I recently had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast with my family at the IHOP located in Los Banos, CA during peak morning hours, and I have to say--we were thoroughly impressed. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, the staff went out of their way to acknowledge us the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a warm smile, a cheerful "Good morning," and a reassuring "We'll be right with you." That simple gesture set the tone for the rest of our visit. We waited no more than 5 to 7 minutes before being seated and handed breakfast menus. Our server was incredibly courteous and quick to recognize that we had two young children with us. Without hesitation, he offered the kids their own kids' menu, which we greatly appreciated. He also promptly took our drink orders and gave us a moment to decide on our meals. Our food arrived within 10 to 15 minutes--hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered. The pancakes were fluffy and warm, the scrambled eggs cooked just right, and the pork sausage links and bacon were flavorful and satisfying. As expected, the food was consistent with what we've come to enjoy from IHOP over the years--not groundbreaking, but definitely delicious. What truly earned this IHOP its five-star rating was the outstanding customer service and the cleanliness of the entire establishment--including the restrooms, which were spotless (a rare and welcome surprise during a busy rush). The entire staff seemed to genuinely care about the guests' experience, and that effort did not go unnoticed. Overall, this location stood out not just because of the food, but because of how well we were treated from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. I went in this morning love driving that was it's clean in there and always a beautiful view from the big windows.. I have the same server as always and she is my favorite very polite and very respectful she is truly a great server she does a lot she has been opening this last week and I stop here every morning.. but I also had help from this other young lady her name is Arianna she help with things when Rosa was busy running her food and cleaning off her tables she was a very sweet lady.. My food always come out on time and it's exactly how I ordered it I see the change in this place and it's really great good job to Management making sure things gets done and she even helps her servers when it's needed and that's good work ethic the last manager he's a bald guy he just yells and doesn't help his servers when they need it I always see him sitting in the back on his phone or on the phone and to be completely honest I don't get on here to talk bad about anyone but I seen it happen in person with him yelling at her in front of other customers and that is not okay. So good job to Tori, Rosa & Arianna what I seen today was team work great job ladies I hope they see this. Just a thought I really do think they should make Rosa an assistant manager or supervisor I don't know how or what position there is for food industry but that lady deserves it. read more

All the great servers keep leaving Miranda and Jahnessa are so great hate when I come in and they are working alone and people are so rude and inpatient I don't understand how people expect one person to do everything so quickly. If your in a rush go get McDonald's or Jack in the box. the newer not so new cook brandy is good not Joaquin yet but getting there the young manager I don't believe she should even have that position always seems mad and rolling eyes crazy to see others say different about her maybe she's only nice to the people she knows. oh, I think Sabrina is her name is a great server as well and Alexis don't see them much but they are nice read more

Stopping by at IHOP this evening and using my IHOP rewards which are great to have .. tonight I ordered the Colorado omelette , which was tasty and delicious. Brenda the cook did a wonderful job making it . She really knows how to cook . Mia the night manager/server was great . I was seated and offer coffee and water and she came around asking if there was anything else that I needed .. this is why I will continue to keep coming back to IHOP. Our server has been maddy the last few times we went and she is great, awesome customer service she made my kids laugh and my daughter who gets shy to even order was able to talk to her.
