A great place for a quick meal before or after a movie. It's my first time here and I'm very surprised to see such an extensive menu beyond just burger. It's perfect for a big group cuz everyone can find something they like~ For drink we have a fountain drink and draft beer. They are serving New Glory Gummy Worm IPA and it actually has a hint of gummy worms it's so cool. I enjoyed it. For food we have smash burgers with tots and chicken tenders. Food came out fresh and hot. I finished my burger before digging into tenders and they are still super hot. Burger patty is very juicy and tender. The plan was for a movie and then dinner, but we ended up switching it up and grabbing a Smashburger before heading over to the movie theater I enjoy the fries here. Yes, I said it. For me it was all about the fries. The sweet potato fries have become my favorite. They're perfectly crispy on the outside, and light and fluffy on the inside truly a great fry. A Smashburger is so much better than any fast food or quick stop that you might find along the way, The burger patties are perfectly seasoned, and the burgers remain juicy and flavorful. The melted cheese pulls it all together into one super tasty bite. I've been here quite a few times over the course of time, and the biggest deterrent is, I'm not necessarily a fan of their hamburger buns. I'm not certain what it is, but I really wish that they would find new buns. The restaurant has kept pretty clean, and soft drinks are self serve with refills. The customer service is pretty much what you'd expect. Nice kids working hard and doing a great job. Has a little kick, smoky flavor, and makes the whole burger taste perfect. Bun soft but not soggy, held everything together. I also got the smash tots. So good. Crispy outside, soft inside, and you can taste the rosemary oil finish. That tiny bit of rosemary gives big flavor. You smell it before you even bite it. Food came out hot and fresh. I ordered a burger no cheese and when I got home I noticed that there were specks of cheese on the side of my burger. They probably cooked a burger with cheese and got it wrong and just decided to take the cheese out of the burger rather than making a new one. Took the grandkids out for a movie and a meal. My wife and I ordered the chicken club salad's and was pleasantly surprised at the size and freshness of the salad. Kids had burgers nothing fancy but no complaints. I did have a issue at the portion and price of the tater tots, my daughter counted about 14 small tots with the chili topping, i also ordered a side they didn't make it to the table and when I went to the counter they were sitting there, the gal emptied them on a tray and handed them to me. They were luke warm and I counted about 16 pieces, we asked the server about the portion size and she stated that the order was correct. For the price we paid we could have probably purchased 10lbs. Needless to say we won't order and waste money on these again. I didn't know there's a potato shortage. Our server was friendly but I felt she couldn't have corrected this. The service at this store is really horrible I went to get a couple of burgers and some fries to go. Not very busy but steady business. Store was clean and adequately staffed. The manager was working as well. I placed my order and sat in the area set aside for people waiting for their orders. There were a couple of people that came in behind me that placed orders to go. I waited and waited for my order but watched my bag of food sitting under the heat lamp and not served to me. The people who came in after me got their good and left and my food just sat there. I finally asked where my order was and they grabbed the bag that had been sitting under the heat lamp for more than 5 minutes. I voiced my concern especially about the fries being cold at this point. The manager came over and advised me they would make new fries. Waiting for another 5 minutes to get hot fries would mean our burgers would be cold. I wanted my order to be redone and the manager refused to remake my whole order and said if I didn't like that, she'd give me my money back. At this point I was so hungry, I left with my cold food viewing never to come back. Unless they have had a turnover in staff, I cannot recommend this Smash Burger. read more

After walking in and standing at the counter for several minutes, all three employees looked directly at us multiple times and never said be right with you or acknowledged our existence. Absolutely no urgency when moving around in the back to prepare current orders. when I asked to speak to the manager, Brandy, the shift leader walked up and advised me that she had been working 12 hours and shared that they are currently understaffed and have undertrained employees.
