This is quite possibility the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. So disgusting.

A group of 7 of us went in at about 1:30am. When the server came to greet us she let us know that it was just her and one cook. She said she would do her best for us but wanted us to know up front. We decided to stay since we were all starving and tired. There was a table of maybe 10 people next to us and another table of 4 who had not eaten yet. The server and the cook did an awesome job considering there were only two of them working. The 10 kids (young adults) asked for separate checks. I felt bad for the serber but she did well under pressure. The cook brought our food out when he saw there was a herd of kids standing behind the server as she processed everyone's payments. During our wait my boyfriend and one of the couples who have gone there with us on several occasions realized that EVERY time we have gone here they have been understaffed. EVERY time. What the hell is up IHOP? Next time we won't be stopping here. Don't go if you're really hungry or short on time. read more

When we first arrived we were seated right away. However, it took quite some time for the wait staff to acknowledge that we were there. There were probably about three people in the whole entire restaurant.. when the knowledge that we were there they came over to take our order, but she forgot her book to take the order. We ordered our food and it came out in a very depressing time. My children did not have everything that they ordered, including their drinks. The food was really sorry, and wet. When they delivered our food the waitress walked away and we did not see her again until we decided to pay. I was extremely disappointed in their atmosphere, and their attitude towards their clients. I do not recommend this place for anybody especially with children. I have no intention on visiting Twin Falls in the future, but I definitely can say I will never return to this I hop as well. read more

If I could leave a zero I would. After driving 5 miles off the interstate to sit down and have a hot meal in the middle of a 1k drive, we arrived at IHOP to a 10 minite wait that turned into a 20 minute wait. It's a Sunday afternoon so that is somewhat understandable. After being seated, 10 minutes later we had our drink order taken. We have now been here for over an hour, the coffee has been empty for half of that hour. Our food is still not here and the excuse given was that the regular chefs were on vacation. I would love to know how a backed up kitchen means that the wait staff does not need to check back on their tables. If anything, when the kitchen is having issues, the wait staff needs to pick up the slack- not add to it. I certainly hope that this is not the norm for this place, but I will not be stopping here again. At this point, if you want to sit down for breakfast and do not have 2 hours to spend, go down the road to Shari's. ***Update*** After asking for the manager (Jamie), she quickly located our order, refilled our drinks and got our food out to us. It was obvious that she was working in the kitchen, helping with the wait staff and dealing with difficult customers, yet she still made it a priority to make it right for us. After almost 2 hours of this exercise in patience, our waitress brought us the check and surprisingly did not even offer us a discount. After asking for the manager again to see about a discount and to exchange comments on how we felt our experience could be better, Jamie comped our meal and sent us on our way. I raised my rating to 2 stars: 1 for the quick reaction of Jamie in addressing and fixing our issues, and one because out of everyone there, she truly deserves a star all her own. This is just a typical ihop diner. Our server was very friendly, nice, and attentive. The food came out quickly and hit the spot.

45 minute wait to get the smallest portion size I've ever had in an ihop. The two eggs over easy were way bigger than the 3 inch by 2 inch portion of hash browns I received. Never refilled drinks. Questioning if I will attempt to go to another ihop again because of this horrible experience and their apparent inconsistency with food, service and speed. read more

The chicken noodle soup was not up to par and had little noodles. The BLT was overdone and the bread was very dry.

Decent food, ok service, it was fast food, not like IHOP used to be, a bit pricey for what we got , I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. read more

IHOP in twin falls has quite possibly the worst service in the town. Not only was no one seating customers with a plethora of empty tables available, it took over an hour to get our food. We seated ourselves needless to say. During our food wait, we Rarely were asked if we needed something, as in more coffee, water or anything that would be standard in any restaurant. This will be last time we visit this ihop......no one cares, here, and no longer do we. read more

Don't waste your time. There are far better options. Hash browns slightly tan on top and just warm shredded potatoes for the rest. Servers are good. Try Shari's a little further south on the right. read more

Had the biscuits and grave. They were inedible. Tasted like they used the old grease out of the deep fat frier to make it. Been setting here for over 10 minutes waiting for a waitress/waiter to ask me how the food is. The eggs, hash browns, and sausage are ok. read more

Meh. The only reason there's 2 stars is for our server and for the pancakes. She was nice and attentive but for the food, it's the other star. The pancakes we had were good but the entree was lukewarm and absolutely flavorless. It's just another chain restaurant not worth the hype. read more

It took over 15 min to even see a waiter at my table. He was the only one on duty at 9pm. I could hear the other server - just leaving - talking to the manager, concerned about her tips! Really people, your guests don't want to hear it! It took 40 minutes to get my food. Half way through the wait I was informed they were out of the cranberry juice I had ordered. My breakfast was barely average, my toast was not the sour dough I had ordered and no jelly or condiments were offered. The server was busy but no check back, nothing. I agree with others that have commented, this IHOP is always understaffed. I stopped to eat there because I had a $5 coupon and at this point I'm not even sure that was applied to my check. I had eaten here a week ago and all was as expected. Today, however, I walked in to hear the hostess tell all the waiting folks there was only one cook so the kitchen was closed to new orders until caught up. No one would be seated until the kitchen reopened. Now some 20 folks were ahead of me and if we were all seated after 30 minutes wait I am betting the kitchen would be closed again, so we all started leaving. I am glad that the hostess told us, glad the kitchen was doing as best it could, but sad there was not enough staff to operate this business read more

I must be stupid, but I keep trying to give the Twin Falls IHOP a 2nd,3rd and 4th chance. This was the last one. Took 45 min to get breakfast at 11am and I didnt get it all at one time. The excuse? new cooks. Previously I asked for scambled eggs, got hard cooked chopped up. The place was dirty, our seats had food on them...the was no hostess, had to grab a waitress for seating, and it was not her fault, the food was fair...I love the crepes here, but this time they were underdone.
