Placed an online order today for my sons birthday breakfast when I arrived at the restaurant the staff had no idea where my order was placed , the staff was very rude when I was telling them I had ordered from that specific place kept telling me I ordered from the wrong location so as I'm walking in to show my confirmation she comes out with some excuse that it was on another table okay, I get home and realize that they had made a mistake I call and I'm talking to the staff and you hear teresea in the background saying "what does she want us to do" with a real sly attitude. I get on the phone with her she is arguing back and forth with me and then ultimately hangs up on me. Don't waste your money the food wasn't even worth it. Sad to see this place go down read more

This is my local neighborhood IHOP. I have been coming here for 9 years and always enjoy coming. It has its good days and bad but they always have speedy service and descent food. The owner says hi when he is in the restaurant. They also have completed a bunch of much needed upgrades recently so the place is looking nice. read more

A group of 5 walk in and after doing an immediate survey of people in attendance we just assume, with high hopes that the service will be timely. I mean, with only 5 people total already eating and another 5 arriving to dine, the service shouldn't be an issue, right?! Wrong! I'll give it to the host, we were seated immediately. However, it took someone 10 minutes from the time we sat down to take our beverage orders and the kind lady that did wasn't even our waitress. After we received drinks, it took another 15 minutes and few stare downs before our waitress finally came over and took our meal orders. There was only one cook (who was friendly) in the back so you all can imagine the wait time to actually get our food. All in all, we all enjoyed our meals. read more

Walked in at 530am half asleep left full and happy. Server Andy is the best most entertaining Sever ever IHOP should be happy to have this man in there. This place is disgusting and they don't follow any of the COVID guides. They don't give out paper menus, instead they give you laminated menus that they don't even wipe down. The one they gave me had coffee stains all over it. They don't have any tables closed down, so you will sit next to other guest. The only thing they do is the employees were masks. Came here for lunch on Friday 3/23. When I was being seated I asked if there was a seat close to an outlet so I could charge my phone (I was unable to use the car charger in my rental car, and was constantly needing to charge my phone wherever I went). There was some staff sitting at a table doing roll-ups, the manager had them move to the other side of the aisle so I could sit at that table and use the outlet that was right there. Very, very nice of him to do that for me. Had a spinach and mushroom omelet (can't have meat during lent), which I had never had before, and it was awesome. Boy this gentleman is funny, fast, courteous, professional, all while limping on one side. He won't disappoint you! OK so an update to my last review. Like I mentioned prior I've been coming to this IHOP for the past 9 years. I have always liked the food here and most of the time the service except for the last few times. Today we came back for a family breakfast and saw all the upgrades done to the facility. I must say.... nice floors! Also lots of new faces in the FOH. Today the wait was about 25 mins which is not too bad for a holiday weekend. Food came out prompt and services was friendly. Excellent service! And food consistently good! Andy is the best! Hope he is your waiter! The place can get crowded but they do a great job seating you and your party asap. Parking can get tight close to the place too, but it is a strip mall like parking, so you will find a spot. But overall, this IHOP is an excellently run, casual, clean, no long waits, family friendly place for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. If you are coming up leaving the Florida Keys, you know having breakfast or brunch anywhere down there will get you trapped later in the traffic jams of people getting out of the keys. A good option is to drive early all the way out to Homestead (saving you from the traffic trying to get out of the keys) and come to this IHOP, eat, and you then get in the Turnpike north in 5 minutes. read more

k so I used to come here a lot and everything was fine until today. I called to order pick up and the waitress did not understand me so I had to call back three times. She charged me extra for things I didn't want and I ordered a chocolate chocolate chip pancake and she charged me extra for it, which would've been okay if she had given me the right pancakes. I went to this location several times and the service was good, however a recent visit left me very disappointed. The first waitress seated us and opened with "where are you from?" She persistently asked very rudely, making me feel very uncomfortable and awkward. When I changed the subject trying to keep it friendly, she scoffed then walked away. We had a great breakfast today at IHOP on us1 and 399, food was on point, our server Andy was the ultimate professional, he was fast with our orders, had great recommendations and he was very entertaining, we will definitely be going back to enjoy again. Fantastic service all around. The waitress was super friendly. The bus staff was quick and efficient ready to clean the table when each group left, and had it clean in under a minute. Came here for dinner and me and my gf were the only ones there. Which was nice since it made it more private an peaceful. The server as very nice but failed to mentioned that the refills are not free. The drink was around 2.40 and every refill was an extra 2.40. Not that big of an issue but still annoying seeing as they are the only restraraunt I've been in that does that. I ordered a bacon burger well done and it came out delicious! DO NOT SIT WITH DAISY SO RUDE!!! I will never step foot into this IHOP again. I have been going to this IHOP since before I could talk. I came here for birthdays, graduations, and sometimes just for a quick snack. Which is what I was doing with a group of my friends at the beginning of this week. It was about seven of us eating. When we walked in three of the girls went to the bathroom while the rest waited in the front for a table. Eventually, the server came up and asked us how many. When we told her seven she said she would have to see because the kitchen was about to close. We said we were surprised because we thought they were twenty-four hours. She then replied in a rude tone that "Yea we can close if we want to", "Just like McDonald's gets a break we do too". She obviously didn't want our money so we decided to go somewhere else. I went to the restroom to let our three friends know we were leaving. When I came back out she was cursing at the friends I left in the front. Calling them a@#$holes and slutbuckets. She even called one of my friends a white b@#ch. We still had to wait for one more to get out of the bathroom, so we had to stand there while she continued to yell and curse at us. Telling us "to go ahead to Denny's, because if you don't I'm going to fight you". She was still yelling while we were walking out. Susan was an absolutely miserable waitress. Horrible service, waited 20 minutes for 3 pancakes and when they arrived, they were cold. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant but yet she said it would be a few minutes before she could get fresh ones out. The place itself was dirty and in desperate need of renovation. For one single small cup of coffee, these crazy people charged $2.69. For one small cup of Mountain Dew, they charged $2.59. We weren't even offered refills!!
