I came here with a friend for breakfast. She got the avocado toast, I got the multigrain pancakes with eggs. The service was fast. Yadiri S was our server, she was great. Super helpful, quick and made adjustments to the order when needed. Give her a raise, she's a great server! The atmosphere is a bit loud, but it's a large restaurant so it's to be expected. Wait time was zero for two people. We got a nice booth. Bathrooms could use updating, but they were clean. Parking is lot parking. Great experience, easy to order, thanks ihop!

A family brunch place full of memories. Blueberry pancakes are my all-time favorite. They've got so many more items on the menu than before.

Came here on a few late night runs and Paola has always been super amazing! Thank you for making my experience great every time.

Haven't been to IHOP in years, thought we'd go back for the pancakes. Super busy on a Sunday (of course), not sure what I was expecting but I was hoping to eat pancakes with my eggs and sausage and it didn't come out till my plate was almost finished (and it was only brought out because we had to remind them, twice). I believe in always supporting businesses but with what we paid for $$ and timing of everything, there are so many other local/ mom and pop's breakfast spots to choose from. 7 out of 10 for me.

I came to dine at IHOP today and the overall experience was very satisfying and highly recommended! I ordered a traditional breakfast platter, including fried eggs, bacon, ham, sausages and hash browns. Everything was fried just right, especially the bacon was crispy but not dry, and the sausages were very juicy. The fried eggs were sunny side up, and the yolk was tender and smooth, which made people's appetites whet. In addition to the main course, we also ordered classic original pancakes and blueberry pancakes. The original pancakes were served with a ball of cream, which was soft and sweet; the blueberry pancakes were even more amazing, with sweet and sour jam and dense fresh cream, and every bite was as happy as eating dessert! The service was also very good, the waiter was friendly and the food was served quickly. The dining environment was clean and comfortable, suitable for slowly enjoying a hearty breakfast in the morning. If you also like classic American breakfast, this IHOP is a good choice! I will come back again.

My daughter wanted IHOP. I didn't feel like reasoning with a 5yr old, so IHOP it is! Super friendly service and attentive. My little girl was happy. Stick to their pancakes and you should be fine. There was no wait time on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Good location: plenty of parking/safe area.

Michelle was a great! Super attentive and kind! Food was delicious & nostalgic no complaints

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish over something that should be incredibly simple: an omelette and toast. I ordered a veggie omelette with regular eggs (not egg whites). What came out was not an omelette -- it looked like two eggs cracked directly onto the griddle, barely mixed, with visible egg whites and partially runny yolks, then folded over and served. That's not an omelette by any standard. When I politely pointed out that the eggs were not scrambled or whisked together, the server insisted they were, despite us both being able to clearly see the separated whites and yolks. Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, he doubled down and even told me it would "taste better this way," adding that he prefers it because the other eggs are mixed with pancake batter. That explanation was unnecessary and unprofessional -- guest preference should come first. He did offer to remake it, but I hate wasting food (I work in the food industry myself), so I chose to eat it and just asked for my wheat toast. A manager later approached me without identifying himself at first, and by then I had already decided to move on. The toast eventually arrived -- without butter, which required yet another request. Individually these might seem minor, but together they showed a complete lack of care and attention to detail. I would have gladly waited twice as long for the omelette to be made correctly. Serving something this sloppy and then arguing with the guest about it is unacceptable, especially at a breakfast chain. Very disappointing experience.

We came for dinner (to have breakfast food ) around 7:30p and we had a great meal. Our server was really friendly and attentive. I really appreciated that. It's an older IHOP but it's smaller and quaint with a gorgeous view at sunset. Really glad we chair this one thank you to the staff!

However, since we came at night time where most of them were closed, we got parking right in front. This spot is more of a take-away place, with 6 counter seatings indoors, and maybe 3 chairs right out front. This tiny burger spot seems to be run by just one person, so it helps that you can self-order at their kiosk. He was very attentive juggling between cooking the made-to order items, and check in on the costumers in case they had questions. After placing my order at their one device, it was roughly a 15 minutes wait. Here's what we ordered: CHEESEBURGER - $9.90 High-quality beef patty smashed with grilled onions, serviced on a toasted Martin's potato bun and topped with pickles and their fry sauce. I really enjoyed this rich tasting burger. I think that fry sauce was a huge factor...but also that soft bun...and that flavorful beef patty. I really enjoyed this. FRIES - $5.25 Golden Thing-Cut Fries. Perfect. I mean this was made to order so they were warm, crispy and so dang good! It's how fries everywhere should be! The crispy lace edges, the juicy center, the grilled onion, the slightly spicy sauce, the slightly sweet bun...all dreamworthy! Their sweet potato fries aren't all that great to look at, but omg, always perfectly cooked and salted! Perfectly complimented with the fry sauce. All that said, we were disappointed when we received our last order: 1. Packaging change (paper wrapped instead of cardboard box for the burgers) robbed the craveable edges of their crispness. Plus there was so much grease on the paper wraps it actually made it messier to eat than before. 2. The sauce has changed. The spice level increased (still not too spicy), but a side of sauce (which you pay more than a $1 for) is now sent in a premade branded packet. I have zero issues paying extra for a good sauce made fresh in-house, but instead of tasting like a fresh sauce made with mayo and spices, it now tastes of oil and spices and is not nearly as tasty. We noticed the difference on the burgers as well, so it seems like their sauce is all premade now and not nearly as good.

A manager later came over and asked them to put the dog on the floor, and that's when the couple became upset and began arguing with the manager, basically yelling. What stood out to me was that as they were leaving, the woman stopped at the host stand, asked the host her name, started yelling the name out loud and then walked out.
