Food was good, fresh and accurate. Didn't have to wait terribly long at all to sit. Waited about 10-15 minutes for my food. My waitress wasn't very attentive. Offered us our checks before asking if at wanted more to drink. I had the breakfast sampler (my usual) nothing was burnt out over cooked. My wife had the Southwest Scramble.. It was pretty good size and delicious as well (I finished it off for her). Back to the waitress... She insisted on giving the table next to us our food after they told her that's not what they ordered. I said "I believe it's ours!"... Ha ha... Much improved from years past. Went last evening for some pancakes and simple breakfast. The place was packed, we went in anyway. We were seated immediately (party of 6). Our server greeted us as we were sitting down and took our drink order. We had our food order placed and received our food within 15 minutes of sitting. The food was all correct (or so we thought) and delicious. Then, the manager personally visited the table to inform us we were missing pancakes... she had fresh ones in hand. Terrible service for Doordash deliverers. I showed up at around 12:45 to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready by 12:53 for someone. Had the manager told me ok it may be a little bit we had a few orders come in at the same time I would have been okay with it. I was just now able to get the order at 1:20 almost 30 minutes later than scheduled and I was supposed to have the order dropped off by 1:06. I'm very disappointed in their service and how they treat Doordash deliverers. I really hope Doordash takes them off their list of merchants soon because of how many unprofessional they have been. read more

This specific IHop was pretty good! My mother and I went in around 2 o'clock and it wasn't busy at all just maybe 2 or 3 other groups. It's probably the best time to go to this IHop if you are looking for a quick lunch and go. The food was amazing! The food is exactly how we ordered it! The only problem I had with this IHop is the server came to our table every five minutes it got slightly annoying, but the food made it up. We waited 10 minutes at least to get our drink order. When she did come my husband stated that she waited on the 2 tables behind us 2 different times and never even looked our way. She laughed at him. If it wasn't for having 2 kids with us we would of walked out. She finally took our order and brought our food. She never came back around to make sure we needed anything else. This is by far the worst IHOP that I've ever been to. They are very slow, rude and insanely stupid. We went for the first time on a Saturday and the lady got both of our meals wrong and then she was standing there pointing at my food, touching it and I told her I sure wasn't eating that now... She was very slow.. Highly disappointed. I love iHop but the experience I had here was unacceptable. First there was no one in front to sit us at a table and employees made eye contact with my friends and I and no one came to serve us. This lady came in (it looked like she was barely coming in to start her shift and didn't even seem that she clocked in to assist it - she was the one who sat us down at our table) The waiter we had was really unprofessional. We ordered drinks and our food. He had a strong unpleasant odor. It took a long time for our food to get to us and when it did, our waiter dropped my plate on the table and dropped some fries on the table. He saved the plate but instead of removing the fries for him to toss in the trash, he threw them on my plate. Do not recommend this. I spent $30 alone and did not leave a tip. Staff was very polite. Place relatively clean. If you're looking for a quiet place or not a very loud place to have breakfast this is not the place to go. Way to many kids. Lots of screaming, crying, table kicking etc. I don't blame the children or IHOP for this behavior but the parents of the kids for not making them behave. 2 stars, because the eggs were good. I was really unhappy with my entire experience. One, I understand restrictions have loosed, but the staff sat people in booths next to each other when there were other open areas. Then when one customer came in they tried to sit him at a corner booth, which had people on both sides (one was a party of 6). He asked for a different table. They offered him another which wasnt social distanced either. Then after he chose to leave, a staff member went on to make fun of him and then other people who take COVID19 serious and at least want to social distance. My issue is that she was loud, rude, and in the middle of the restaurant and not behind closed doors. I've never had a problem with this location before tonight. I have no idea who was technically my server this evening because the person who took my drink order, my food order, and brought me my check were all completely separate people. I waited for a while to get a refill and eventually when I asked the manager who was technically my server tonight he didn't give me a straight answer. I fly into town few of times a year to visit family and usually take a red eye into OKC so we stop by - the food is usually good and the service is fast and friendly. BUT we went last night (Friday) around 12:30 and was very disappointed. They had no coffee, the food took a very long time, toast came for one order very cold and the other toast order was wrong and returned as warm bread without any butter. It was not busy -only 4 other tables but several staff. One table of guest had a very obnoxious video or continuous music coming from their table that was obviously annoying to others but no manager in site and servers ignored the annoyance. Out of ALL the Ihop franchises, owners, managers, and entire staff, this location in Yukon is BY FAR the greatest!! I live in the city and drive an extra 15+ minutes to come to this one because the staff is just A++++ the manager, Tina, is always asking how things are, food is always hot and comes out in a reasonable time! All I hops have 99% the same menu items, but this one just seems like it even tastes better!!! Probably because I feel so welcomed and appreciated as a guest of the restaurant, not just a customer or a dollar sign! The wait staff is ALWAYS welcoming and fun, and make jokes and are crazy even in the floor in front and TO the tables! Really feels like they're all a hilarious family, and gets the tables involved too! There's a few 'regulars' tables that come in and the waitresses sit with them and it's all like family! Just left your location this morning . So sad to see the staff not supported by management that took pride in their staff and establishment. When my daughter and I walked in we noticed a waitress in the office with what appeared as the manager suckling her finger. It also seemed as if she cut her finger or was licking them as if something good was on them. It took them both a bit to acknowledge my daughter and I and when the waitress did she asked how many and proceeded to seat us. On the way to the table she was sucking her finger and there was blood that she was removing or attempting by licking her finger. She touched the flatware and sat us and placed the menus down the table... mind you with her finger in her mouth. I told my daughter lets move to get another waitress and when another server approached the table I asked for the manager. She went to get a manager and when the manager approached I explained how uncomfortable I was by his server mannerism. Lack of heath department protocol in a food environment and exposing your guest to blood a huge taboo. What is alarming to me he looked at me as if he had difficulty understanding me. His lack of customer service ediquete and inability to convey confidence that he would have this matter resolved immediately lack much to be desired. We live nearby and have frequented this place many times in the past but no more. It seems like every time we go, it takes an extraordinary long time for the food to arrive. The very expensive coffee is poured like liquid gold, one half cup at a time and go refill the pot. We always ask for them to make our pancakes after the eggs are gone but they never do, bring it all out at once, then take the pancakes back to the kitchen to be placed under a heat lamp, then brought back to the table hard and cold in spots, hot in others, pretty awful and never once offering to make them fresh as requested, or to remove the charge from our bill due to the poor service. Table was filthy with old syrup, had to ask that it be cleaned, had to ask for more coffee, had to ask for more napkins, then our server left the napkins on the other side of the table instead of handing them to me. Pretty awful service and mediocre food, paid $25 for 4 eggs, 4 sausage, 2 hash browns and coffee. Pancakes were inedible. We'll never go back. read more
