We always come as a family. The servers are pleasant and kid friendly. Food is always amazing!!!!

We have been to this location a few times and it has always been pretty good. Sometimes there is a wait but it is our choice to wait. Every server we have had has been great and very friendly and gave us good service. Managers need a refresher training in customer service though. They are not the most pleasant or professional bunch and they are supposed to set a good example for their employees. Some people rate this place like its supposed to be a 5 start restaurant and that is what they expect for a $7 meal. I think ihop gives you a great value for the money and its service that makes it or breaks it. So far it has been good for us. read more

For a Saturday, this place was packed. Parking was ridiculous because there was none! The front door area was crowded and it took me a minute or two to even get through the crowd to get inside. Kind awful and unorganized really. I called ahead for my food so it would be hot and ready when I got there. I asked the lady at the counter for my food by name, she said ok and went to the back to check. When she came back said it would be a minute or two they were still cooking. Well ok, no biggie. When my food finally did come out 10 minutes later it was cold. Huh? How is that possible when you told me they were just finishing up cooking it when you went back? No no no lady, I want new food! So she sends it back and they supposedly make more food. Eh, okay cause now Ive been here almost 30 minutes fro a pick up call ahead. No bueno. The food. Eh, my red velvet pancakes tasted like buttermilk pancakes. They were just red in color. No bueno. No frosting drizzle or powdered sugar on them either. Why? Its red velvet and its NOT red velvet. Hmph. Hash browns were the only GREAT thing. Yum for those. No bueno on everything else. The bad part about this is, I will come back. Sigh, for the love of pancakes!!!!! My husband and I eat at this IHOP location often. The service today was absolutely tje worst I have ever had! The young lady server was so unattentive is was ridiculous, even to her peer that was working the table around us. When I approached the manager (lady with all white hair) she acted like it didn't bother her one bit that she had upset customers. As my husband and I walked up to the counter to tell the manager that we were leaving, she again acted like it didn't bother her to loose customers. We WILL NOT go back to this IHOP, I will take the drive to Busbee from this point on to Crackel Barrel! read more

I really dont know what to say and not to say about this place. . Its your typical IHOP.. food is pretty decent but nothing to get excited about... the omelettes are overpriced but tasty... i do suggest the butter pecan syrup though.. and as far as customer service goes... well... our waitress was great. She did an awesome job but it did take quite a bit longer than it should, to get our food.. our menus had syrup on them so that kinda sucked. Lolol and the place was actually quite dirty... overall, it was an ok experience but doubt we will go back anytime soon... read more

My husband and I stopped at IHOP at 1950 Cobb Parkway for breakfast this morning. We sat in Marshall's area (our supposedly server), however, he never approached us nor acknowledged our presence. He really needs more customer service and sensitivity training. A nice server by the name of Maradith was extremely nice, apologetic and courteous to us. Let me preface this by saying that I've never left a negative review on Yelp. This was bad. Came on a Sunday morning, there was a wait. No problem. Once we were seated, we noticed our waitress was in a terrible mood. Then, we noticed ALL the wait staff seemed to be in a bad mood. The cherry on top was that two managers came, stood by our table, and complained loudly about how one of the wait staff was doing a poor job. Total lack of professionalism. Guess I shouldn't have expected more from IHOP. The food took forever to arrive and was pretty mediocre. Save yourself the time and money and stay away from this place. read more

I love this IHOP. My mother and I come here and the service is always good. The servers are particularly pleasant and attentive. I sit in D'antes section (pronounced dee-ahn-tay) because he is fast and friendly (always smiling) and won't fail to make sure he is always available for his guests. My go-to is the omelettes and flavored pancakes. It's a great deal for the amount of food you get around 12 bucks. The omelettes are cooked just right and the pancakes are sweet and light, the perfect accompaniment after a rich omelette. I dig this IHOP and will continue to come here when those pancake cravings kick in. Good job! ! read more

This was the absolute worst service I've ever encountered and we never made it to the table. If you can't get the hostess station correct I have serious concerns about the quality of the food. We were told our table was ready, then oops, never mind please wait for a minute. Called back again with the same story. No way we are going to eat there ever again! Pitiful! There was a hair inside my pancake, meaning that it was probably in the batter. I told the waiter and they asked me if I wanted to get another order of pancakes. Why would I want anything else out of the kitchen? The fact that they were so nonchalant about it leads me to believe that it may not be as uncommon as I would like it to be. read more

This 5 stars is for this particular experience 1/4/17 -12:30pm. Had breakfast here and it was excellent! The service was great, the food was great, and the timing of getting my check was great! She even brought hot syrup along with our order without us even asking! This place is pretty good. It's your average run of the mill IHOP. My only warning is if you get a server that doesn't want to write down your order, make them write it down. 3 omelettes later, it was still wrong. Since they tore down the trailer park across the street there are no longer drifters hanging out in the parking lot. Other than that it's pretty solid. read more

