Mildred was our server when we went to dinner last night. It wasn't busy at all -- maybe 3 booths were occupied. My partner ordered an egg white omelette with dry toast and fruit. Instead, she was brought a regular omelette with rye toast, no fruit. She had to ask her TWICE to bring her what she ordered. I ordered the senior chicken strips with fries which came with garlic bread and salad. I had to ask for the salad, garlic bread and a side of honey mustard sauce TWICE as well. Give us a break!!! How difficult is it to place an order? We're sure Mildred HEARD us but didn't LISTEN. Again, the place wasn't all that busy (it was way before 5:00) when we entered and it still wasn't all that busy when we left slightly before 6:00. Hopefully, she got the message when I left her a ten cent tip. read more

I had a fantastic experience at IHOP Northridge! My server, George, was outstanding -- incredibly nice, attentive, and thoughtful. He checked on me multiple times to make sure I was doing well, but he did it in such a respectful way that he never interrupted while I was working on my laptop and speaking with customer support. That kind of awareness and professionalism really stood out to me. The manager, Marlyn, also made an excellent impression. She was polite, professional, and genuinely kind when she came by to check in. It's clear that the staff here truly care about their guests. I really liked the dressing it was so good. Stove Oven's food is always fresh and yummy. It never disappoints. The young lady who helped was very nice and sweet. For the order went with the number one choice. $16 Pastrami Reuben sub $16 steak with mushroom sub. $2.50 small drink soda My favorite was a pastrami 10 out of 10. Plenty of options on the menu that looks delicious. Service was quick. They were kind and polite. Bathrooms were a five out of 10 and cleanliness and upkeep.

We also decided to have the Dutch Crunch for the first time -- nice crunch on the outside, soft chew and slightly sweet on the inside -- so good! Both sandwiches were delicious. I especially enjoyed the combination of pesto, avocado and honey in the Adam Richman -- yummmm! The staff were friendly and busy. There was a constant flow of customers dining in and picking up. Impressively everyone's pick up order was ready -- no one had to wait. Although this Ike's location is inside a large plaza, it's situated next to Super King. The parking lot directly in front is insane. We chose to park further out closer to Corner Bakery where open spots are plenty and the section is calmer. We'll be back! :)

The spicy chicken sandwich already hits, but the new limited jalapeño spicy chicken sandwich is definitely the move -- seriously delicious. Their breakfast is also really good, and the vanilla iced coffee is fire.
