Unfortunately I forgot to get the servers name. And my sister has the receipt. We went around 545/6pm today 3/28. 4 of us. Our server, female, dark hair, was very attentive and very polite & friendly. Probably one of the best experiences at this ihop we've ever had. I do recall her sayin we were her last table for the day if that helps to pinpoint who served us. Anyhow, she was great! Kept our drinks filled. And also when we had an issue with our first table we got seated at she was able to get us moved to a better table immediately with kindness. Our food came out at a good pace too & was yummy. Driest crustiest pancakes I've ever had makes McDonald look real good. Bacon was very salty. I still payed and tipped never coming again.

If I could give ZERO stars I would in a heartbeat, I came to eat here with my significant other and it's not busy per usual, the waitress ACTIVELY ignored us, doesn't even ask for our drinks meanwhile other parties AFTER us are getting their orders taken! So if you look young or aren't dressed the best even though this is IHOP they won't service you!!! I'm not paid for writing this review. By far the waitress Cynthia (at the Moreno Valley location) provided the best service my aunt and I have received at a restaurant in quite some time. The food was great; we ordered blueberry pancakes, gluten free pancakes, and a breakfast burrito (wish we would've taken pictures before we devoured our food). IHOP was remodeled approximate three years ago. The restaurant is clean but still has plexi glass up from Covid. Breakfast order was absolutely great everything from pancake sausage, ham and eggs of course hashbrowns., customer service was absolutely excellent very attentive and knowledgeable. I recommend if you come on Saturday morning. Cynthia a great waitress to have absolutely friendly. The only bad thing I can say is the restrooms need to be remodeled. We went in for a quick bite to eat. Breakfast special was $7 so I got that and a diet.come. Breakfast special owl was 2 sausages, 2 eggs and 2 pancakes. It was fine. Went to pay for my $7 breakfast plus Diet Coke and the soda was $5! With tip my breakfast came to $14.60 and totally not worth almost $15. The restaurant needed bussing of tables. I do like the clear partitions between tables. Fella behind me in another booth was hacking and coughing. Sort of a dead area of town. Probably will choose anywhere else for a quick bite. First the coffee cup was very cold so the coffee wasn't as hot as it should have been after pouring it. Second the plates were cold so our meal was cold. Didn't eat all the eggs or the pancakes. I came here tonight and ordered the chicken and waffles...the menu has it for $18.29 at full price and my bill showed up charging $19.29 I mentioned it to the server and she said that after 10:00 their prices go up!?!? lol I responded that it was not a special that I was ordering, but a regular menu item at full price on their regular menu and there's no written anything that states that their prices go up after 10 on their regular menu? She said sorry but they do, the funny thing is, is that people will get ripped off not knowing they just simply raise their prices on their own but their menu states different? I don't mind paying a little more! But I do mind getting ripped off! And feel tricked without my knowledge! I usually tip very well but I just have the waitress 15 percent! Went here before school with my friends and our server Edgar R. kept asking if we were even planning on paying or if we were just gonna dine and dash. He also got an attitude with us after HE repeatedly brought us the wrong order and even told my friend "well maybe you should've told me i brought the wrong order" even though he left immediately after putting down the plate. Went to an early dinner for my daughters birthday and had the worst service ever! There was one waitperson and one what I will assume is the manager since she did not have a uniform on. There were 6 tables of customers. This should be manageable between the two of them and one bus person. However the manager did nothing except assist in bringing the plates of food. We were seated and it took 15 minutes before we were able to order drinks (not even water on the table) so ordered drinks and our app because who knows how long ordering food will be. Another 10 minutes before we get our drinks. We order our food. Another 15 minutes before our appetizer comes out looking sad! The smallest onion rings I have ever seen outside of Burger King! I ask for refills because all of our drinks are empty and I ask for napkins since we have none and no silverware or app plates!! They bring us 3 napkins for a party of 5! Guess we are sharing! Another 15 minutes and our food comes out. Keep in mind no empty cups have been bussed (we ended up with 14 empty cups on our table) and the app plate is still on the table. My husband ordered the bacon burger..........there was no bacon, my daughter ordered mayo on her burger.......there was no mayo, I ordered the bbq burger and there was one drop of bbq sauce, my mom ordered a side of bbq sauce........there was no bbq sauce, my son ordered breakfast...........he got no food for another 5 minutes. He was the only one who got silverware so we had to share his knife. His toast only the top piece had butter on it the other 3 slices were dry. There was no seasoning in his food and our table had no salt and pepper. Just the worst experience. We will go to Dennys or Polly's Pies before ever coming here again such a disappointment. read more

Walking in we was able to get seated real fast. The place was full of people but they still had seating. Our waitres came by fast and we was ready to order. After our food was served and drinks was given I got excited. My omelette was good and they charge for everything. Our food came out hot and ready. I love the choices of the syrup. I'm in love with pecan syrup now. Garden omelette was so good all the time, and a side of hash brown. I was able to take a pancake and that was good too. After getting our check we no longer saw our waitress again. Oh they give refills on orange juice not every ihop do that, so that's a good thing. Please always check your online order when you pick it up. This iHop continuously makes mistakes. Just as an FYI, we visit this iHop in person or order online about once a week. In the past, I have ordered strawberry and banana French toast only to get home and find that we were charged for the add on that didn't come with our order. Now we always check our orders. Today, we checked to make sure there was strawberry and bananas, which we saw had leaked into the bag a little. So we didn't check everything else. Whoever prepared the bag failed to seal things up properly, and somehow the strawberry syrup leaked into my eggs which was disgusting. (Mind you, I held the order on the drive home so it did not open and move around on the way back.) We forgot we ordered chocolate chip pancakes as well, and sure enough we didn't get that either. Whoever reviews the online orders needs to do a better job. Next time, I will be more thorough with checking my order before I leave the store so I can complain if necessary. read more

Overpriced food that can be got elsewhere. Was there this morning and only wanted a pancake, egg and coffee. Coffee was great. Egg overcooked and pancake gooey in the center. This is the first time I had been in a long time and now remember why. The waitress was nice and there was only one other customer so maybe I know why. Table was uncomfortable and I couldn't reach the floor. Window was not real clean ate 1/3 of the pancake and drank 2 cups of coffee so paid my bill and left. While I was there at least 9 families were eating, 2 of which were groups of at least 8. We ate at the hemlock ihop location. Went up to pay with a gift card and debit but cashier put gift card on a different table. Which we understand accidents happen and she was very nice about it. But when she had to get a manager to correct mistake, the older lady with a brown reddish hair seemed upset that she had to stop talking to employees in back to come help us. She then asked for my gift card number on my phone I was telling her and she instead reached out and grabbed my phone while rolling her eyes. This ihop is the worst! They never answer the phone to place a pick up order so I have to eventually go in. So let's start with the manager Paola, she's not friendly at all, always seems to be upset. she has no manners doesn't greet anyone very bland! No people skills but seems to a bit racist to me!!! I'm not sure why people work with customers if they do not enjoy it. On an other note they all seem to be more interested in each other among coworkers.
