My spouse and I have been to this IHOP twice in the last couple weeks, which is unusual for us. The service has been good, food tasty and fairly fast. We really enjoy the Hoppy Hour menu's ham and cheese omlette and I often sub my pancakes out for different kinds. First visit 2.5 weeks ago was the first time we'd been in an IHOP in three years and our server, Destiny, was really nice and didn't use gendered forms of address which I really appreciated. Destiny was attentive without hovering and did her job well. That time I got the ricotta lemon pancakes and my spouse got the ham and cheese omlette from the Hoppy Hour menu. We were both very happy with our food. The second time was on Sunday and we both got the ham and cheese omlette and I subbed out my pancakes for the ricotta lemon ones. Our server, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, that time was funny, helpful, and prompt. We plan on going back 'cause that Hoppy Hour omlette is tasty AND really affordable. We spent about the same as we spend on fast food. read more

Walked in the door, sign said "wait to be seated." we did wait, and there was a woman checking out another group and we figured easy enough. The food was good, but the service could have been better. The waitress only came to deliver our food and took 30 minutes to give us the bill. I also don't understand why a small fruit bowl costs $6. Then the manager came and told us that it's the way it is because prices are going up and the prices at their restaurants were the lowest out of all the iHOPs even though we clearly saw on the website it only costs $3. I wish I had a better review for this place. The food was not terrible but definitely could be better. However the service is mainly what this review is about. Absolutely terrible. Solid 20 mins waiting to get greeted. The server was EXTREMELY nice but she disappeared a lot. A lot of younger staff and a lot of standing around and standing in the back gossiping where the guests can hear. I really expected more for a long term corporate restaurant. Service was poor and the food was awful. Server didn't even care to ask why we did t eat our $26 meal. She did ask if we wanted to take it home which was a resounding "no". I had a philly cheese - the meat was hard and flavorless. My wife ordered a cheeseburger but could not eat her meal because the hamburger was raw (see picture). They had two choices of salad dressing. The ranch was rancid. Upon arrival I was told 30 mins to seat. It was obviously untrue, it was empty and people who arrived before us were being seating in about 5min. It took 10 minutes. Placed our order and then 20 minutes later the waiter came back smelling like weed and said the kitchen lost our order and that it would have to be retaken. I watched a waitress bring out food to another table next to us with each plate stacked halfway on the food of the plate below it. Two things happened on this trip that I have never had before. Great rooty tooty fresh n fruity breakfast cooked perfectly. My bf had crepes with strawberries n cream cheese and both of us had grilled-to-perfection hash browns. Valentines breakfast, we stopped in at IHOP. We were seated immediately, and the server was right there. She was A+ server, we never asked for anything, she was great! July 4th and so happy to find they are open for breakfast. Service from the lovely Brandy in red-blue attire and accessories was simply the nicest touch. 5 stars for very efficient service. Pancakes - a little dry and not as light as fluffy as I'd expected. Plus a tiny blob of butter on top didn't help. Just regular syrup at the table and had a choice of blueberry or strawberry when we asked for other flavors. They came in little to go containers. Breakfast sampler was good otherwise. He came out to the parking lot and said "this isn't gonna cover y'all" I told him " I gave you a $50 what happened to it" he said there was no $50 and proceeded to pretend look on the floor for it for it. I have been here a few times, all have been excellent. Recently, I went to get a free stack of pancakes for my birthday and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Sometimes, Ill go somewhere with a coupon and they wont know how to ring it up but that wasn't the case here. They were very fast and even included some extra goodies. read more

