Came here after church on Sunday. It was pretty full but there was no wait. The staff was friendly and of course they accommodate kids very well. Personally, I was just disappointed with my meal. I ordered the chicken fried steak with eggs. I've never had it at an IHOP and what a bad choice that was. It was tasteless not to mention the gravy was cold. We have visited this location multiple times. It can be a bit crowded from time to other, and there is usually a bit of a wait before being seated, but they go by size of party and they have variable seating options from party of 2 to Part of 6, and it need be, believe that they can fit larger parties as well by moving around a couple seatings, thou I haven't had the opportunity to test that option yet (we usually are party of 5 + 1 (kid). The front staff is very friendly and courteous and the serving staff (for the Most part) is soo too, thou there is a few of them that don't belong in a Customer Service and Hospitality establishment, thou we have only experienced it once in al the times we have been there. The orders is fulfilled by Freshly ingredients, basically made once an order is placed, so sometimes it can take like 10 minutes to be brought out, but given the circumstances of it being made to customer specifications (with few exceptions) it is understandable that it can take a little while before it is ready. Check out is convenient and easy. Tips are NOT mandatory, but it is appreciated by your server, as they don't exactly break the bank with their salaries. read more

I Had the chicken fajita, and the chicken was old and absolutely disgusting!!! Service was ok but not enough for old food. Waitress barely apologized about it and the manager never came to apologize either. Will never return!!!! Also they still made us pay for our sides that came with the food! Came here on a whim. We were seated promptly in the rear of the restaurant. Place was moderately busy, and clean. My husband and I both ordered breakfast combos, he had eggnog pancakes w his and I had the buttermilk. All the food was delicious. Especially the eggnog pancakes. I think the last time we tried them they weren't as eggnogy, if that's even a word lol. But they were wonderful this visit. The restroom was a bit less than desirable. Have always loved visiting this IHOP but today wasn't like old times. This restaurant is usually kept up...but it's gone from chic to shabby very fast. Firstly walking in....it's soooooooo dismal. Way too dark. The rug in this restaurant is totally FOUL!!!!! I looked in where the waitress' get their food from the cooks and it looked like that floor hadn't been cleaned in ages. Our waitress was very aloof like she wasn't caring about anything. We seen her twice once to take the order and the other to bring our food. She never stopped back to see if everything was good or bad. I asked the bus boy for refills on our drinks. NOT GOOD!!!!! Our bill was over $40 dollars and I usually would give $8....but our waitress was only worth $6. I was even thinking of only leaving $5. Now onto the food. Mine was decent. I had the Colorado omelette (I said hold the salsa cause I don't like it.....I still got it on my plate), the New York Cheesecake pancakes (there was very little cheesecake pieces in my pancakes) and a basket of seasoned fries. Mom and me both asked for water with lemon.....no lemon. Moms meal which was the stuffed french toast, scrambled eggs and sausage was ice cold. I told Mom to complain....but that's not her. I said if that was my food I'd tell them it was cold. Now onto the place overall......y'all need a renovation. It's sooooooooo GLOOMY and un-appetizing. Just an awful experience. Our server forgot or neglected to put in our order, so that the following happened - the party that sat down next to us 30 minutes after us got served before us, and we watched through the window as people who pulled in after us were leaving at the same time we were brought our food. We complained to our server, and here's where it got bad - he summoned the manager over, a rude man without a perfect command of the English language who first tried to explain it away as having to do with what we ordered (it takes 40 minutes longer to cook omelettes than plain eggs?). Then, he went and got some receipt that showed our order went in almost 30 minutes after we gave it to our server, as if proving his point that it was our fault. This IHOP used to have good service when a guy with longer, gray hair ran the place, but it's totally gone to shit with this current clown of a manager. Will never be back. read more

Sure. I know a lot of iHops are the same but I rather enjoyed my recent visit to my local iHop. When eating at franchises, the only thing that sets them apart from each other is the service. The service I received today was exceptional. The waitress was great. She gave me some great suggestions that made my meal more enjoyable. I would definitely visit this iHop again. read more

