The service is so horrible here I refuse to go back. My husband and my 3 toddlers went out to eat at this restaurant. We got seated and for the next 30 mins that's all we saw of any service for our table. No drinks, none of our orders were taken. Seriously...do they understand what it's like to keep 3 toddlers entertained when they're starving for 30mins? My husband finally flagged another waitress to see what was going on only to find our server went on break. Where was the replacement server? Why would they sit us if they weren't ready for us? The food was great, it's been a while since I've been to ihop, but we felt a bit rushed since the beginning. Before my wife and I even sat down and got comfortable, we were already being asked what we wanted to drink. I asked for a lemonade ice tea and just got lemonade which is okay but being asked so quickly what I want to drink and still get it wrong was a bit frustrating. And it was around 2-2:30 pm so there really wasn't many people there. Driving LA to Vegas and needed to stop for breakfast in Hisperia. IHOP called my name. Not disappointed. The ambience is classic IHOP. Clean and neat. The service is also classic IHOP. Our server was incredibly helpful, prompt and friendly. We shared the caramel bonbon pancake combo - a holiday special. More than enough for two people to share for a breakfast, and all for eight and a half dollars. Such a deal! And they split it in the kitchen for us. I went to IHOP today, to meet my sister in law for breakfast. Our server's name was Tonya! She was bright and cheery. She knew and explained so many yummy things on the menu. Usually enjoy coming here but today was a disaster. My food came out wrong 3 times. My wife's food was wrong. My daughters plate was covered in chocolate on the bottom so the table had chocolate all over it. My coffee was full of coffee grounds. To put the icing on the cake the portions were horrible. The staff here is friendly so no complaints there. Now if you go down the hill to another ihop you can get hash brown, eggs, bacon, and pancakes for 4.99 which they don't have up here. You can only get that for about 10 bucks up here. The problem though is that up here they give you an extremely small amount of food, the other locations seem to give you the double the amount. Very expensive for very little food. As far as the quality it's average taste like any other breakfast spot. Your better off making the same food at home for cheaper and getting more of it. read more

When it comes to franchises, IT IS WHAT IT IS. I don't go in expecting to be greeted or treated like a local (which I am) or to have excellent service... I enjoy going to this location. It is close to our house and has a decent amount of parking spaces. The restaurant is clean and the food has been good every time we go. Just STAY AWAY FROM SIDE ORDERS $3.49 for two pieces of toast is outrageous! Juices can be expensive to $3.69 for an OJ that they sell as large and it's a regular size glass. read more

Tried this location on our way to Vegas because it's right along the 15 freeway. Definitely good service. Friendly staff and has a smile on their faces. Food are outstanding! Sirloin steak are delicious, definitely recommend on trying it. I know that every IHOP are different, I guess depending on the chef but this one I'll give it an A+. read more

My first visit to this location and was very impressed. Customer service was excellent and food was good. Restaurant was well kept and clean. All the servers seemed to be friendly, well organized, and on top of things. I was surprised that they are only at a 3star rating. We just moved to the area and will be back. Customer service is a big deal. Even though they are under a different franchise IHOP is a whole. To keep a customer coming back there should be guidelines. If a restaurant closes down for renovations and the customer has the order number. Why don't you feel the order and take it up with corporate. Why should the customer have to deal with the issue. 1st time here. Everything is perfect. All their employees is very friendly, greet u w/smile. That is what I call "customer service". The 1 thing I really loves about this place is their"mug" not smelly of cream and coffee, like all other restaurants. I don't know if they separated the coffee from tea mug, but their tea mug is not smelly. We went here for breakfast during a family reunion on the 4th of July! We had 30+ people in our group. They were busy and we were still seated within 10 minutes of arrival. They had 3-4 waitresses checking on us, bringing food/drinks/refills/extra sides, cleaning up spills..etc. They were super friendly. One of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant in a big group. They have really stepped it up. We were super impressed and ended up tipping over 100% of our bill. Two eggs, sausage, hashbrowns a side of 4 pcs of bacon with coffee for me and my girl and it cost me $42 not including a tip?! The eggs were cold and runny, the sausage tasted like something from the Walmart discount meat section, our serving of cold hashbrowns was anemic, The $5.00 side of pathetic stale bacon that was so thin I could've read a newspaper through it and it was disgusting. I'm still kind of speechless because even the service sucked. I wish they would just serve me adequate food in decent portions for a rational price instead of showing me annoying commercials on television. Went there with my family and kids an had a worse service ever. Sabrina the waitress who was cleaning the drop lights didn't say hi but she did ask how many. After we ordered, we got our soup but no silverware. We were not given any napkins. I had to pick it up from another table. No one came to us to ask if we were doing ok. It was not busy at all.
