Normally I don't have an issue at this location but I want there around 10:30 on Friday night & they were pretty dead inside, not crowded at all. Our waitress was okay but we didn't get silverware/coffee stirrers until our food came, & our food came out at 11:45. We ordered breakfast foods, mine had chicken fingers (chicken & waffles) but they shouldn't take over an hour to cook....they were also VERY hard/crunchy to eat & hurt my teeth. The waffles were supposed to come out with butter, they did not. My other two companions meals were okay but we weren't thrilled & our waitress was a little lackluster, no personality, etc. TL;DR - Took over an hour for our 3 plates of breakfast food to come out. Beware of the new Classic Steakhouse Burger deal with a drink and fries for $6.99. They try charging you $2.99 for the drinks. Two people in my party and one ordered a soda and one ordered a coffee. The waitress said the coffee could replace the drink in the deal. When I get my bill they charged for two burger deals $6.99 and a drink $2.99 and a coffee When I went to pay they said they can't take it off they eventually took the soda off the bill but not the coffee. This is actually a decent IHOP place to go to. It is a very busy location but the staff got it together which is amazing. The place is clean, service is efficient, bathroom is surprisingly clean unlike any other IHOP joints. Once seated, the servers are very attentive on your needs on top of 10-15 other table they still need to take care of. As for myself and my experience (and I've been coming here often for the past year) I have never felt mistreated or any thing. Food always comes out fresh and not sitting by the hot window for a long time and the staff genuinely checks on you making sure you got everything you need. Completely Slammed and the staff is calm, attentive and handling it like a boss!! Such great service, food came in no time and the staff, can't say enough good about them! All of them! So hard to get great service lately, especially from such a young staff but not only are the wonderful, they are all so well groomed and clean cut. There was a lady hostess that was very rude not social and only talked shit about customers with another co worker. The waitess never refilled our water. We had to get up and basically get our own. The service was fair. My husband ordered all you can eat pancakes and he finally asked for two servings just so he didn't have to wait. I ordered country fried steak, it came with eggs and hash browns. I've had it before but it tasted bland. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have never experienced racial preference more than tonight. My food was cold my order was wrong and every table in the facility was checked on while I sat there waiting. This is a terrible place and they didn't even say sorry. I wouldn't have even been here at this rat infested nightmare. However, with family in town, and not being the one to choose the place for breakfast.. I was stuck. I warned them though. Place was extraordinarily busy. So the forty five minute wait I sort of understand. We were given a number so we'd know when we could actually go inside. Warm summer, but this was the one day it chose to rain. So, we're outside in the rain.Then the staff start yelling random numbers out in no particular order. "13!" "77!" "47!" ... which isn't the order you'd normally expect to hear them in. Which means, as you sit outside in the rain under a birds nest you have no idea how long you'll be risking bird droppings as you wait to sit inside the restaurant. Table service once we were seated was nearly invisible. He took the order, then vanished, only to return with food, but only checked in once to see if we were ready for the check. Nice. We'd only been seated for a bit, and some of us were still eating. "tick tock?!?!" Didn't we wait 45 minutes to be seated? Can't you be patient and wait for us to eat the food we ordered? Check time, and I notice that they've added a MANDATORY gratuity. Wow, really? You did a crap job in nearly every way possible, and you think that's going to fly? As an aside, WE COULD'VE JUST WALKED OUT, and not paid you. Your front people are that oblivious, and it took longer to find them then it did for the check to be delivered to us. Then the staff member was nasty. Wow.. so after all that, you can't even show the smallest amount of customer service.... I know this place is making money hand over fist, because it's all most always slammed, but you can't treat customers that way and expect to not have me phone your area manager. I love ihop. We went in on a busy Saturday and were seated in about 20 minutes for a party of 3 plus an infant. The wait area is a bit tight so if you come on a busy day be prepared to wait either outside in the cold/rain or in a tight area where people are bumping into you. The lady checking everyone in is a bit rude, I suggest getting a friendly person who can smile :-) Once seated we were told they don't allow strollers...? What? This used to be our favorite location but it seems like the older wait staff and cooks are no longer with them. Our waitress forgot about us the entire time we were there to the point we just went to grab our own boxes and condiments. Our food arrived cold. I understand most likely they waited for all the food to finish cooking but every single food item we had was barely warm so I have no idea what plate they were waiting to finish. Our hashbrowns were not even cooked all the way through and they only grilled on side and left the other side uncooked. Dined at this location on July 23rd in the evening. We were one of only four tables there. When we arrived at 8pm everyone else was already eating. Made our orders by 8:10 but did not get our food until 8:40. We did not see our server again until 8:30 when she told us our food was "coming right up" otherwise we surely would've spoke up. I know, we probably should have walked out but at 8 in the evening with a 3 year we did not want to start over. I was looking for the server to step up and comp us something, but no. I contacted corporate to see if this could be resolved after the fact. They were supposed to let the franchise owner aware of the situation and I have yet to hear back. The food and the server we got were good but my reason for giving this Ihop location 1 star is the way the manager fix their OWN problems. I wanted to use my Ihop gift card to pay for the meals but when I went up and pay they said they were doing a system reboot and they couldn't take my gift card. They called the manager in to tell me that there's an ATM nearby if I wanna take some cash out to pay them??? Is that how they fix their problems??? They can easily check the balance of the gift card and keep them as the payment, instead they told me I should just use credit card if I have one to go to the ATM to get cash out. Took my buddy here a couple weeks ago for breakfast, I was always a fan of corporate breakfast food joints. They are usually predicatable and have decent prices. This place is no different, The service was ok at best, a little slow and took a couple requests to get more coffee. The food was pretty tasty and plentiful. This one is in a newer strip mall so it looks really nice and clean. Very open seating so it can get a but loud. I will probably be back when in the area. read more

I'm usually not a IHOP fan. This one is newer, still clean and in a convenient location. Their food was your typical IHOP food. Tasted as good as I expected. The coffee and OJ were good as well. The waitress was really nice and very attentive. This location definitely is a step above your typical IHOP. read more
