I am literally inlove with the food here! my french toast was cooked just right along with my eggs and bacon. The waitress Audrey was extremely patient and kind during the entire time i was there. It is hard to find waitresses and waiters that dont make it seem like their job is a chore, but audrey seemed like she enjoyed what she was doing!! i also loved the family atmosphere in the place. all of the staff was very nice to eachother and there was lots of laughter and smiles all over the restaurant. again, the waitress audrey was PHENOMENAL. the food came out on time, i was well provided for, she was funny and very polite. thank you ihop!! read more

It's very helpful that they have a kids eat tree for dinner policy that starts at 4 PM. I had the beef tips that are cooked in a savory sauce with onions and mushrooms. They were perfectly prepared and honestly, I wasn't expecting them to be as delicious as they were. It came with a choice of sides that I went with the Redskin mashed potatoes and the broccoli. The potatoes were good, but the broccoli was especially delicious. Not sure what they seasoned it with, but it was plentiful and really good. Also came with a piece of garlic bread. For less than 20 bucks that was a pretty good deal. My dining companion chose the cupcake pancake from the kids menu and had the fresh fruit with that. He was delighted with his choice. They seemed to be a little short staffed as people kept coming in and just one waitress keeping up with everything well but still seemed like they could've used somebody else. Oh boy. Where do I even start. We took our niece, we'll call her "A" here for a birthday breakfast. As she started digging in to her flapjacks that were stacked on a tiny saucer for some reason, the syrup began to spill all over the table. Before we knew what was happening, we were all covered in syrup. She kept eating her flapjacks, not realizing the mess that was being made. I don't even know where all the syrup came from. We had to pry her off the bench that she had become stuck to. The food was good, but the mess, oh my gosh, the mess. Our poor niece has now sworn off pancakes and will probably become a vegan or fruitarian as a result. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Amen. read more

Service today no so good. Not sure of short staffed but not really busy when we were in there. Our server wasn't happy about being there, she came across as being bothered by everything when we did see her. Taking order brought drinks brought food brought check. My husband said she came across as grumpy or hungover. Food was ok. Strawberry cheesecake waffles looked nothing like the menu picture. I didn't have it to take a picture. It was kinda funny it was so bad. It was a basic scrambled 2 egg, 2 flabby bacon and hash brown square. Over $16!!! Get a breakfast sandwich at a drive thru. Not worth the money at all. I would go someplace else where you get quality food and better service. Especially for breakfast. Cannot comment on lunch or dinner since I have not tried. Nor will I be. read more

Our server, Jessica, was extremely kind and welcoming. Efficient and dropping by the table, clearing and speaking with kindness in passing to customers and staff. One of those server experiences where you know someone is excellent at their job + at customer service. She also treated another unhoused customer with kindness and dignity, while staying alert and attentive to the surrounding people. Wasn't sure if this person was all there mentally, but she checked in on every surrounding customer and I could tell she was aware. Our host was very kind too, and made the experience very pleasant. Great addition to the area! I spent 12hrs 30min in this clean and vibrant establishment, ate 20 of their fluffy pancakes, and interacted with many of its wonderful staff members. Went with the 3 stack Buttermilk pancakes. Sadly, found them to be very gummy. Syrup don't think it was "real" maple syrup. Husband had two eggs, bacon, hash browns we both had coffee. $40.00 breakfast not worth it. read more

We came to IHop for a Veterans breakfast. The person at the door was not as friendly or hospitable as was Shayna & Natalie; who were terrific. The place was not crowed at the time we arrived but as we were leaving it was. There is room for large groups to enjoy a meal at this location. The food was good. The Red, White, and Blue plate for the veterans is ample; as is the 55+ plate. Kudos to the staff! Enjoy! :) read more

This was the closest ihop to our Airbnb. We visited with a party of 9 on a busy Sunday morning and were seated reasonably quick. The food came out within 15 mins of us ordering and was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and courteous and the manager made a couple visits to our table to see how we were doing. He even comped one of our meals because of a delay in service. To the manager: you run a right ship sir and we, the customers, notice and appreciate that. Excellent service! read more

We came in an host told us we need to wait to sit because the waitresses need to shift. We had to sit at the booth next to the door, getting hit with the cold air, and the people who came in after got the one we initially wanted. Then the other people at the better booth got their drinks first, so we got up and left. Servers are terrible here. read more

my boyfriend and i just went to ihop and we had been craving it for weeks! we finally had the afternoon off together to go and we get seated and the manager gets our coffees and 20 minutes goes by. 2 tables get sat around us. no one says a word to us. a server comes and takes the order of the table that was just sat behind us and doesn't say a word to us.. we stayed 10 more minutes of no one speaking to us and we got up and left! terrible service and communication going on there! read more

It was ok, but coffee was pretty marginal. Coffee for $3.99 is ok if it's good but for two people breakfast for $48.00 should be better. I wish I could order a smaller plate- it's too much food and too much money. Fresh fruit was nice. It's a new restaurant and the staff was very nice and its clean and booth was very comfy. If I want to spend this much money I will go someplace else. read more
