The food quality is HORRIBLE. We ordered the Spicy Poblano, as you can see from the picture, the avocados had many black spots. The manager was nice enough to replace the avocados only to receive hard and unripe avocados. Additionally, we ordered the Vanilla Ice Coffee and it was dosed with syrup. Manager also replaced that with Hot chocolate. The chicken tasted like it just came off the Sysco truck and went on the grill. The hashbrowns were burnt and had a terrible aftertaste.

This has probably become my favorite IHOP ever, and it's not just because it's the only halal IHOP in New Jersey (though that's mostly the reason). The quality of the food is very good, the restaurant is clean & well-maintained, and the staff are friendly, prompt, & energetic (which can be hard at 5am). We got there at 4:45am and we were seated quickly. This IHOP has a distinct halal menu filled will sweet & savory options (all cooked on "halal-only" grills); if that's not enough then you can request if items from the normal menu can be made halal. We ordered a few items, like the Crepe Combo (Strawberries & Cream) and Chicken & Waffles. The crepes were sweetened right, and the chicken was flavorful. We could also try some halal turkey bacon, a rare treat. The coffee and hot chocolate rounded out the meal well. Despite how crowded it was, the food arrived without much waiting time. Our waiter made sure we were taken care of, and he did it with a smile. I also admired how nice this IHOP branch looked, both inside and out. By far the best-looking one I've been to. Overall, I can't wait to come back, and I only wish more IHOP branches could become halal.

This is my favorite iHop in the area. The food is great, the service has always been wonderful thanks to the lovely staff. Special thanks to Linda whom has always made my late night, early morning breakfast dining experience wonderful. I suggest the classic Belgian waffle, with melted butter, and strawberry syrup... You will not be disappointed.

Halal IHOP | A Breakfast Dream, the Halal Way Finally tried the halal IHOP experience and wow--it really lives up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was unmatched. I came with my family for the first time, and both the manager and the owner personally came over to greet us. We connected instantly--super kind and welcoming people--and they made sure we were seated at one of the best tables in the house. Our server was just as attentive, checking in with us often and making sure we had everything we needed. Even with the place buzzing, the staff made it feel personal, and I noticed that same level of care being shown to every table around us. Now, the food: Oreo Milkshake & Cupcake Milkshake - thick, creamy, and just the right kind of sweet. Dubai Pancakes - rich, beautifully stacked, and full of flavor. Definitely a showstopper. Strawberry & Banana Pancakes - fresh and classic. Veggie Omelette - a great savory balance to the sweet options. Steak - cooked just right and definitely hit the spot. The atmosphere had this warm, family-friendly energy that made the whole visit feel like more than just a breakfast outing--it felt like a true experience. If you're craving a halal twist on American brunch favorites, this spot checks all the boxes. Already planning the next trip back.

This is a great place if you want something basic for breakfast. I had the scramble egg bowl which is basically somewhat like a breakfast sampler just in a bowl all mixed together. It was a lot that I took some to go. Can't ever go wrong with coffee although nothing to magical about it. Pancakes were good but I've had better. Again it's iHop I'm not expecting anything to spectacular . Service was fast, JT was friendly and ensured our meals came out on time. Ambiance was good for a Wednesday morning. Very slow but quick service

This IHOP has a halal menu! All food is cooked in a separate grill. At this time they offer halal grilled chicken and Turkey bacon meals plus majority of the pancakes, crepes and French toast. It's nice because the food comes out with a halal toothpick sign so it doesn't get mixed up! I'm not too devout where I would request the separate grill, so I am hopeful in the future with enough demand there will be halal steak and other options. My southwest chicken burrito was amazing I've never been able to really have one in a chain restaurant before. Service was great as well. The women's bathroom was but no biggie. It's spacious with a lot of seating as well.

