i've been coming to this ihope restaurant for the last few years and the staff have always been very lovely and professional but the manager yolanda. this manager yolanda is very disgusting! she's always yelling to her employees and is always very disrespectful to them. this ihope needs a change of managers. last time i went there, i experienced her yelling at one of her employees and almost made the waitress cry. the worst thing is that she yells at them in front of the customers and is very disrespectful to them!! i even recorded it on my phone. wish i could post it here smh!! please get rid of the manager yolanda. read more
