First time visiting this IHOP location for breakfast. Ordered the breakfast bowl - and a side of bacon. Food came out in about 10 minutes. Everything in the bowl was hot and prepared properly - and was quite tasty. Added some hot sauce and black pepper to make it even tastier. The bacon was hot and crispy. My server Lucy was awesome and did a great job. The dining area is a bit cramped. I think they should remove one row of tables to provide a bit more room. Paid with Apple Pay. #IHOP read more

The food here was terrible. Stopped here while driving down I95 and this is the worst IHOP we've ever had. The pancakes were terrible, very thin and didn't taste good. Eggs tasted watered down or powdered, sausages are very thin and French toast barely cooked. Everything was cold when it came out and I think they only have 1 coffee pot so u have to wait 10 min for refill while another pot brews. The waitress was nice but I believe she was alone other than kitchen staff. This was a waste of money. We left most of our food on plate as it just tasted terrible. Save your money and just go to McDonald's. read more

This is by far the worst establishment I have ever been to in my life. When I came in with a party of 8, the restaurant was empty, yet the food took nearly an hour an 20 minutes to show up. The waiter although being nice, seemed to have forgotten that our table existed and practically never stopped by. The food came cold, the drinks were WATERED down and the experience was beyond unacceptable. We ate inside IHOP and it was a warm and inviting restaurant. Everyone who works there is always nice to us and the food was great. I had something I had never tried before, it looked like a the egg looked like a soft taco and I know it was called (white egg & veggies). It had my avocados on top that I love, inside was spinach, mushrooms, grilled small tomatoes and it had the most delicious taste. Very pleasantly surprised, I'm going to have it again the next time we go. My husband was very pleased with his lunch and he's hard to please. I never leave reviews and when I say never I mean never! The service was terrible the hostess had a terrible attitude throwing menus on to the table shoving chairs. The waiter terrible not professional friendly at all. The one time I decide to go out with my family they ruined that. read more

Server was rude, food was cold and over cooked, and bill was ridiculously high. We came here because grandson wanted pancakes. He ordered pancakes and an Oreo shake ( yeah I know, sugar overload but I'm grandma). Server was annoyed when he ordered the shake because apparently they had an order of 18 shakes prior to ours. She came back with part of our order which was cold and hard promising to be back with pancakes. She finally came back put pancakes on the end of the table without saying a word and left. Asked for butter the next time we saw her and 10 minutes later it arrived. She was super unfriendly and we tipped accordingly. If you're going to get up and go to work on a snowy Sunday I'm sure you'd appreciate more than 2.13 an hour. Service. Smile. We never got the bill, went to checkout and that person found our bill and she was very nice. According to the checkout person our server does hair for a living and this is a side gig. When we walked in, I liked the Valentine's Day decorations. The decoration is great and the calmer vibe even when crowded. The wait time was long, but our server, Corrine was very nice about it. Food wise, it was good and bad. We ordered the Avocado Toast, and my mom said it was the saddest avocado toast ever. It was bread, not visibly toasted and avocado slices with 4 little tomatoes. The oatmeal was the WORST. Like, it was 4 spoonfuls. The baby eats more of a pack of oatmeal as a snack with breakfast. You would have to order 2 or 3 to have a meal. I wish I could rate a zero. I would say the service was horrible but really there was no service. My husband and I waited 20 min and never even had our drink order taken. A solid 3 stars. This IHOP currently has 2 stars, & I don't think it should be ranked that low. The place is a hit or miss, but when it's a hit, it's good place to be. I've been a couple times. When I've gone for dinner, the service has been slow & the food is sub par, but I just went for breakfast on a Saturday & enjoyed my meal. Food is almost halfway decent for diner food. But if you order from the app be careful. The app likes to drop "Curbside" orders and make them pick-up orders, and the manager will give you a ration if you call in for curbside and his receipt says pickup. Got lectured today on it..even though I very deliberately selected curbside. Here's a hint, don't chastise your customers because you have a crappy app. Yes I know it's not your fault personally, but it shouldn't matter what's printed on the receipt, if someone calls in and says they have a curbside order, just bring it out without the lecture. read more

Once seated it was another 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us again. The food was subpar. My french toast had no cinnamon and just looked liked buttered bread, potatoes were undercooked. I took a friend here yesterday. I had a good experience a couple of months earlier so thought I'd try again. I had the chicken fried steak with pancakes, scrambled egg and pancakes and hash browns. I also need to add that this location was very busy on the day that my family and I went out for lunch. However, there were quite a few negatives about our visit. This restaurant is not social distancing at all. Our waitress sat us and we had to get up from our table to ask for drinks, coffee refills, silverware, condiments. Each time we had to ask a different staff member as our waitress never came back to check on us. She brought us 50% of our food after a 30 minute wait after ordering. Once we finally got our food, one order was incorrect and we had to get up from the table to ask for the remainder of our order. Totally unsatisfactory. 46 degrees outside and the a/is on full blast. Phone showing 54 degrees and dropping inside. Fans blowing all the banners around, door open to entryway and everyone is complaining. Night manager lady says only GM has key to thermostat box.. others saying he has to be cold all day and won't let anyone change things. UNSAT. Fix it or make it able to be adjusted by your responsible adults who care about customers. Noses running, hoods up, coats zipped and eating food that cools off is less than 10 mins. Wow. My Grandson and I tried to eat here this evening ........For some odd reason it was horrible !!!! We've eaten here many times. Basic stuff like ...kids cupcake pancake and I usually get the Swedish crepes they were nasty !!! Mixed the butter , melted into the berries it looked really bad and it as served on a saucer !! So I ordered an English muffin toasted dark and buttered, shell eggs w/ cheese and bacon. It all came on separate plates and the eggs were just drowning in cheese !! It looked awful!