Whether it's in a strip mall or not is irrelevant (mentioning it only for those who chose to ignorantly judge that aspect), as it's the quality of the place that counts over where it's located. I've been in the area before, but didn't notice it. It was only after seeing it was on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares did it pique my interest. After seeing the episode, I made it a point to come here and try this place. I was glad I did. As mentioned, inside is really nice and my kind of place. Very comfortable, casual, and a good spot to get a meal or just to hang out. With so many TV's, I would imagine that this would make a great sports bar/restaurant as well. There's a choice of table, booth, or bar to sit and I chose the booth as I usually do. The food menu is pretty decent and filled with enough options. I chose the Mozzarella sticks for the table and the 'Lunch Money Burger' for myself. The sticks were pretty big, but tasted good. The burger was okay, but I can't say it was the best I've ever had. The fries had a unique taste to them and were quite good. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. Parking is plentiful as this does share the space with several other businesses since it's located in a mall. Overall, this is a nice place that I'd have come to whether or not it was featured in the show. Being on the show is what got me to notice this place and now that I know it's here, if I'm in the area again I would surely come back.

We decided to have lunch as first-timers at their Wayne location situated in the Wayne Towne Center (Route 23 South). As one steps inside, one is greeted by the staff in an energetic ambiance, with multiple TVs showcasing live sports and an inviting bar stocked with an impressive selection of local craft beers and cocktails. The host led us to a booth in the main dining room. The decor radiates a modern yet cozy vibe, making it the perfect setting for a casual family dinner or a night out with friends. Their sizable menu features their specialty wings, burgers, coal-fired pizza, sushi, salads, and sandwiches. It also offers an extensive craft beer menu, whiskey selections, and specialty cocktails. As an appetizer to share, my partner and I opted for the Breaded Wisconsin Cheese Curds with marinara sauce. We ordered the Veggie Crunch Sandwich and Grilled Chicken Sandwich, accompanied by fries. To wash them down, we decided on the Hugo Spritz and Pomegranate Spritz. Food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. Every dish was perfectly made. Portions were healthy and the price reasonable. Our server Kelly was friendly and professional and wanted to make sure we were happy. Additional personal touches, such as management checking in on tables, left us feeling valued and appreciated. We had a wonderful experience.

The bar is always lively, filled with friendly patrons and enough tv's to watch sporting events. Good beer selection as well. My last visit here was a tad underwhelming, as I found the service lacking. Upon being seated, our server took our drink orders and then proceeded to come back every three minutes or so to ask if we were ready to put our food order in. Despite us responding that we wanted to relax and have a drink before ordering our food, she was relentless in coming back to us. It got to the point where I thought she was going to pull up a chair and simply wait for us to give her our food order. She finally wore us down and we ordered a pizza, not because we were ready to order but simply to give us a chance to relax and enjoy our drinks. We ordered a pizza with Meatball and Extra Sauce. The Extra Sauce request was somehow misinterpreted as a cup of Marinara Sauce placed in the middle of the Pizza Pie. I kid you not - see attached photo. What most frustrated us however was that after coming to our table three times in five minutes to gather our food order, she apparently entered the Witness Protection Program once our Food Order was in. I had to track her down at one point after waiting about 10 or 15 minutes to order a second round of drinks. We also had the misfortune of sitting next to a rather loud foursome who spoke at a volume befitting a Prize Fight Announcer. Now, I understand an Establishment certainly can't ask a customer to lower their voice. But there were very few patrons in the dining room that night and we were seated amongst a cluster of tables while the vast remainder of the dining area remained open. I get that you don't want to seat people at opposite sides of the restaurant, but come on, you could have spaced us out a little better than that. Like other reviewers on here, I would agree the service is generally hit or mis. There have been occasions where our servers were attentive, courteous and accommodating. I can only attribute the inconsistency in service to a lack of training and supervision. Nevertheless, Maggie's remains one of my "go-to's" and I would recommend it to those who have yet to try.

I wasn't super hungry so we shared the crispy cauliflower and lamb ribs from the appetizer menu. The crispy cauliflower was excellent -- hot, actually crispy, and not drowning in sauce which I really appreciated. The lamb ribs came over labneh (a yogurt base) and the first plate arrived with the lamb cold. I asked our waitress if that was intentional and she said only the labneh should be cold. They immediately replaced it with a fresh order and handled it really well, which I appreciated. Great service recovery and overall a really enjoyable brunch spot with a lively atmosphere.
