Absolutely horrid. The staff here was incredibly rude and dismissive of customers as I waited in line to order. They would tell people to go to the back of the line, for simply asking questions about the menu. When it was my opportunity to order I asked for a hot water, I initially wanted a turkey bacon sandwich. When I discovered it wasn't an option, I opted for the hot water. I pulled out my phone ready to pay .40 or even 1.50. The man behind the counter rang up a LARGE hot tea. After I made sure it wasn't a mistake by saying I just wanted a small hot water, due to the lack of turkey options. He pointed to the register, no words or eye contact. Incredibly rude and unnecessary, especially towards a fellow airport employee. Pro tip: avoid this location at all cost. A few steps away is a Dunkin donuts/food court. They were kind, I was early for my flight so the long line wasn't an issue. I was also given the small hot water for free, I do what I always do and put 1.00 in the tip jar. I wasn't looking for free, 80% of the time it will be free. I'm in uniform they just don't mind, and I add a tip no less than 1.00 every time. I was looking for decent, middle of the road at best customer service. This was well below that.

Well, it's in an airport. If you have a little time to kill, you can get an almost decent cup of espresso here, and the decor is the best on this end of the airport. Service is as bad as at any other concessions stand at any international airport, but this one has some chairs and tables with almost enough room for your luggage.

I don't think I've ever visited an an hour where I've seen it not. Often a line going from the counter, down the stairs, all the way to the bathroom. If you're looking for a quick coffee stop, don't expect to be in and out of here. That being said, they've got some kinds of seating not typical of coffee shops, including this nice long U-shaped couch seating. You'll be around with other folks reading or enjoying their joe, but it's a nice change of pace. Working-wise, wi-fi is solid. Outlets are sparse. Hard to stay a long time here. Music is at least at a tolerable level to tune out and is not usually too bumping. Staff here are quick, but won't be the friendliest. They won't be rude either. They're just trying to get through the line so don't take it personally Overall: would much prefer other places like Capital One Cafe for the reasons I visit cafes, but I can see this being a nice place for other more leisurely-natured visits!

We were determined to make the most of it and found this coffee place the next morning on yelp and we're so happy we did! Instantly brightened what was a terrible situation. Please open a K'Far in Austin, TX!! Pistachio sticky bun - Absolutely delicious! Egg and cheese Jerusalem bagel - Delicious! Crispy, flavorful, slightly spicy. Yemenite iced coffee - So good! Like a spiced Vietnamese coffee. Sachlav - Loved! Like a cappuccino but with less milk. It wasn't as sweet which was a nice contrast to the sticky bun. We got in as a walk in without a wait on a Sunday morning. The server was nice as well. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

I got a chai latte with oat milk and a Shakshuka (which, they told me is not a traditional Shakshuka but rather reimagined as a pasty). It was delicious! The chai latte had great depth and spice flavors, and the Shakshuka pastry was a great mix of flaky puff pastry and strong tomato and egg flavors. Just knocking off one star because for a $5.75 latte, they only filled the glass halfway up. I also got one of their famous pistachio sticky bun to take to go!

The Salted Caramel Brûlée coffee was deep'n'rich. Both the OG and fried chicken bánh mì were satisfyingly crisp on the outside and flavorful on the inside. And the Mala fries stayed crispy longer than any loaded fries I've ever had, with a satisfying hint of heat--fried eggs make everything better! It ended up taking about 45 minutes just to place our order, although the drinks themselves came out in around 10 minutes once we ordered. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the egg foam coffee, which was the item I was most excited to try. Instead, I ordered the Salted Brûlée Cà Phê, and it was excellent. The coffee was rich, flavorful, and tasted like a truly authentic Vietnamese iced coffee. Easily one of the better cà phê drinks I've had. The interior is beautifully designed with plenty of seating, and it seemed like a great place to hang out and catch up with friends. We would have stayed longer, but the wait took up most of our available time. Their snack menu also looked really unique, and I'd love to come back to try some of those items. A couple downsides: parking was a challenge since it's mostly street parking, and the location is a bit out of the way from Center City. It's not the easiest place to get to unless you're driving. Overall, the drinks were very good and the space was welcoming, but I don't think the experience was worth a nearly hour-long wait. I'd definitely consider coming back once the hype settles down a bit, because the coffee itself was worth trying.

I thought I could enter the restaurant directly from a door outside of the compound. WRONG! To start I was in an SUV so I had to pay $3 to get in and park. Make sure you display the parking receipt because parking ticket are and will be issued. Make sure you park near building C so you can enter the building, make sure you walk on the 'pedestrian path'. If you do not use the dedicated path you run a major risk of being mowed down by the many moving forklifts. But once you find the restaurant it will be worth it once you place and have your order. My order was taken and delivered perfectly to go. You can eat in as well the place is very clean with many seats and a television. I ordered brioche french toast and creamed chipped beef. All of the food was packed to go in styrofoam containers which made me a little nervous. I drove home about 15 minutes away to be pleasantly surprised, my french toast was still warm, firm, the perfect width and thickness. The french toast was made with 'real' brioche bread and clearly had the taste of the egg batter with cinnamon and vanilla. They added blueberries and strawberries with ample syrup and butter. As for the chipped cream beef my mother was totally happy with it she said, it was cooked perfectly and it was enough for two people. This should make the produce workers very happy. My suggestion, if you are buying bulk produce or willing to pay $3 to park the food is good and a very fair price. You can also park on the street and walk the equivalent of 3 blocks. The total price for the order of 2 very large slices of french toast with berries and chipped cream beef with tax, $13.93. Will I go again although I have to pay $3 to park? Probably...
