I had a good tasting Breakfast Panini with sausage and a Cappuccino. The Cappuccino was delicious no complaints. Friendly service.
First time trying illy caffe, ordered the caramel cream cold brew. And I've got to say...Wow! Best latte I've ever had. I would overpay for airport coffee 1000 times over if it had any resemblance to this amazing drink. Plus for efficient service as well!
Efficient service. Mocha and chocolate chunk cookie are a nice treat while waiting to board. Plenty of seating in this spacious terminal. Chill vibe.

illy Caffe was perfect for a morning latte. I had the chai tea latte with oat milk and a cheese danish, YUM! Service was fast with nothing line. Very clean looking cafe for the airport.
Got an iced latte with almond milk. Very happy that they offered sugar free syrups. The latte was very smooth and the espresso was not bitter at all. They have a nice assortment of pastries and even breakfast sandwiches that looked really good.
Friendly staff. Fast service. Good food. Delicious tea. I don't write much. Crowded, but efficient.
Almond Rose latte! Yes! What a delightful way to find some peace as you wait for your flight. Not as busy as the other airport cafes but certainly worth it. Plenty of seating available some with lovely views of the runways.
Giving a star for the lady who rang me up - she was pleasant and trying. My Americano was not good. The station to add to your coffee was cramped and should be split in two so there is a better flow. The place was dirty and dusty very off putting. The self serve kiosks were broken. Just a big bottleneck and a waste of time and money for coffee that was equivalent to the free coffee on the plane. The pastry case looked sad too and not fresh. Illy is usually associated with quality and this was far far far from that. I'd love if someone speaks with me.
Solid coffee shop opposite gate B9 at the gorgeous new Harvey Milk Terminal 1. Stopped by for a matcha latte before boarding my flight. They have a good variety of sandwiches and baked goods as well as a "take away freshness" section with yogurts, sodas and water. The self-order kiosks were non-operational so I had to get in the rather long line, which fortunately moved fairly quickly. My drink was ready in less than 2 minutes, and I enjoyed it while people watching and writing this review, as I still have a while before my flight boards!
Ugh I don't know why I always forget that I do not like the Vanilla Clove Latte here, it has a longering aftertaste that will give you slightly bad breath. Temperature of the drink was good. The cashier was super efficient at moving the line and using both registers. The drinks were also made quickly.

Soft baked ciabatta, silky fresh & generous avocado slices, melted cheese, and an orgasmic creamy (garlicky?) aioli. Egg & Sausage Panino - 4/5 - Soft and warm ciabatta, classic sausage patty, melted cheese, along a chipotle-like mayo. Was a solid choice too if you want meat.

I'd give it 3.5 stars; the espresso and double espresso were decent, but the hot chocolate lacked aroma, and the pastries were average. read more

Illy is great and I know what I'm getting when I order. Can find it in the middle of the B gates section. It's legit espresso which sometimes is kind of difficult to find in airports and the stores use those nespresso type machines which is nasty. Last time I came in the afternoon so got a macchiato. It was good, so 4 stars for that, and yeah while I'm about to complain in an airport about prices, I do feel the prices are weird here. It's like $5.25 for a macchiato and $5.75 for a cappuccino. The milk is the most expensive item in a drink like this? Weird baseline. Anyway quick and easy, I'm sure I'll come back. read more

I decided to order some tea and breakout my laptop to work while waiting on my flight. I stopped by Illy's since they had plenty of seating and different tea options. They also had plenty of bagels to choose from, but I'd just finished breakfast. I grabbed a seat at a booth and was grateful to see outlets available. I was able to knock several things off my to-do list before the place got crowded, all while enjoying the smell of fresh pastries. read more

Maybe people were grumpy before having their morning coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and speedy service at this location. When I approached, there was a bit of a line, it it moved quicky as there was one employee pre-taking food orders. I ordered a hot 12 oz lavender mint latte, a chocolate chunk cookie and an iced chai latte for my husband. I didn't see milk options listed and I almost forgot to ask for my standard 2% milk but the barista behind the counter was friendly and happy to make the accommodation. I received my cookie immediately and my drink was ready in less than 5 minutes. The chai was your standard chai, no fluff. I literally saw the barista pour Oregon Chai into the cup. The lavender mint latte was chock full of coffee and hit the spot. I would order it again for the caffeine boost. read more

