What a sh*t show From no service to bad coffee that stayed black after six creamers . I had to water it down with hot water and that was still too strong . Food order came out wrong three times . My Waffle was goo on the inside and when I asked for strawberries they practically just gave me strawberry syrup with some mushy stuff in it telling me that they're out of strawberries . Instead of letting me know ahead of time so I could have ordered something else they just made me kind of deal with it . That store was overwhelmed with customers and no busboys but those waitresses maid up for it as they were so sweet and ever so polite. They handled reception, clearing tables when they could and serving ALWAYS with a damn smile. Where in the world was that manager???? Those waitresses need a raise dog!!! read more

Normally, we get great service here, but tonight, the old lady who was waitress asked what we wanted to drink, laid the menus out and walked off- commenced to rolling silverware and filling shakers, all awhile not providing the drink and taking our order. After we asked if we could help her get our drinks, she comes around with them, and throws the straws at us. Went here with a group of people for brunch. The service was pretty good but the food was just okay. I got sirloin tips with over medium eggs but they felt more like over easy to me. Steak was overly sauced and pretty sweet. I also got protein pancakes which tasted a lot like the regular pancakes. I didn't taste much of a difference so hopefully they gave me the right thing. Pancakes were just okay. Turkey bacon was decent. The service was decent. The employees are running around and they were able to stop and get whatever we needed. As long as you don't have high hopes for breakfast this place isn't bad. I feel like the prices are a little too high though for what you get. There are better local places for breakfast that I prefer, but if you like the IHOP brand this will do. read more

Who knew an IHOP at 11:30 at night would have such amazing service! Tonight my wife and I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Samantha. This woman is a through and through hard worker. It shows and i respect it. The food was better than anticipated. We started with the jalapeño cheese bites. They were enough to get us started. The jalapeños do tend to come out in one piece. Recommend eating them with a fork and knife. Also had the late night burger that came with egg, bacon, and cheese. We also had the fluffy French toast. First off i ordered my usual the breakfast sampler and i usually make a couple tweaks to it like changing the ham and the bacon to hash browns and more sausage my waitress didn't make it known that i wouldn't be able to do that instead she said ill see what i can do. Now when we got our food, i had no extra hashbrowns, no extra sausage js 2 of the regular peices of sausage that come with the meal she handed us our food and walked away instead of explaining that she wouldn't have been able to substitute any of the other 2 sides she js gave me nothing but 2 pieces, 2 eggs and a hash brown now i asked if i could get an extra side of hashbrowns for free because i wasn't even given any of the other sides she said she spoke to her manager and it ended up free ON THE RECEIPT i handed her 60 and my total was 41.45 i was handed 15 flat back so basically paid the 3.55 for the hashbrowns. horrible service would not recommended. read more

Honestly, I love Ihop! But tonight was not it at all. It was slow. 3 tables when we walked in.. took 10 minutes to seat us. Took Jessica B our server 20 minutes to reach our table, just to ask us what we wanted to drink.. I would understand if it was busy.. I also work in the restaurant industry. When it's slow like how it was, your table shouldn't sit there wondering if they are going to be able to get served. She checked on everyone else but us during those 20 minutes. There was a 10 min wait for 2 waters, a sprite and hot coco... and completely understandable for the hot coco, but everything else? We were sitting there eating, when this table walked in, they got sat immediately next to our booth and were asked for their drink orders immediately, she brought their drinks out, and got their food order all within 15 minutes. Came in expecting the usual great service and good food. purposely passed several eateries on the way. Only to get dealt with idk! waited 20mins after ordering & still no food. other tables came in after well after us. they were seated & food delivered. even their extra orders. We were a party of 2. party of 4 were happily eating while our server Hailey slide girts on our table while passing by. No Im sorry for the wait or there was a mix up in the kitchen. when I asked the manager, Hailey came back to the table to explain that the kitchen in sections. My biggest concern is that out server Hailey, seemed to have no problems that her table still had no food in over 20min plus while surrounding tables came in well after us and were eating. IHOP is pretty standard fare everywhere I go. That's why I occasionally go there - it's predictable. Generally, it's in the same category as other chain family restaurants, with the exception that IHOP specializes in pancakes - thus the name. In this case, I had to request the Butter Pecan syrup, which is the other major reason I pick it. This trip was no exception, with a Chicken Fried Steak and pancakes. It was everything I'd hoped it would be, meaning good. COVID had limited the capacity and I got the impression that they were still bouncing back from having been closed, or at least limited. The restaurant was not half full, but did quite a bit of business with meal delivery or takeout orders. The staff was helpful and polite. As a whole, it reinforced my belief in IHOP as a stable and reliable brand and worth the trip if you're in the area and unsure about some of the other dining options around. read more