Anyways, saw a commercial on tv for ihop and had a craving (never been before) but i'm preggo so it seemed like a good idea. Man it was a great idea! Location is easy to get to, it's clean, bathroom was clean as well. Me and hubby split a cinnamon french toast and veggie omelet with hollandaise sauce. Everything was ready REALLY quickly. I had a large milk (which was a really decent size for $3.50) my only complaint is that the french toast was much smaller than i imagined. Hasbrowns were perfect. Omelette was huge. Everything was hot and really good. There are tonssss of pancake syrup to choose from already on the table. Blueberry, strawberry, plain, caramel, and one other i can't remember. Not sure what everyone is complaining about. The good is the same as every other IHOP. If you don't like IHOP why would you expect the food to be different at another location? It's a chain. Anyway, if you've never come to IHOP it's pretty tasty. If you've been to Denny's and hated it then this is the place for you. They have great tasting pancakes and eggs and the burgers are pretty good also. They have a nice variety. Of course it's expensive as its a chain. Normal $10 plates that are cheap to cook at home. But it's nice to know that you don't have to wash all those pots and pans after. The location is great it's not super noisy. Service is a little slow sometimes so if you're starving go somewhere else. If you're with a big group and you guys are talking and having a lot of fun then time will go by pretty fast and you'll have great good in no time. My favorite: Pick a pancake combo: double chocolate chip pancakes, double hash browns + bacon. Can't get that at home without making a mess! IHOP has always been a favorite of mine, which makes this all the more difficult. Today's visit sucked. Starting off, our order sat on the counter for 10 minutes before arriving to our table. My wife's pancakes were not fully cooked and the butter on top was accompanied by a chunk of ice. Her scrambled eggs had a strong chemical taste and the girl verified that they were not real eggs. Inedible. When quizzed, the waitress said you have to ask for "real eggs in a shell" when you order. Hello??? It's not like the menu states THESE EGGS ARE BOGUS AND ARTIFICIAL. Should've brought my damned crystal ball with me to breakfast! The bacon was burned. I can understand if a cook was to occasionally burn something but it should never find its way onto the plate and to the customer. As for my order, the bacon was also inedible, the shredded hash browns were not crispy at all and nearly raw. It was also the first time ever that I needed a knife to cut thru the over-easy eggs, which were tough as leather and had no run in the yolks at all. To their credit, they comped my wife's order but really should've written off the whole thing. We will not be back. IHOP = NOHOP. read more

When I say disgusting, I can't speak for the food...the place was so dirty and gross I wouldn't even touch mine. So - Perhaps the food is great, but I'll never find out! When we arrived, there were only about 3 other families eating...we were pretty hungry so we were happy, figuring things would be quick given the fact that they weren't busy. We started walking over to the table when the hostess turned around and said, "I'm sorry I have to ask you to wait a few more minutes"...they were waiting for someone to clean the table. 10minutes later we were seated. I could've gone over and cleaned the table myself. Then, the paper placemat that I got already had syrup (or something) on it, and our napkins (holding the silverwear) were gross. I switched with my husbands because he's not usually as picky as I am about those things, but his was just as gross. Looks like someone used them to wipe their hands then wrapped our silverwear. Very unappetizing. Then to make matters worse there was an ant crawling around on the table. My husband ordered, I did not!! I just couldn't. An eating establishment should not make me feel sick to my stomach. They need to clean up their act a little! I can't justify giving this place more than 1 star. read more

After ten minutes of waiting with a growling stomach I got up and left but once again unnoticed even after walking out the doors. I went back in and the same server asked how many and was reaching out for menu, i then explained i was sitting at the table for ten minutes on a slow day and he asked me what table was i sitting at and i pointed but stated that because i was sitting for so long unnoticed i was gonna leave and he offered to get the waiter but i didn't bother, i just took my business to chillis and honestly that was the best decision i made although i spent more money there because i was treated like a five star restaurant with exceptional customer service. UPDATE...Not sure what changes they made since our last bad visit. BUT..They were good!!! Super busy at 11am and mid-week. Sat with a 5 minute wait. Waitress was over in minutes. Our food took maybe 15 minutes. Yes the cook or maybe the waitress did mess up both our orders. YET, it was corrected almost instantly! Super fast. Plus the food was all cooked properly and taste great. We even got to keep one of the mistakes which my daughter was not mad about getting extra hashbrowns to take home with her other left overs.Everyone was super friendly!!!! I hope it all keeps up. Very bad service. I was there for a brunch for 13 people. They let a lot of people in front of us so it turned into a 1 hour wait instead of 25-30 mins. We all sat down and everyone else got orange juice and coffee. I asked for a water...the guy said okay. As everyone else was drinking IT TOOK 10 MINS FOR MY WATER. I asked multiple times.