Once again headed to Mom to help her after chemo - another wait in SFO - another stop at ILLY - can at least rely upon a smile by the cashier, a well made doppio espresso macchiato or just a doppio espresso if you enjoy the burn, and a high quality croissant - sure sure it's not made only with butter (straight not curved croissant) but delicious all the same - a moment of quiet enjoyment that is appreciated in the chaos of life - the picture came up for me so maybe I already wrote this review but Yelp isn't recognizing it - doesn't matter - another 5 star review from a frequent flyer that appreciates a moment of high quality coffee and croissant and a smile from the cashier, a quiet nod from the barista read more

Paid $50 for a bagel with cream cheese, a panini and 2 coffees. The bagel came with one cream cheese spread packet which i had to put on myself because i guess they were too lazy to actually make the food i ordered. My caramel latte just had a large amount of caramel just sitting in the bottom not mixed in. Come on now. Mediocre food and service. read more

This was our first time eating at Illy Caffè at the San Francisco International Airport. We really enjoyed it! The sandwiches and banana bread were delicious, and a generous size as well. The coffee was piping hot and good quality, and the employees were friendly and efficient. I also liked the café's decoration for the relatively small space given - it was really cute. As an alternative to a sit down restaurant, Illy was great! read more
Got the ice matcha and the chai tea latte. The service in the morning is a little crazy so plan ahead, overall took around 5-10 mins to get my drink. The ice matcha has sugar in it but it's not too sweet in my opinion since I do like sweet drinks. The chai tea latte is not sweet and my coworkers actually enjoyed it. The area has some tables for you to sit and enjoy their pastries but it was too early for me to eat. read more
It's been a couple of weeks since I wrote a Yelp review, and I've returned to find a new format. Prompts to consider in my review? A new "UFC" voting scale? Okee dokie! Food: while waiting for my flight back to Burbank, I delighted in their microwave-heated ham/cheese/avocado thing on a croissant. Washed it down with a hot black coffee... the one that costs more when you label it "Americano" LOL. At north of $10, it was airport-priced and destined for my reimbursement account. It was fine, but I was very aware that I could have made a superior breakfast sandwich at home, given half the chance. Service: nice young person behind the counter. Made eye contact, took my name, spelled it correctly, and said it correctly when she called it to pick up my order. Ambiance: classic airport-chic. Really? I lined up in the queue, ordered from their menu board, and was assigned a number based on the order in which I joined. Found a relatively clean table (note: much nicer here than LAX), and consumed my food and drink, wrapped in paper and served in a paper cup, respectively. Sure, I'd come here again. One of the better places to get a cup of coffee in the Harvey Milk terminal at SFO. read more
Efficient and well stocked airport joint for coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. They have oat and almond milk. My oat milk latte and husband's almond milk coffee were hot and good. The slices of banana bread looked huge- would order that next time. Our breakfast sandwiches were both good and we got them toasted. read more

At Terminal 1 of San Francisco Airport (SFO), there are only two decent coffee shops: illy and Ritual Coffee. Today, my choice is illy coffee, simply because it's closer! The airport is quiet, and the workers are chatting and laughing freely, creating a relaxed atmosphere on this Tuesday afternoon. My order today is a latte! While it wasn't bad, I wish the milk foam had been a bit richer and creamier! Haha. read more

Ready, set, jet! Grabbed a large latte ($6.41 for 12 oz) from the Illy counter in SFO terminal 1. Clean, bright space with plenty of seating. Good coffee for an airport- strong and smooth. Prepared quickly so I could take on my flight! read more
There weren't any seats available at my gate so I decided to stop by Illy and grab a nice hot cup of coffee since I wasn't able to make one in time. It's a great area to relax and there's plenty of seating in the area with a decent view of the tarmac. The staff was very friendly and quick with my order read more

illy is located at the San Francisco airport so it can be crowded at times it's early morning so everyone wants their coffee When I first arrived there weren't that many people and I had trouble figuring out where to stand in line I'm also very tired so the directional guides were not obvious for me but I did manage to see them and figure it out I ordered a large coffee with a chocolate croissant and banana bread I think the young lady behind the cash register may have been new and I was having a terrible time understanding her accent I think my ears were still sleeping from my long flight I should note masks are still required at airports still which can muffle your speech What I thought was odd is that I could not completely give my order upfront. I would order one thing and then they would start talking this was some thing that I'm not used to But I also understand that they are trying to get everybody's order in as quickly and as efficiently as possible So I just kindly ask them to wait let me finish speaking so I can place my order I placed my order They offered to warm the chocolate croissant and the banana bread They work by number where as other places use peoples names Your order number is at the bottom of your ticket The coffee was great with a really good taste and the banana bread and chocolate croissant were excellent as well read more
