Messed up my whole order. Had to wait 45 mins for nothing being correct. Took 25 to re-make my food and found hair in my food.

The only reason this place is getting two stars is because the manager was nice enough to take our table and serve us. Our waitress BEATRIZ was incredibly rude for no apparent reason. We waited quite a while until she approached us, so when she did we told her we were ready to order our meals as well as drinks. She said "no were are other people here before you" I have never had a server tell me that. We asked for the manager who was nice enough to take our order. While BEATRIZ was serving the table near us, she loudly made comments about them being before us. I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional she was. Seriously disappointing. read more

Full house on IHOP National Pancake Day but service was still great! Staff were nice and gave advice on what to order so as not to have too many pancake in one meal. The free pancakes (3 pieces) were yummy. Like the bacon more than sausages which were small and a bit salty. read more

went to this locale for the 1st time yesterday and wow! What a clean restaurant and friendly staff from the servers down to the hostess. They accommodated us as we took our newborn in a stroller and removed a chair from our table. The server which were 2 of them were really polite. I was VERY impressed by this particular IHOP. The food was great, (props to whoever was cook that evening), the restaurant was clean, and most of all the SERVICE was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C. When I went it was a Sunday evening. It was rather busy (business was booming) so I was not expecting great service or anything...but my server was actually at the top of his game! I was once in the restaurant business myself, and I immediately saw that this guy knew what he was doing. He came to my table within a minute, he was very friendly and attentive, quick, polite and EXTREMELY HANDSOME! His name was Emile, I believe. He was the epitome of what tall, dark, and handsome should be and I will definitely be coming back again. I've also recommended this place to many of my co-workers and girlfriends because of Emile's service. I forgot to pull whoever was in charge over to tell them that this young man really deserves some kind of recognition, or even a RAISE just for being so handsome! The manager was completely rude and out of hand. For a school fundraiser last year there was a discount card you could buy at the school to help fund activities in the school. This IHOP location participated in the fundraiser-- that's right they participated. My sister and I haven't used it yet but it was a buy one get one free sort of deal and you had to buy two full price drinks. We ordered 2 entrees and 2 iced teas. The waitress brings the bill without even filling the ice teas once. And we give her the "discount card" she then stares at it and says "I don't know.. I think you can use that..." And she gets her manager, she comes back and says they can remove it at the cashier, her exact words were "this expires today ok it's not good for tomorrow" like ok? Anyway my sister gave her credit card and the discount card. Waitress was gone for more than 10 minutes, straight talking badly about us. Our table was really close to the kitchen and she had our cards and her and her coworkers were talking about how cheap we were and how embarrassing it is because we only went since the card was expiring the next day. Hello how is it being CHEAP when your specific store participated in the fundraiser. Anyway my sister still tipped them 20% since my sister felt really judged but honestly I regret doing that. Because as we were walking out, I always say thank you to people when they give me service so I said thank you! The manager sarcastically said "oh I'll see you tomorrow right?" And our waitress started laughing with him. Honestly word of advice to the management: don't ever participate in a fundraiser again, never did we do anything to you. We come here once a month. And normally service isnt bad. Only complaint was ehen I checked in, there were other people that cane ib same time as us , we all were asked amt of people and name to be added on the List. There was no room to sit inside so I went outside to wait on the bench. The family that came same time with me was told their fam of 3 would be sat in 5 min wait in Spanish . And the gal that put our name on list Came Outside to call them in. As i sat there, noticed everyone who came After us were getting seated. We went inside and they said "Oh, we called your name and someone claimed to be you . Funny thing is they Should have Went outside to get me like the gal did with her own hispanic people, Or use the Intercom. Very poor in customer service and we notice. If u are Not Hispanic, you Will Not get Serviced. Will Not cone back. Ihops better train tgeir employees, 90 % hispanic who should not be speaking spanish to all their people. Family breakfast on a Labor Day weekend led us to IHOP. I should start this review by saying that while I like IHOP it's not the first place I would choose for breakfast/brunch, but we had errands to run which made this location convenient. Many people were standing outside waiting for tables, but we didn't have to wait too long for a table. Our server was friendly and quickly brought out a fresh pot of coffee to our table, my daughter enjoyed the mango lemonade though she found it a bit too sweet and watered it down with her iced water to make it more palatable. The pancakes were of course tasty although my husband feels the syrup they serve leaves something to be desired, he likes a nice thick maple syrup with his pancakes. My ham, spinach, and cheese omelet was delicious it was a shame the bacon wasn't served crispy or my breakfast would have been perfect. My daughter ordered poached eggs with hash browns, bacon, and toast and when her food came out the eggs had been cooked for far too long and were actually hard boiled. Our server graciously had the kitchen cook a new order, but it seems like something as basic as poached eggs shouldn't be too hard for the cooks to manage. Then again it was a busy morning and the second set of eggs were perfect, so I'll reserve judgment and give them a solid 3 stars for now. read more

