    Easier to order on kiosk
    Stella K.

This is a busy location. You can wait in line to place your order, or use one of the kiosks. The kiosks are outside before you enter the store. I think they are on the tall side because I was confused when it asked me to scan to pay (or insert card) and I could not figure it out. This is because the little scanner unit was on top of the kiosk, higher than my eye level, so I totally missed it. They should add a sign pointing out where it is. The drinks come in only one size. I had no idea what size that was because it didn't say on the kiosk. I ordered a cappuccino. They're quite busy, yet crank out all the drink orders fairly quickly. It was a short wait for mine. I. was surprised when they handed me a tiny cup that was teeny tiny. I dunno... I was expecting something a wee bit larger for $6.89. It seemed expensive. The cappuccino tasted decent. There's not much seating there. You'll find more seating options as you walk down toward the B Gate wing. Most people take their coffee to go.

I had their latte, around 5.50 in 2025 prices. It was nothing of note, rather it was kinda watery and not steamed to my liking. Service was fairly quick despite the line. A few tables and seats line the wall. Other than that, there's not much here. I'd go again if I'm really craving coffee. You can order through their tablets by the entrance. Supposedly helps get the line faster if you're only ordering drinks.

Pesto Caprese sandwich ($15) warmed up just right, and matcha latte ($7.40).

Solid place for a sandwich after clearing security at SFO Harvey Milk terminal 1. I stopped by for a pesto caprese on foccacia sandwich ($15) and a matcha latte ($7.40) this morning. The sandwich was excellent, warmed up just the right amount, enough to melt the cheese but not make the tomatoes soggy. The matcha, however, was mediocre. Happy to stop by for food in the future.

Wish the cup size is larger. This is right outside the security check point at Gates B. Very conveniently located. The Cashier and Barista had smiles on even it was early morning and the line was long. Will come again when waiting to board a plane in the intwrnational terminals gates B & C area. Price is regular airport price: pricey and additional airport tax.

Iced Americano with Vanilla syrup and almond milk

Ritual coffee is great for on the go you can order at the kiosk and the service is fast and friendly! The coffee is smooth! We ordered an iced Americano with Vanilla syrup and Almond milk. Adding alternative milks is steep at $1.50 extra.

My first time here at Rituals. When I got in here I was thinking to get a coffee and a snack but I changed my mind when I saw bugs like a black fly sitting on muffins and cinnamon buns. I decided to get matcha latte and a coffee. The service is okay, there's no one who looks happy here, no smile just straight face. Served the drinks and we moved to our gates. Matcha latte is full of milk there's no taste of matcha and the coffee I heard from my friend was tasting little sour. I have my doubts on there hygiene. The ambience is okay, you can only wait until your drink is ready. I will never go to the Rituals, this is done for me.

My flight was delayed. And delayed. And then canceled. And then there was a new flight. And now I'm in this coffee place. My little spot of espresso with a lovely cream heart in it is my respite currently. This place is spacious and pleasant and the drink menu is simple and cute. There aren't a ton of cold coffee choices so mentally prepare yourself for that, but otherwise it's a pretty nice experience. I commented on how beautiful the design in my espresso was as I carried my little cup and dish as though it were a wounded bird all the way to my table. The barista thanked me. A+ would visit again.

This Ritual coffee is located perfectly right outside of the security checkpoint for gates b and c. It was my first time having ritual coffee, but I know it's a well known brand in sf. I used the kiosk and ordered an iced cardamom vanilla latte with oat milk! There was a bit of a line for the cashier but not for the kiosk at all which I'd recommend. I like that they had some small tables and seats inside like for single travelers. And my drinks came out relatively quick. This is honestly one of the best lattes I've had. The cardamom adds a perfect amount of spice and it's balanced by the vanilla and the coffee is just incredible. I will say it is pretty expensive with all the fees and etc but hey if you're here you're probably traveling. TREAT YOURSELF!!

If you're looking to spend $9.42 on a tiny cup of disappointment, this is the place. I ordered a "macchiato" and got shot of something that barely resembled coffee. I even added vanilla syrup and oat milk, but somehow it still managed to taste like...nothing. The coffee at the hospital cafeteria where I work tastes better than this. Complete rip off

    Part of the espresso bar

Our coffees tasted like mop water from a gas station bathroom. genuinely undrinkable. $50 for two small coffees and breakfast sandos, plus a 20-minute wait. The bar was filthy, and they were using a soggy dirty towel to wipe portafilters. Pretty embarrassing to push the whole "made in SF" thing with coffee this bad, especially in a city with such a great coffee culture. Possibly the worst coffee I've ever had.

This is one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches in San Francisco. There's literally no reason for an airport latte and biscuit to be this good but it just really is. The biscuit is so fluffy and sweet and is a must for breakfast when in terminal A. I advise to order from the self-check out so you don't have to wait in the long line!

I'd recommend going to that one vs this teeny tiny location. It's not a great representation of the Ariscault as a whole. I think we came here around 2 pm, so almost close to closing, but 90% of items were sold out. Yet there was still a huge queue. Why close so early and be out of stock so fast if ppl clearly still want croissants at 2 pm on a Saturday? Also, they forgot two croissants in our bag, and we turned around 30 seconds later and told them they're missing. They needed to "verify" our order, which made me feel like I'm a thief. I promise I'm not stealing when I already spent $37 there. I just want what I paid for!! Anyways, check out the other 2 locations if you're not a local who lives nearby, as they're much nicer.

It was absolutely heavenly. The standout was the bolo bun with guava butter. We also tried the classic butter bun, which was excellent, but the guava version was the winner for us. For something savory, we ordered the salted egg yolk and BBQ pork bun, and it was delicious. The combination of sweet, salty, and savory flavors worked really well together. We also tried the pandan bun, which was fine, but it didn't quite stand out compared to the other flavors. I wish we had time to come back and sample more of the menu. I had my eye on the matcha and red bean varieties and would have loved to try them. I also ordered a Hong Kong milk tea and it was rich and strong. They even serve it with a mini warm bolo bun on top of the cup, which is both adorable and delicious. I've always wanted to try this place since I see a line every time I walked by. There's a lot of foot and car traffic. It's definitely a busy area so expect to park in one of the nearby residential areas or be extremely and walk/bike/bus here! Upon stepping into the tiny shop, I was enveloped in the sweet smell of chocolate chip cookies. It was tempting to put that in my bag, but I stuck with my game plan. They do self serve for all the baked goods and drinks except the pizza and focaccia. You tell the cashier what you grabbed. There's self serve complimentary water on the side too. Got a pecan swirl, one of each square focaccia flavors, and a half pizza (hot). The pizza flavor of the day was triple mushroom with sesame ginger garlic vinaigrette and mozzarella. It was 10/10 delicious!! Do note that they don't heat up the focaccia. Personally, after tasting everything, I'd say the pizza is more worth it than the focaccia "pizzas". The pecan roll was quite addicting too. You can also skip the line if you want to order online on their website and schedule a pick up time, but my gift card didn't work so I just waited in line.
