The staff wouldn't give my sister her order or her money back. Asked for a name and manager and the guy slammed the door in her face. Food was late, cold and soggy and missing half the order. Place is always empty, employees are rude, food is awful... they must be hard pressed for sales to the extent that they're resulting to stealing customers money. They probably don't have the funds to restock their supplies, so they let ppl order knowing they'll be missing half their order, let them pay for it to get the sales, and then refuse to refund ppls money to keep the sale totals up. Bad experience. Menu was sticky with syrup...the pages stuck together. The fork and spoon had stuff on them and had to be replaced. My food was served pretty quickly but the bacon was cold and limp and the scrambled eggs weren't hot. One pat of butter on pancakes. staff here is horrible. I came in late afternoon and it was dead. on off duty server was wandering around talking out loud bout some lame situation BEEFING with people or something. My buddy had warned me that he had a bad experience in this spot. My server was slow. The service was amazing, the food came out fast and it was delicious (as far as breakfast places like ihop go, you get what you pay for). Our server Rozz greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and before even putting down her things to begin her shift sat us down. She was prompt and extremely friendly in regards to taking our order and had a beautiful and friendly smile (which in customer service goes a long way). After several terrible experiences at the other ihop in town I would Gladly drive to this location, past the other one 100 times to come here. Rozz was fantastic as was our experience. Incompetent workers who show no effort and don't know how to take an order, this place is trash

Third time they messed-up. 1st time was not getting the extra we paid for & the food actually made us sick. I just figured it was because we had been on the road for a while. 2nd time, after paying for meals, taxes & tip, I was over charged and the pancakes were the only decent thing. They attempted to fix the over payment. Strike 3 today, 3-1-23, lid not on containers correctly, food my dog didn't even want, half the eggs were missing, the pancakes were either over cooked or had this weird nasty taste, then you can imagine what made me mad. Once again after paying for the meals, taxes & tip, not only did I pay for that but also extra. The extra overcharge was $8. But between missing food that was paid for & over charging that starts to add up. Between 2 trips we lost over $20. That is not counting the spilt food or nasty food that was uneatable. So think, we will say, 1 family over charged by $10 at a time. Add in 9 other families going through the same thing. That is $100 a day, $500-$700 a week, $2000-$2800 a month, $24,000-$33,600 a year. Who ever is over charging us making money. IHOP gets over 10 customers in one day. A dollar here or there adds up. That is around a minimum wage job pay for a year. read more

No pancakes for me with such a lovely picture of cinnamon toast brioche on the menu! The only way the brioche could have been any better was if they were to put it under a broiler to caramelize a bit. My eggs were perfect and I'd ask for grits. My plate came out with hash browns and I am so glad I ordered grits. The hash browns look soggy and unappetizing. I didn't taste them not did I want to. My grits came out right away. It took our food forever to arrive due to the Ihop only having one server and one cook with a restaurant full of customers. When our food arrived, the silverware was filthy and I asked our server for more silverware. He never came back to the table with the silverware and the manager on duty finally clocked in and brought us more silverware and when he brought us more silverware he said "I brought you a lot just in case they are dirty". First of all, your silverware should NOT be dirty. We also asked our waiter for water which he never brought to the table. Our bill was also very expensive for the poor service we encountered. The Food Is A+ Awesome. The Staff went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. I have a boyfriend that is VERY difficult to satisfy and he is very picky and IHOP almost had to drag him out. He loves the place. Our server was a young man named Tyreese. Not only did he take our entire order (party of 3) but then he went into the back and cooked it by himself! And it was absolutely beautiful on the plate I almost didn't want to eat it. Almost....We ate every bite and we will be back again soon. I did notice that most of the other staff weren't hard at work like Tyreese and some woman whom I assume was his manager. A heavy set blonde came to our table and had the nerve to tell us that our server was a drug dealer! I couldn't believe how unprofessional this woman was! Even if that were true, its definitely not something you share with customers! And I don't care if Tyreese is the next Al Capone, he made our visit enjoyable and I will be requesting him by name anytime we visit. read more

Although the food is no different from any other IHOP throughout America, I must give it a 5 stars based on the excellent service I remember receiving. I remember it was just another night out filled with dancing and drinking (lots of drinking). Our stomachs were craving some sort of hearty breakfast food to maybe at least help the hangover we were all going to experience in the hours soon to come, so the word IHOP came up. Out of the two IHOP restaurants in Tally this was the one that seemed more closer to campus. After sitting down and ordering our waters, my overjoyed feeling for those buttery pancakes soon to come hit a complete stop when the waitress said all the burners and stove tops weren't working. After about a minute of disappointment I couldn't take no for an answer and asked the waitress if we could possibly take some to go and just cook it ourselves at home. The staff had no problem with that at all and finally shipped us off with 5-6 large cups of pancake batter, hash browns and other breakfast items I can't exactly remember free of charge. So despite having to cook my breakfast, in all I had another memorable college night that ended perfectly with those fluffy buttermilk pancakes in my mouth.