We went here to eat on Sat night. Horrible food. We had to wait 7 minutes just to get a hostess to come to the front to start greeting people. Then another 2 minutes to get to our table. The lady had her coat on like she just got in or was heading home. Very unfriendly. I ordered the steak omelette. It came out cold and the steak was fatty, boney, like grade F meat. I told the waiter and all I get is a sorry. They didn't even give me a discount. My son's pancakes looked like poop. My 10 year old loves IHOP and he didn't even want to eat the pancakes. He said they were a big mess. I heard a waitress complain at the next table that she had been there 12 hours and there were only 3 of them on the floor all day. This place is probably about to close. Bad service and horrible food. I won't be back! I've been coming here for years. Sad. read more

Why the low rating you ask. I get here order my food then when it comes out in told there is a 10 minute wait on grits. So the rest of my food is supposed to get cold waiting on grits or better yet the waitress suggest I substitute for extra toast. Are you serious or nah. So I say take my food off the ticket she acted like she didn't want to. You mean to tell me that nobody knew that there weren't any grits done. Wow what a bad experience! Took my wife and 3 kids here for dinner, waited for 30 minutes for the food to be undercooked. The food was disgusting. We told our server that the food was unacceptable. The manager "Patty" came out and asked what was wrong. I told her, and she pointed her finger at me and told us we could leave our food on the table and go. It was pretty rude. Stopped by with T after he got out of class late one evening, and pretty much everything was closed.. and I had a strange craving for iHop. Service was top notch and there were some eclectic people there, which made for an interesting night of people watching. I just got a cheese omelet -- darn this Lenten diet!!! It's an IHOP. This one is very clean, even the ladies' room. Staff is genuinely nice. Michael was an entertaining server, doesn't listen attentively, but really cool guy (as servers go). Menu has become so broad that you have to FIND the breakfast items. The food is still bland. They still have that great fake strawberry syrup. That is all. read more

Good food, Ashley( the waitress) memorizes all our complicated orders and was really nice.

We came in and they were super slow. More waiters then customers. After 10 minutes no one had come to take out drink orders. We saw the wait staff debating who would have to serve us. Some one finally drew the short straw and came to see us. We both ordered the 2x2x2 meal which is 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and 2 bacon. By the time we got our food we had been in the restaurant 45 minutes and were one of 5 tables in the restaurant. Every table that ordered after us got there food before us. We had to do the check hand gesture to finally get our check as our waiters was avoiding us. Then she got the check wrong and we had to hunt her down to fix it. A party of 13 went to Ihop on 5-26-2017 arriving at 10:10 pm. We were seated at 10:30. We waited and ask several times about our food. Two cooks "called out", training two cooks, filling to- go orders, but tables that came in an hour after we were seated were served. About 11:30 pm I ask the waitress to cancel order our order. She said order should be coming up. Some time later she returned with one third of two orders, 15 min. later part of two more orders, later two orders of pancakes. At 12:45 pm five of our party told the waitress we were leaving. There was still eight people with no food which included three children. We were celebrating my granddaughter's graduation. Several of our party was from other states and had came that day to Marietta for the graduation. read more

Great experience here. My server Nakii was AWESOME! He got me seated and promptly took my drink order. He came back with my drink before I even realized he was gone! He sat with me a moment while I decided on my order. I didnt see everything I wanted on one plate, so he had it put together for me the way I wanted. It was a fantastic experience! I was enjoying my meal when two ladies walked in and sat behind us. They had a small white fluffy dog with them with no service blanket. We watched as the dog sat on the table, stood on the seat leaning over to the next aisle of booths. One of the women kept trying to get the dog to stop jumping around. A manager? came over and she asked if the dog had a service blanket. The answer was "no." The manager? then told her that she could stay if the dog was kept under the table. I love i hop! Its always been a great place to take my family ! Although today it was quite an experience. I had an amazing table server named Yuridia . She was a very sweet young lady. She was kind to my family. When it was time to get our food the manager named Patty was VERY unprofessional. She came and gave us our food . We told her it was the wrong food and she left . Our server came back to apologize for the confusion. Then patty came back and gave us someone else's food. We told her that wasn't ours and she got mad . Then in front of us she said "what's wrong with her" talking bad about our server ! FIRST or ALL..., if your a manager you should never talk bad about your employees in front of customers! She was so unprofessional! I was so upset she embarrassed an employee! This manager should be trained correctly! Once again Yuridia was very nice ! She apologized and gave great service! read more
