I ordered a tuna fish sandwich medium size and a drink and it cost me almost $12. Needless to say severely overpriced food that's just mediocre.. I could have gotten the same thing from Wawa and spend half the price. I could have even went to any other competitor such as Jimmy John's or even Publix and spent less money. A friend wanted to try JMs so we went the next day of my first review. The subs were good, the one star comes from their questionable cleaning of the prep counter. The guy behind the counter pulled out a nasty looking wet bar rag from under the counter that looked very dirty and wiped the counter down, then immediately cut the sub roll right on the wet counter. Yuck ! At least dry the counter off with a paper towel, better yet use parchment or butcher paper. Or buy a couple cutting boards and swap them out when one gets messy. I won't even butter toast on my counter at home, I at least use a paper towel. read more

I found out Jersey Mike's subs has a gluten free sub roll. I am hesitant about going to new places because of how they handle my food. This place was great. They cleaned the slicer and cut fresh meat and cheese. They had a tray and knife only for gluten free items. They even had toppings just for me. He also changed his gloves twice during the process. The guys were really nice. I kept apologizing because I know it can a pain for special orders like this. They kept reassuring me that it was ok. Oh yeah the sub was FANTASTIC! I came in tonight at 7:50pm and there was a lady in line finishing up her food order. I was ready to place my order at 7:55 and the two guys making the subs said that they were closed and would not make one more sub. If they were so called closed, why in the hell did they not notice me standing there 6 ft away from the counter. I was doing my part to support these folks during this COVID-19 but obviously they did not want the business. I love there subs so much but I really wish the service would improve. This is a busy location especially at lunch time. I placed an order online for pickup at this location. I had to wait for the pickup when I arrived as well as others that were there waiting. They had the orders sitting on a back table behind them. We had to wait until someone was available to hand us our orders. What happened to the table at the front of the store where it was easy to pick up your orders? This Jersey Girl decided to give Jersey Mikes Subs a try. The two guys that served me were super nice. It was late afternoon and myself and one other person were the only two customers. I decided to eat there and every single table in the place was dirty. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. This bothers me bc it makes me wonder about the cleanliness of their kitchen and how they handle the food. There were three staff there and it was not busy so there was no reason for it to be dirty. Subway across the street is better. This place uses frozen chicken and no seasoning. Probably the worst sub shop I've ever been too. Good service but poor quality. Chicken parm was terrible. I am upset that I have to write a bad review... I had a horrible experience. I called to order & because I've ordered from there several times I knew it was the manager that answered. He was so rude & it's definitely not the first time either. I called back to add something on my sandwich & he answered yeah & when I gave him the add'l item he said something & hung up on me. When I got there he was still rude & when I didn't put a tip in the cup he basically threw the sandwiches @ me. He has the ponytail & napoleon complex. I've seen him being rude to his employees, too.
