So I frequent this store for IHOP every time I take my elderly mother to the doctor. Which is quite often. Being a creature of habit I generally order the exact same thing. Today something told me to order the steak and eggs and not the Colorado Omelet. Being a guy. I didn't listen to my intuition. The service was friendly and excellent as always. She brought out my mom's spinach and mushroom Omelet and my Colorado... her's was as it always is.. plate edge to plate edge and so much food we always just pre-order the side of pancakes packaged to go... Well today my Colorado was the size of a gas station buritto.. certainly not worth $15. Waitress didn't even have to ask. She went and fetched the supervisor and the supervisor informed me that... well technically the Omelet is only supposed to be the size if a spatula when it's served. I pointed to Moms Omelet at its normal served size twice as large as mine. Supervisor informed me she couldn't interrupt the manager because corporate was visiting... Will I be back. It's a small town of course I will. At 15% did I leave the smallest tip I ever have at that store. Yep. The Waitress is supposed to also be my advocate to ensure the order is right... Did I appreciate the "well technically comment"... well technically Denny's is only one exit north on I75 in Byron. My queen and I went here for lunch after church, and our waitress was AWESOME!!! She was so attentive, friendly, and personable yet courteous, professional, and efficient. We both ordered the big steak omelettes with the NY Cheesecake Pancakes (which are like having dessert for breakfast and always wonderful), and although the steak quality has decreased over the last few years (there are FAR more rubbery and gristly bits than chewy and enjoyable pieces of steak than there used to be), the overall flavor was good. I think I've reviewed this IHOP before but I will review it again or update the review. Every time we come it's usually a later night stop. We've had Joseph as our server each time. He is a quality server! Always a great attitude, efficient, and friendly. The food last time was SO GOOD! We had a breakfast burrito and Salisbury steak meal. So fresh, warm and delicious. My husband and I are visiting from out of town. We had breakfast at this location about two weeks ago and were served by Heather. We returned today. She not only remembered us but also where she sat us originally, what my husband drinks and that he tends to have lots of refills (brought him two cups right out of the chute). We go to the IHOP almost every time we come to see my parents (they love it!) The hours posted say 6 but when we got there a little after 7 on a Tuesday, we had to wait a few more minutes for the door to be unlocked. The waitress was very friendly and did her job well but apparently was the only waitress there from 7-8? The food was okay, nothing special but definitely adequate. You enter through one door and exit through another. And they don't have syrup on the table anymore. The restrooms could have been cleaner but overall, we'll definitely be coming back here for years to come. read more

We used to enjoy this place pre-Covid. Good, hot food and attentive service. All that changed on Monday, 8/30/2021... We arrived around 6 pm - the place had maybe 6 tables in use. We were seated at a table. Wadded up paper napkins were in the floor next to our table and a big wet puddle was on the table and growing larger -- from a leaking A/C vent right above. OK...we can maybe overlook this. Until it came time for service... I took 6 minutes to get 2 waters. That's all we asked for: WATER. The rest of our party arrived and drink orders were taken. Nothing fancy. After 15 minutes we got up and left. No drinks, no servers...a whole lot of nothing. Heading to the exit, I waved to the 3-4 employees in the back room, sitting around, laughing and chatting. Won't be back. Kinda sad -- lots of good memories there. I won't blame Covid: other places still care about the customers, so why go back to IHOP? I won't. read more

Picked up a spinach and mushroom omelette to go on Nov, 9, 2023, because I wanted to tank up on a big breakfast before tackling some physically demanding tasks I had ahead that morning. All was well until the afternoon, when I wound up with the green apple quickstep (before ingesting any lunch). This place should actually be closed down. I've gone to many a Ihops in my day. This has got to be one of the worse (TOP 3) by far. I can understand ordering a meal and it coming to you not looking anything like the menu. At least you put forth an effort. These people did nothing of the sort. This place brought damn near raw hash browns. Eggs that were suppose to be scrambled hard, soggy. Bacon was suppose to be crispy, limp as a noodle. Crepes that looked nothing like what I ordered. Tres (3) leche pancakes. Came in dos (2) leche with no effort to look desirable. Pictures attached. Just down right disgusting. This could have cost me a trip to the hospital. I was wise enough not to accept the excuses the MGR. was spewing out of her mouth. I didn't accept the food. No charge. I even asked the Mgr. if they needed help. Her response was, she's good. Our server was top notch! Food was cooked to order and all special requests (many) were executed flawlessly. The whole team to the bussers worked so well together. Balloon animals for the kids on this Saturday and fun to see the creations. The manager clearly had a well run operation. The only complaint was the very dirty restrooms. No toilet paper and floor so dirty my shoes were sticking to it. I did mention to manager and he said they'd look into it. It was bad enough I wanted to find manager to let them know so that's the only reason for my four stars. No employee should have to use a bathroom that dirty and it's not something patrons should ever have to experience. I have hopes though the manager will address. Destiny showed it to the manager who told me "there is nothing I can do since the BUG was not in the food". A younger waitress exclaimed when we asked for a iced coffee refill that no one ever likes the iced coffee and wondered what it even tasted like. My boyfriend, his mother and I stopped in here for a late night dinner. I hadn't been in awhile, so I didn't know what to expect, but I have to admit I s a bit disappointed. There weren't many people in the restaurant, so you would think that we would have received great customer service - not the case. Our server spent most of her time speaking to another table, and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything. And then, she forgot small stuff we asked her for, like a straw or ketchup. Smelled "funky" when we first walked in. Ordered the fit and slim breakfast and were served fruit that looked old and over ripe, stale toast that was hard as a rock and even the coffee was terrible. We went for the all you can eat pancakes. We were only able to eat one plate, because our server completely disappeared after she dropped off a plate of pancakes. After half an hour of waiting, we got up and paid at the front. I'm more curious than anything to know where she went. I'm wondering if she even worked there and it was some random person who dropped off a plate of pancakes to us and then disappeared from the Earth's atmosphere forever. I'll admit that I'm more of a Waffle House kinda girl, but this IHOP is a great option in Warner Robins. I find myself eating here on Christmas day of all times, but it's my family's tradition. They normally have special dishes for the holiday season and this year they have egg nog, pumpkin praline, and white chocolate chip mint pancakes. The menu is pretty varied and they have everything I could want at a breakfast establishment except fried bologna (yes, I do like this and yes, it is awesome.) Prices are affordable and the location is pretty central if you need to get some shopping done as well. read more

We had breakfast at IHOP this morning October 7th getting ready to go to the National Fair. I don't know what everyone is complaining about, but we have outstanding food, outstanding service, the atmosphere was clean and neat. Our waitress was Erin. We decided to give IHOP another try. Just like our previous visit it was horrible! The only decent thing was the hot tea. Shortly after ordering our food it was in front of us in a few seconds (weird) the eggs were cold, the bacon, sausage and ham were not cooked per order and the pancake was meh! Veteran's Day 2019..We expected the restaurant to be busy, but our wait was 30 minutes long just to be seated. Once we were seated it took an additional 20-30 mintues for our food to arrive, we finally get our food only for it to arrive luke warm and in to go boxes..the waitress blamed the kitchen staff, after speaking to the manager our ticket clearly said to go... Im not sure if this was an attempt to quickly turn the table..but our experience was not a great one. We'll go to the Waffle House next time. read more
