I made an appointment for noon on Friday, and when I showed up was a little surprised by how small the place was and a lot surprised by how busy it was! There were 4 cars in front of me and I could hardly get out of the way of the outgoing lane until an employee started directing cars and got things more organized. I was worried the quote of an hour would t cover the time waiting for the wash but it ended up being right at an hour total and I was completely happy with my mini detail! My lesson is maybe don't go right at lunch lol, it was much quieter when I left at 1. For $100 my car was shiny on the outside and fresh, clean, and conditioned on the inside! I specified I wanted the console and glove box cleaned (and had emptied them out in preparation) and they both looked great at finish. The indoor waiting area is decent, a little warm but certainly better than outside and there is a bathroom and plenty of seating. If you are looking for a quick bite the Mexican market next door has a food counter with some bomb chili rellenos!

They did a great job and were honestly more helpful than my insurance company. Everyone thought for sure I'd be paying $2k for the work I needed, but it came in under $900 which includes my deductible. It was all repaired in less than one day. When I took my car by them to get the damage appraised, they informed me that it would take week for one of the main parts to be sent to them. They actually bolted my broken bumper back on to hold it in place so I didn't have to use a strap to tie it down. I thought that was really kind of them. Bonus: They have Willie the dog.

So the "platinum" detail service was an absolute joke! When I reached out to the manager, they apologized and let me know they'll send another tech the next day. Next day comes, and they are a no-show! Then the manager reaches out afterward letting me know that the tech's car got towed after I've been waiting. I mean come on... I am the fleet manager of our company, and if this went well I would have detailed every car in our fleet. However, they have lost my business for good. Also notice how this company has bad reviews, and they get a re-do done for a better review? I think theres so many times you could make it right. Being new in the area I researched the best place for detailing. I only went for the exterior service, since I keep the interior clean myself. They did an excellent job. The paint felt so very smooth. And wow, does it bead up in the rain! There is a scrape on the side of the bed that I could not do anything with, but the gentleman who worked on the truck was able to make it not so noticable. Having the truck detailed as regularly as I have it serviced is on my schedule, and I will be back to Go Wash.
