Placed an online order this morning to be ready at 9:00 Am, got there and the food "was getting put together" per the lady up front. There was 2 other people waiting for their online orders and after 20 minutes the woman finally walks over and grabs our food that had been bagged and sitting on a counter SINCE I WALKED IN. The food was not under a heat lamp and was cold when I received it. When confronting her about not receiving my food when it was already sitting out when I arrived she said "oh I didn't have time to look and no one told me it was ready". Why lie about it "getting put together" then? By far the worse experience I've ever had and will not be returning. I took my receipt and as I was walking out she said she needed the receipt (that I had took with me) to be signed, so I did and when I asked for a copy she said "um you can keep that one" AND HANDS ME BACK THE SAME RECEIPT I SIGNED. Were do I start if I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. Last night 2/3/2018 around 6pm I placed an order online, confirmation said my food would be ready in 12mins I arrived 20mins later expecting to just grab my food and go as I had a long day at work. NO THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. So me and my family are greeted by Rob(guy with the eye patch)he made a funny joke and then asked how can he help we said we had to go orders he said okay and then left 15mins goes by NO ONE ever came back or said anything like your food is almost done nothing, and online had said food would be ready in 12mins anyways all I ordered was a bacon omelet and hash browns. So then ROB finally comes back its been 30mins ive been waiting at this point now, he asked us WHAT DID YOU ORDER??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!! Then a girl named Maricella( I think) whos only words were I'm sorryim new I'm sorry I don't know what do do okay why is this girl here whos suppose to serve food not know how to read an order and bag up food she just stood there looking telling me and my family that she was new and she did not know what to do she said this atleast 40x's never once going to the back and getting are food or checking on our food.I had to tell her please go check on are food. Rob had disappeared again.There was a family that had been waiting to be seated for over 20mins who witnessed the entire situation they pretty much were about to leave & couldn't believe what was going on. I go look at the kitchen counter were the food goes and me and my familys food was just sitting there it had been there for along time. She brings the food ITS COLD AND THE WRONG FOOD I had to tell her we needed new food because are food was cold and are order was incorrect. Now ive been here for 40mins! We asked for A MANAGER WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS NO MANAGER AVAILABLE! Is that how ihop does? Horrible. The girl said she did not know who her managers name was either.Horrible.Finally she comes back with a name and now for the 100th time says again I'm new guys I don't know what to do.HORRIBLE. Finally Rob comes over and very arrogantly and rudely tells me you should definitely call the manager and tell them how you feel like the entire situation was a joke I FELT SO DISRESPECTED BY THIS MAN WHO WORKS FOR IHOP! I'm giving this place 5 stars solely based on the service. I called in for a pickup and Jamika (that's what it says on receipt, hope that's right) answered. She had a good attitude over the phone and when I got there she was quick to greet me and take care of me. My order wasn't quite ready so I waited and couldn't help but notice how she kept busy the whole time organizing and cleaning stuff. Thanks girl! read more

Thanks to Cynthia of Adalberto's being unreasonable, I had the pleasure of dining at IHOP for my weekly fill of egg and potatoes and I'm glad for it. From the moment I walked in Isabel acknowledged me and made sure I was attended to by a co-worker since she was busy *big plus* . Once seated Isabel came over quickly and made sure I had what I wanted/needed *Another plus*. Food came quick and coffee was hot and not watered down. Hash browns were a bit over cooked but they were tolerable. Overall visit was relaxing although restaurant was cold and it helped that Isabel wasn't in my face every 3 mins asking me if I was ok! I asked for a booth today when I went in to IHOP. I go here regularly and was denied a booth. The lady with brown hair in a bun with glasses said she didn't have any open booths. I looked at the room and there was a whole row of booths with clean tables. My boyfriend and I looked at each other confused. She said she was the only one there. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called in an order at 7:20pm. I ordered my food she told me they were busy so It would be about 30-45 minutes. Which was fine. I tried to call back 4 times to change something on the order. There was no answer. I had the option to leave a message. So I left my house at 8pm. I get to IHOP at 8:11pm. I walk in an the lady doesn't even greet me. Just asks if I was the phone order. I said yes. She then told me "I'm not even going to lie to you... I didn't put your order in." Started in about how she didn't even have a break. I asked why didn't she call me. She said "oh I didn't have your number.. I mean I had your number but I didn't call" then asked if I wanted her put actually put the order in now. I asked "so it's going to be ANOTHER 45 minutes?" She said yes. I walked out. Took my family to IHOP on Bradshaw on January 11, 2018 and was pleased with the food options and very pleased with the service. We all had breakfast combos and everything was great, except the overly crisp hash browns, but they were edible. Our server was exceptional. His name was JOVANY. He was friendly and quick to help us order. We were ALSO quick to receive our food and it was pipping hot and satisfying. We sat and chatted after our meal and no one made us leave. Goodness gracious. Attempted to place an online order for $5 off promo and it didn't go through 4 times after completing the order. Whatever, not their fault cause it's a company website, HOWEVER, I called to place the order: I tried calling 3 times and after multiple rings, it prompted me to leave a voicemail. Once someone actually picked up, the lady kept repeating my order back as if trying to write it down BUT SHE KEPT GETTING IT WRONG. As I tried to correct her, she continued to speak over me, finished repeating back my WRONG order, then asked if the item I wanted was on the senior menu. WHAT. NO. I had the worst customer service ever. My cousin and I went in, were the next available customers. We went up to the women at the register and told her it was just two of us. And she walked away. Then another couple came behind us. And after another worker came and asked who was first the cashier said she didn't know when we had just talked to her. So we spoke up and let them know it was us who had got there first. After she seated us it took about 25 min just to get our drinks going. And once the second family sat down they were given their drinks five minutes later. After we got our food ASYSHA handed us our check. This is very unprofessional and rude. You don't go doing this, this specific thing makes us as customer feels rushed. Won't be coming again because of her. read more

