Sometimes you have to go, "old school." I've been going to IHOPS since I was a kid. Always consistently good, some are better. This one seems especially good. Tonight I went a little overboard and got the chicken fried steak with biscuit gravy, two eggs, hash browns, and three buttermilk pancakes. Came here right after a workout (I know I know!) but it was 58 cent stacks! My partner and I were seated fairly quick. Here's the funny part, I was so dehydrated from my work out that I needed a water so bad and no one had checked in on us for at least 15 minutes. My partner and I were becoming a little antsy, so I went ahead to grab a waitress to at least please bring us a water. I went to walk up to a female waitress, we made eye contact and she proceeded to walk away the opposite direction. GREAT. This is now going on 20 minutes no service and I can't get ahold on anyone. To say the least, a kind bus boy helped us and was the only person who had some urgency to serve us. Two other parties were seated next to us and the manager (seemed to be) sent over two waiters to serve them before us. Pretty much... This is my favorite place to eat Sunday breakfast with the family. I love their breakfast sampler and their nutella crepes are delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous, the best part is that they barely have a wait. They have plenty of parking available. read more

It is 24/7 which is awesome. The food is always great here. The workers are sooo friendly and the speed of service is typically reasonable, although sometimes slow because they only have one griddle for Belgian waffles.. which are amazing by the way. This is one of my favorite Ihops, it's so clean, the staff is nice, and never had an issue with the food (knock on wood). It gets packed during the lunch hours, even during the week so keep that in mind. Also for people who are not aware but I hop does not split checks (meaning that you can't use multiple debit cards) so if you go with a group, everyone should bring cash instead. read more

They have a promotion called "Scary Face Pancake" but they don't tell you until you order that YOU have to make the scary faces out of the ordinary pancakes. Toast for both my wife and I was so cold the butter wouldn't melt and my eggs were runny bordering on raw. 2 is earned only because wait staff was nice. read more

I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed with IHOP management I am on this. They frequently have buy one get one free coupons for this place now in those valpack mailers so on veterans day not realizing I went to breakfast here and dared to use a coupon for this place. While ironically was grabbing breakfast with one of my favorite vets IHOP told me they would not honor the coupn. After all it was a holiday and fine print was fine print. I know it sounds like I am being cheap but they charged for a orange juice we didn't drink and I let that slide and I didn't even care about all the signs add us on facebook and get free pancakes. On the receipt it said call this number and take a survey and get free pancakes. Instead of all these marketing efforts ask the young man sitting with me if he served this country and give him his omlette for free. I believe this company is still making enjoy money when all is said and done. It was veterans day. It think it is sinful that a mateur manager would make such a poor judgement call. My family and I LOVE IHOP. Unfortunate this IHOP was overstated, unprepared and the worse experience we've ever had at any IHOP...ever. For starters, our waiter appeared to be entertaining a table of friends and family right behind us and although he was not their waiter he was far more attentive to their needs. The store did not have milk, or Sierra Mist, or straws and after deciding to take out meal to go we found out they were out of to go utensils as well. Unfortunately we only found this out after I asked the waiter if he placed any in our bag. The manager same out at some point to direct traffic but it was too late. Went there early on a recent Sunday morning. We thought we would beat the "after church" crowd. I ordered a special which included one egg, bacon, sausage, ham, home fries and a pancake. The egg and the service were perfect. Everything else tasted like it had been sitting for hours. I was so disgusted that my stomach now turns at the mention of the name, IHOP. Hey it's IHOP, what do you really expect? There was a 15 minute wait on a Sunday at 12:40. Not too bad but I was a party of two. Larger parties waited longer. Lots of children and very noisy but that's fine. My server was very sweet and brought our beverages and food out quickly. In and out in 35 minutes. read more

Why do I keep coming back???? After I told her I wanted to order chocolate chocolate chip pancakes, she asked me "you just want the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes?" I said yes. The waitress confusingly looked into her order screen after she took our food order. 1 min later she asked someone "Are chocolate chocolate chip pancakes listed under pancakes"? Seated fairly quickly at this location but tables are so close together... You need to turn sideways to shimmy into the seat on opposite side of the table. Honestly, you could whisper and every word would be shared with each table on either side! Squeezing in extra seating at the cost of customer comfort isn't the way to run this operation! Portion control is certainly in place... To a fault! We decided to order the breakfast sampler. Well I guess you get what you ask for...two tiny pieces of bacon, two quarter slices of Canadian bacon, eggs were tiny! Not sure I've ever seen a chicken egg that small and when I say spoon full of potatoes, I'm talking tea spoon! Waitress took forever to return with check, which involved calling someone to find her! As you may see with any of my other reviews, I almost always give good ratings and find even the simplest good gesture or food item to deserve additional "stars"... This location is good if its not a busy day. This afternoon (Sunday) was very busy but the wait was quick. They forgot our coffee and served our food that we couldn't eat for 10 minutes because we didn't have any utensils. I just want to say that this was the absolute worst experience that my family and I have ever had at an ihop. There was hair in the food, absolutely filthy utensils and things on the bill that were never received. This Ihop is always empty which is the first clue not to eat here. Next I received my omelet and noticed a piece of hair. Ok, I work in food service and understand it happens so I won't cause a scene and cut that half off and eat the rest. WRONG. Cut it in half and surprise there is another hair tucked inside. THAT IS DISGUSTING. All they could say is sorry want anything else? No cause it probably has hair. Seeing previous comments about hair leads me to believe their cook needs a haircut. came here with my wife and toddler daughter on 8-1-17 and was waiting for 30 minutes before someone finally came and asked what we wanted to order. The place was not busy at all and most of the employees were clowning around with no care in the world. Won't be visiting this place again I'd rather drive 10 minutes more and visit another IHOP for better service. read more
