more

This is my local IHOP and my wife and I have been in probably 3-4 times in the last few months. We've always received good food, prompt service, and it's generally never busy around 12-3pm. The servers can range from relatively indifferent to very friendly and they all were on top of it and getting the job done. While we do enjoy the food, we also keep it pretty simple just ordering Tres Leches pancakes (highly recommend) and some eggs with bacon. I don't know how these items could really turn out bad, but the fact that it's always tasty and fast makes this a very reliable place for a good pancake fix! read more

i have came here 3 times recently and every time i get the same waitress Michelle who ignores us and many other tables she has. she brings the wrong drinks and takes very long to take orders. Chains are relative predictable on the food and this location is no exception. We find the food well prepared, served hot and with appropriate condiments. Where I feel this location shines is in it's service. The servers are great. Food is delivered while it is hot and the "extras" that we ask for (Tabasco sauce, extra napkins, ketchup, etc) are available and brought without delay. The wait time that is quoted is usually very accurate. My only complaint is that the coffee service isn't enough and it may take sometime to get a server to refill the coffee container. read more

Me and a group of friends visited this IHOP location this morning. I don't eat at IHOP very often, and I'm not from the area but this is where we ended up. It was a busy Saturday morning, but service was AMAZING. Our servers name was "Carla", she was so friendly, funny and just so pleasant to be around! Neither I or anyone in my group ever had to ask for a refill (despite how many tables she had), and she nailed our complicated order full of substitutions (I'm a picky eater). She really brightened up our rainy Saturday morning :) Also i didnt think "melt in your mouth" waffles were a thing, but i just had one and it was freaking amazing. Hands down the WORST experience I've had at an Ihop. We walked in with about an hour to close (we didn't realize this location wasn't 24 hours) and immediately heard a waitress saying "great a big party and we close soon." Mind you it's only 4 of us but ok. So we get sat and another lady comes to wait on us (thankfully). This waitress is okay. A bit of a dry bedside manner and in need of some common sense but I can deal with that. Anyway we quickly order and try to speed up the process since we felt bad about being there so close to closing. As we are waiting for our food another party of 3 comes in and gets sat and the same waitress makes another remark about them coming in when it's approaching closing time. At this point we get our food and we hear the same waitress start asking someone (the manager Im guessing) if she locked the doors yet because "they're closed." She asked this multiple times and loud enough for us to hear even though we were on the other side of the restaurant. There was still another 20-25 minutes until the actual closing time. Fast forward to us waiting for to go boxes and the check, we hear the same waitress yet AGAIN say loudly to our waitress "I'm trying to figure out why people still in here and we closed" as they're waking toward the dining room. Even though they weren't closed and didn't close for another 10 minutes. We got out of there as quickly as possible and will not be returning. That whole location needs to be revamped and the waitress with the bad attitude needs to be fired. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else when in this area. read more

After a few minutes wait, we were seated by Michelle, who also turned out to be our waitress. The place was very busy for a late Friday morning. Michelle took our order, and returned with two of the three orders. We had to wait about 5 minutes for the third. This always sets up an uncomfortable situation. It is rude to begin unless everyone has been served, but your meal will then be cold. The best compromise is to share a portion of your meal with the unserved person, so all can begin at once. Of course this all could have been taken care of in the kitchen, even it it meant leaving two meals under heat lamps. The late meal was their signature Big Steak Omelet. Big it was, but not on taste. Hash brown potatoes were inside the omelet, resulting in a tasteless mass that even salt pepper and hot sauce could not save. It was a real struggle to get through. The "Steak" was a few shavings of well done meat on top of the mass. I expected that every next bite would uncover a piece of steak inside, but that never happened. The bill was $40 for three. Good customer service can sometimes be scarce, especially in a chain breakfast spot. But it was truly 5 stars for good food, pleasant servers and a clean and positive environment.