I came to this IHOP having some serious pancake cravings earlier and was unfortunately not too impressed by this location. IHOP has always been a classic comfort food joint for me but when I came in today with my partner it took forever to get a seat despite only four other small groups in the restaurant who appeared to be served already. Several open tables had not yet been cleaned. The waitress was kind and welcoming, but had seemed to forget a few things that we had ordered. By the time I got my pancakes over 40 minutes had passed since I entered the store and my partner had already finished their entire meal. The food was not bad, not the best either. We then waited 40 minutes for our food to come just so the server could spill a drink all over me and not bring me a towel. She left me sitting in a pool of sweet tea. So while I'm sitting in my seat all sticky, soaked in tea, we needed ketchup for our hashbrowns. She not only forgot our request for a new bottle of ketchup, she then ignored us when we tried to ask again. Worst customer service ever! Yeah, I know, Covid. Blah blah blah. BS! 10 tables were occupied. There were two servers. Server A had 5 tables. Two of her tables had 5 or 6 guests (adults and kids). Her other tables had two guest, with the exception of one table, which had a single guest. Server B also had 5 tables. One table had 3 guests, one had one guest, the others had two guests. All adults. Easy! Server A was upbeat, cheerful, greeted her guests, and walked quickly. She also checked on her guests periodically. Not at all affected by Covid. Server B was not at all upbeat or cheerful. She didn't greet me beyond asking me what I wanted to drink. She shuffled along like she didn't give a damn about her guests. That's probably because she didn't give a damn about her guests. She served me my meal with obviously burnt bacon. I pointed out that the bacon was burnt beyond being edible. She said "oh. So you want more bacon?" in a barely audible voice. She took my entire plate away and returned with the same food but with different (and inconsistently cooked) bacon. She left. She didn't return until I flagged her down to ask about my drink. Yeah, she was at my table TWICE to deliver and then redeliver food, and she never checked to see if I had a drink. When I told her I needed a drink, she mumbled something about it being someone else's fault (Whose fault could it be?! There were only two servers and the cheerful server had her own tables). It's been a long time since I tipped a server 10% but that's what I tipped her. That was twice what her "service" was worth. If I had Server A, I am pretty sure I would've tipped my usual 25-30% even though the food sucked because I don't punish good servers for incompetent cooks. Speaking of incompetent cooks, the food was below average. The meat portions were small and not cooked well at all. Hash browns were cold. The eggs and pancakes were good. If you absolutely have to eat here, try to get the cheerful server. A minute of observation from the hostess station should be enough for you to figure out which server is good, and what section she has. If you see a server shuffling along, that's who you want to avoid. read more

Just your standard and expected chain location, but Mom loves IHOP so we come here every so often to feed her need. The food and actual table service here deserve 4 stars. The only "bad" experiences I have had here were because of fellow diners! While not totally IHOP's fault, shouldn't the staff really make some form of effort to reduce the chaos?? My last visit, around 7pm, there was a very drunk lady in her 50's, blasting Van Halen tunes on her smart phone. The staff ignored her, while all nearby diners looked around in confusion and quickly finished their meals. This lasted well over 30 minutes. No fun! My previous visit? 7pm again, four adults let their 4 kids run wild ALL around the restaurant, throwing food, screaming, and causing an overall miserable dining experience for everyone else. Again, the staff here just hid in the corners, ignored it, and did nothing. The manager should have taken some form of control. To conclude, we almost consider this place "Dining with a free show" here now. Joker's wild. Calm or chaos? Roll the dice and take a chance? Eh, no thanks... I think I will take Mom to the new nearby IHOP location and hope we have a better experience and hope there is some adult at the helm! read more

I've been to a bunch of IHOP's, and this one had the best customer service out of all of them. The hostess was very nice, and our server, wow! Jeremy was dedicated to making sure our experience was incredible, and it was. He was so nice, funny, and cared so much about our experience. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The people here were very generous to me. They saw me homeless, fatigued, worn out and instead of hurting me or taking advantage of me or yelling at me they let me sit inside while the waitress paid for my breakfast with her own money! I wish I knew her name. I wasn't eating well then and I didn't have much energy to remember details... the food was delicious and it was the first real meal I've had in a long time! The kindness and compassion that this lady showed me has not been forgotten to this day. This Caucasian lady makes me think benevolence and kindness is still alive.