This is the first time here post Covid. The service was good from Jorge. Food came out hot and fast. Food was very consistent for IHOP. The only negative was no warm syrup and no syrup on the table. The are still working with Covid rules even though many of the rules have been taken away. ALL staff including cooks are wearing masks. Extremely disappointed. I ordered my favorite..spinach and mushroom omelet. In the past it was always perfect and I could depend on the quality and ingredients as I have a extremely high sensitivity to any type of pepper. I took one bite and choked because my throat was burning. It contained with some type of hot pepper. Whether cayenne or white or black it made me choke and made my tongue burn. It took 5 minutes to get the server's attention to complain. Another to 5 to bring me a new menu and about 15 minutes to get my food. By this time, my husband had finished his breakfast. I requested the manager and 10 minutes later she appeared. I explained the issue. She denied the fact that a cook would season with hot pepper. I really wanted to ask her if she was calling me a liar. I didn't. I told her to comp my second order of plain scrambled eggs and bacon. Seriously I could have had that at home but husband was craving their pancakes which turned out too salty. We were willing to pay for the omelet since my husband said he would eat it at home. She apologized but didn't look all that happy about comping the meal but complied. She should have immediately stated she would and not wait for me to tell her to do that. This was probably the worst service I've ever received in a restaurant! We were seated and waited 15 minutes for someone to notice us. Then, when we finally had someone take our order, it took 30 minutes to get it! In the mean time, they gave us our drinks, (an orange juice and water) and the orange juice was rancid, or at least very old. THEN, when the food FINALLY showed up, they got my husband's order wrong. He asked for white toast instead of pancakes, and they brought him pancakes. When they came back with toast, it was wheat. He ate it anyway because we just wanted to get out of there! When they gave us the check, they charged us for the orange juice that my husband did not drink and told them was bad. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the manager to agree to remove it from the bill. If I were the manager, I would fire everyone there. None of the wait staff was moving with any sense of urgency, or even a little bit concerned that customers were not happy. DO NOT give this IHOP your business! You will regret it!! read more

Awesome omlette! I'll break it down: Service: They kept pretty on the ball for a packed restaurant. We came during Saturday Morning rush hour last weekend and it was tough getting in. Some slips in refills/delays in taking orders cost them their five stars. One of the worst IHOP locations. Ordered delivery through their own website and the food arrived cold, opened boxes and food spilled everywhere into the bag. When I called to let them know they tried to wash their hands and said I'd have to call the delivery service, which I did and ended up having to call IHOP back for a refund. At first Ingot hung up on after being "placed on hold", called back and got the most unpleasant manager. She just said "it's done" and when I asked for a confirmation number she said "there is none but you can call me back if it does not happen", all of this of course with a clear tone of annoyance in her voice. read more

First off, I do not understand why this IHOP has such bad reviews. I've been here multiple times and the wait staff has always been friendly and quick to bring out our food. Taste wise- it's a chain restaurant- don't expect amazing. But, you don't have to cook it and it's decent at the very least. On Sunday mornings, they have someone make balloon animals for the kids. We stopped here for breakfast yesterday on the way to Denver, mainly because it was conveniently located just off I-25. We were seated promptly and the hostess took our beverage order. But then nothing happened for a good ten minutes (no coffee, no water, no wait person). I went here recently to eat and to take in good bargains for after Christmas sales. I was very much in the mood for pancakes and maple syrup. I got in the mood for them when I bought a candle from Yankee Candle that smelled just like the real thing. They seem to be ever growing in their pancake selections. There now seems to be a cinnamon pancake out now. It looked very good but there were too many pancakes to eat as there seems to be with most of their pancake orders. In the end I went with what I have been wanting and enjoyed it a great deal. It was a short stack of three buttermilk pancakes which fit the bill nicely. My wife and I decided to grab a quick dinner here. Getting into the parking lot was difficult, and coming from the west, the restaurant is difficult to find. Regardless of the less than advantageous location, the restaurant was quite crowded. Despite the large quantity of wait staff, we were disappointed by the speed of service. Even when we were served, my wife's French toast was cold. The wait staff was yelling at the chefs, and they were yelling back. Overall, the place felt cold and generic. I had given up on IHOP after visiting the one in Fort Collins but this one changed my mind. The decor was fresh, it was clean, the service was excellent. And the food tasted very good. I had eggs, sausage, hash browns and pancakes. The food was hot and eggs cooked exactly as requested. A good pot of coffee rounded it out. I will go Next visit: place is pretty empty but hostess take 5 minutes to figure out where to seat me. Sat for 5 minutes with no service.
