I was seated right away. The interior is large with a lot of tables and there are tables outside. I just wanted a quick bite so I ordered the tomato toast and a glass of lemonade. They also offered water but I didn't want any. The tomato toast didn't take too long to come out. It was quit the masterpiece with a lot of components and pretty swirls of sauce. The toast was pretty yummy and I ate the entire thing. The lemonade was the only thing that wasn't good. There are a lot of places to get breakfast in the area. The chef-owners, Brendan & Haley, prepared and served a thoughtfully curated multi-course dinner featuring the freshest seasonal Oregon ingredients. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and something I'll be telling everyone I talk to who plans to go to Willamette Valley. What made the evening even more special was hearing directly from the chefs as they shared the inspiration behind each dish and highlighted the incredible local farms and producers they partner with.
