Terrible service. The place was almost empty and we had to wait over an hour to get our food.

This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. Always have a problem with our order and the food everytime we have been there. Won't be back.

So poorly staffed and managed it's a joke that's not funny. Poor service and when you talk with management (Spanish) he didn't care

Service was poor and food took forever. Most likely won't return. Don't know if just day or everyday.

Another Fabulous Breakfast at The Diner in McMinnville…read moreRating: We had another wonderful breakfast at The Diner in McMinnville. Our party of 4.5 was lucky to snag a spot on a typically busy Saturday morning; we must have hit the "sweet spot" because we arrived just before the line formed. A typical wait is 20-30 minutes for a table on weekends, but the food and service make it well worth it. We were greeted and seated quickly, and I really appreciated being offered a choice of seating. We opted for a booth, which worked perfectly for our little one in a booster seat. What made the visit truly special was the owner playing peek-a-boo with my grandson--such a sweet, personal touch that shows how much they care about their guests! The Diner is well-known for its boozy breakfast options. Our table enjoyed a Bloody Mary, Boozy Mimosas, and a Tequila Sunrise. All the drinks arrived quickly and were enjoyed tremendously. For the main course, we ordered: Breakfast Sandwich: Served on a soft, fluffy muffin with bacon and a perfectly cooked egg. Pork Chili Verde (Special): Served over cheddar grits with fresh salsa, crème fraîche, and crispy tortilla chips. Absolutely INCREDIBLE! Chicken Fried Steak: A family favorite that resulted in a "clean plate" as usual. Crispy Chicken Club Sandwich: Another lovely, solid meal. Another fantastic visit with great food and even better service. We will definitely be back!

The chef-owners, Brendan & Haley, prepared and served a thoughtfully curated multi-course dinner featuring the freshest seasonal Oregon ingredients. Every course was beautifully executed, but the duck was, without question, the best I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and something I'll be telling everyone I talk to who plans to go to Willamette Valley. What made the evening even more special was hearing directly from the chefs as they shared the inspiration behind each dish and highlighted the incredible local farms and producers they partner with. It felt intimate, personal, and unlike a traditional restaurant experience. You could feel the care and intention that went into every detail. If you only know Alea for its amazing bread, breakfast, or pastries, you're missing one of the most unique dining experiences in McMinnville. Some meals fill you up, and others stay with you in your heart. I wish these two the very best of luck and hope to make my way back soon!

We walked towards the back where Alea was. We ordered the 16oz latte to stay and the spelt cookie and tart. The tart was very good - we would definitely get that again. There was a lot of seating. The space is shared with a small grocery, pizza, beer and custom tshirt shop.