My husband and I had lunch there today and needless to say it was a bad experience. The coffee was cold, the waitress brought a new carafe and it was cold, I told the waitress and she said she would make a new pot, by then we were almost through with our meal and never got any hot coffee. When we paid our bill, my husband told the manager and he took the charge off the bill. The waitress was not very well trained as she had to keep going back and getting other things for the customers. This wasn't the first time we had a problem there so it will be out last visit to that IHOP. We will find another one in our area. read more

Had a very enjoyable meal and superb service for dinner. Staff went out of its way to accommodate our Sacramento Tall Club business meeting this week with our own area for a group of 12. The chicken crepes Florentine ($11.99) were delicious and the senior salad ($1.99) was large and colorful. Overall a great experience and we will definitely return in the future! read more

After going here ever since it has opened and have had no issues untill the last 3 or 4 times i have been there. The place was dirty. Bathrooms were very dirty. also the menu was dirty and food spilled all over and never cleaned.. booths were very sticky and you stuck to them.. food came cold both times and the server said it was not her problem.. i paid my bill without eating and will never go back..They need a serious board of health inspection..too bad.. read more

If there was any way to rate no stars, that would be a more accurate review. We went to IHOP for Sunday Brunch to celebrate my granddaughters 13th birthday, We had 6 in our party. Immediately, the silverware was disgusting - - looking as though it never even went through the dishwasher. The coffee was cold. I ordered sour dough toast with my steak burrito. The bread came, not toasted and barely warm with one slice of bread having avocado on it. The waitress stated - you don't mind, do you? The knife just had avocado on it. Really? Are you kidding? How disgusting. I requested fresh toast. When it came, it was not buttered. I had to ask for butter. The butter for pancakes was so hard, it tore all the pancakes to shreds. While I was eating my steak burrito, My fork hit something hard on my plate. I discovered my plate had dirty food stuck to the plate. I almost lost it right there. My husband did not want to cause a scene because it was a birthday celebration - - but I was livid. This experience cost us $73 and some change. We have had pleasant experiences in the past at IHOP, this morning's was not one of them. We arrived just before 11:00 am, they were already busy but not overwhelmingly so. There were 5 in our party, myself, my wife, and our three kids, we were following the graduation of two of our kids from middle school so this was a celebration. Orders were placed around 11:10 and we began our wait. We noticed around 11:30 that what looked like our food was on the pass, and there it sat - and sat. 11:40 our server brings out our food, well everyone's except for mine that is. The food that did come out was cold to the touch as it had been on the pass waiting for at least 10 minutes, no one was thrilled. At this point, it is 11:50 and my lunch hour is nearing an end - I ask my server to just wrap it up to go as I am now out of time and will have to eat at my desk. Clearly someone dropped a ball here, and then they kicked it out of bounds. Our server was very nice and apologetic (which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 star) however the ruined meal does not make up for it enough for us to risk a return visit. On top of all that the omelette was very mediocre at best when I finally got back to work to eat it. Next time we will just go elsewhere. read more

We ordered an all you can eat stack of pancakes and the manager refused to honor the item we paid for. So we didn't get what we paid for. This manager was working the floor when we came in- she wasted like 10 min chatting with a finished customer instead of servicing 4 waiting people. Slow from the get go and that type of service continued- understaffed only like 2 employees including her in the store. Veronica didn't handle the order right in explaining how this all you can eat works. So rudely she refused to honor the deal I had paid for. I have in the past had no issues with this location. Management skills professionalism respect and clear communication were lacking! I ended up having to argue, ruining our appetites and making me super mad and leaving ASAP! She won that, but lost my whole familys business. I might come back when she is removed? Charging me for something she refused to honor! You don't expect to be treated rudely! Took hella long to get a few pancakes on purpose?! Need a new manager ASAP! I have never had an issue sharing 2 pancakes with my friend. DRAMA was not what I came for. So please owner replace her.