The food is pretty much the same at any IHOP you go to--generally good quality and lots of choices. The Nutella crepes with banana are particularly good! What sets this IHOP apart is the service. Another reviewer said they would give the service 10 stars and I would agree. The servers are friendly, fast, and provide just the right level of service. I went here with my man because we weren't dressed appropriately for any other restaurant, both in sweats. We go to Denny's a lot so i figured it would be about the same thing. The menu is similar however their pancake section is definitely more elaborate (duh). I ordered pancakes and he had an omelette and philly cheese steak. My stack came with four pancakes and strawberries and bananas. I ate most of it because 1.I was starving and 2. It was delicious. It definitely did not leave me with an empty stomach the portions were way bigger than I thought they would be. My man devoured his cheese steak and took the omelette to go. Our waitress was quick and friendly and never made us feel rushed. After dinner I felt as though I needed a nap, those who are on a low carb diet should stay away! read more

I guess I'm angry. Ordered a ham onion mushroom omelet. Received no ham but got some cheese. So I got the ham omelet with no ham. The server told him i should have told him earlier. I would have had he not dropped the food off and disappeared. The sourdough toast seemed old and 3 of the pieces had little or no butter. I might add if your order bacon expect to get a razor thin sliver of fat with a line of meat attached to one side. Coffee was good water was excellent. Guess they were busy. Had breakfast here today with my daughter & granddaughter. Short waiting time between arrival and seating. We had Alejandro as our waiter and he did a great job serving us. As I observed the other customers in our section, it was great to hear Alejandro's ability to speak very fluent Spanish and served the need of the Hispanic family! All the other waiters assisted each other in delivering the foods to the tables at the same time! Keep up the good work! read more

This IHOP use to be a Lyon's restaurant a while back. Honestly I prefer IHOP over lyons..cheaper prices, and I feel like the food is more decent. My mom and I have been waiting for this location to open for what seems like forever.. when it finally does there always tons of people outside waiting, but we finally ate here on last Saturday morning, it was around 10ish, once we got there we ended up parking across the street since the parking lot was filled.. Once parking, we had to wait 30 min, it seemed like forever since we were starving. Moving forward, it's decorated like any other IHOP, but it was somewhat packed to me they have booths, along with tables in the center..I think the layout of the restaurant made it sorta packed along with having alot of people in it as well.. me and my mom got the crepes...mmmm nutella crepes and my mom got the blueberry, I'm assuming hers was good as well since she cleaned the whole plate.. haha my bf got the big steak omelet, came with pancakes..it was worth it..he was stuffed! I don't remember what my dad ended up getting.. but our visit was okay, I got a little mad with this chick that made me move my daughters car seat so she can lay down! Stupid Beezy..but anyways the visit was ok.. one thing I would change aboout this location is the fact that they have a small waiting area inside..we spent most of the time waiting outside, luckily the weather was nice.. read more

Went with a group that had some really strict dietary restrictions and time constraints (fasting), but the host and servers were very accommodating and helpful and didn't make us feel like we were being unreasonable at all! Great pancakes and breakfast items. I have ordered other items and they are not that good. The hamburger I ordered was very dry and not worth the effort to eat it. Stick to breakfast because the pancakes are light as are the waffles and they do not leave a heavy feeling in your stomach. read more

Today, I have an awful experience at IHOP in Milpitas: when I were eating, I found hair in the pancakes-short, black, cure hair. I felt terrible and wanted to through up. Silvi, she said she was in charge of IHOP this morning, and she gave me the explanation was:"The hair in the food sometimes happened; the hair from here and there... you know." I don't know what she was talking about. When you go there, you better check your food first before eating. Give 1 star just by mistake. read more

I feel silly reviewing an IHOP but we had a very nice experience here. It was crowded so we had to wait 5 minutes for a table but everyone we encountered on the staff was extremely friendly. Food was unlike (much better than) any IHOP we could recall. Pancakes were light and fluffy, eggs were prepared well and tasted fresh. Hash brown was excellent. Sausage was okay. Last night my friends and I had decided to come here after the school dance. There was 7 of us total. The staff kept seating other people before us saying we were waiting for one more table. Finally I asked how many people can we seat right now? She replied with 6. I then proceeded to ask can we put a chair at the end of the table? Finally they seated us. When we went to go sit down, we saw they put the chair at the end of the table, when we saw two empty tables right next to us that they could've used. Our table was half chairs, half booth. We could've easily sat the person at the end of the table with the people in the booth. The food was good as always. The last problem I had was my boyfriend ordered a meal and it came with pancakes on the side. We never got the pancakes it was also too have to wave down our waiter since he was never around. When we went to go pay I mentioned it, I was not too upset we didn't get them because we wouldn't really have eaten them, but I wanted them to take it off our bill. The waiter came out and told us he gave it to us. When clearly he did not. Whether he gave it to someone else at our table by accident or completely forgot to give it to us, I did not appreciate getting charged for it. I doubt I will be coming back here again. read more

The waitress was very nice and let my friend make a substitute that typically is not allowed. The prices are great, and compared to other breakfast places like Denny's, IHOP is better by far. The food is pretty good but not amazing. I'd come back, however. It was peaceful and quiet inside, and I saw a great variety of age groups represented when I went, so it seemed like a great place for kids, teenagers, and adults! read more
