This particular IHOP (or if you prefer the old-school name of the International House of Pancakes) is located by the Strat and offers exactly what you would expect from IHOP. The service was friendly enough and the ambiance is what you would expect from an IHOP (or if you prefer, the International House of Pancakes). I went with an omelet and it was good and was a good choice. If you are a fan of IHOP (or even if you are not, but know the brand), you know what to expect. Cesar was a good server... the only server. We came in with 9 of us. Food was decent. Others were told if they had the app they could spin the wheel! I stated I wanted to spin the wheel you get xtra ihop points or free meals etc. he "chuckled" at me. I looked at my husband and asked if I had said something funny!? He shook is head and said no!? I asked again before we paid, "hey do I get to spin the wheel!" He stated that only his manager can let people spin the wheel and if I wanted to wait another 30 min. I could.... My grandson ordered a shake. They are suppose to bring out the glass shake and ALSO the rest of the shake in the original shake cup. So my grandson didn't even get his full shake. What can I say...it's IHOP!!! We get our usual smokehouse combo and it's good. Nothing fancy but consistent. Sometimes it's just good to know what you're gonna get. However, we just really wanted to highlight the service provided by Donna. She was attentive, super sweet & friendly. Great service, great food and great ambiance. But most importantly clean. Visited this Ihop for breakfast Saturday morning and it was such a great experience. Nowadays with how the economy is and how food and places seem to diminish their portions and charge either more or quality has also gone down Ihop is truly holding the fork down. The exterior of the restaurant is very modern futuristic in my opinion. Very clean both outside and inside. The service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and checked up on us continuously, unfortunately I didn't get her name. But she is so good in what she does. She had everything under control not only with our table but other ones around us as well. She was friendly, polite and professional. She maintained the same level of service from the beginning to the end. The food was delicious. The portions are still the same from yrs ago which is awesome. I may have noticed slightly less hash browns on one of the dishes, but things do change with time and I'm sure they have had to make slight modifications to their menus/portions but not to the point where you are dissatisfied. Gratuity is included in the bill in groups of 5 or more. All in all this is still the place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We will definitely be back soon. read more

Trust the low rating. I regret that I came here against my better judgement. We waited 30 mins for our food to arrive to the table and it was cold so its obvious that it had been sitting. Our server never checked on us while we were waiting. Ihop was busy but they always are and I saw other servers hustling and getting food out to people who arrived after us, and interacting with their guests. Hash browns were so cold that I tasted was day old grease. These tasted like they were made yesterday. How hard is it to keep sausages warm? The sausage was cold. The food is great! The pancakes and french toast recipe is like none other!!! SOOOO GOOD!!! HOWEVER the food wasn't the best part, it was the service!! Victoria was AMAZING!! I called to inquire about their $6 all day breakfast special, was told they charge $1 more than other IHOPs and it's only Monday through Friday. LOL. Such poor pre sale customer service because they think they are better than other IHOP locations. Unbelievable! I can't stand companies who advertise on their own nationwide website, but then consumers can't find a location which will honor their own advertised all day breakfast special for $6!! Came wanting to enjoy a breakfast with my family and instead was served with attitude by our server. He was very rude when we were ordering our food and when it came time to receive our breakfast he kept insisting that we ordered a different breakfast item when we did not. I just tried to order and the girl had no clue what was on their menu. She said to hold and then I could hear her talking crap about me, saying I don't know what to say to this lady. She wants an omelet but ask how to build one. I just don't know. I would recommend learning your menu and not talking about customers that are trying to order. I hung up, after listening to her complain about me wanting an omelet for 5 minutes. She was asking another person. what is in an omelet? Should I tell her no, just come in? I am by myself. After reading Michelle M.'s yelp review, we decided to go to this location and ask for Jeff. Unfortunately he works the morning shift and we were there for dinner. Our server was Victoria. She turned out to be fantastic. Excellent customer service, very courteous, always available. This is a person who genuinely cares about the customer. The BBQ Burger was definitely a hand full, filled with flavor. Very tasty sauce, onion rings just right, and quality hamburger meat. Came here to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. First my sister in laws food had hair and we told the waitress that delivered the food and she whisked it away without saying anything. Then my husband found a hair in his eggs and we told the waitress and she actually apologized. They brought my husband's food back and he had a hair under his eggs, by that time he didn't tell the server and just tried to eat around it. I don't think the cooks wear hair nets and beard nets.
