    Iced espresso
    Kaya A.

Came here a few times during my trip to Philly. Their coffee is okay when I got no flavoring with the iced espresso. They use the Monin syrup brand. I didn't ask if they make any syrups in house but I think they don't. I do like the little cup for iced espresso, it was so ridiculous it made me smile with teeth!

Overpriced and bad customer service. Got a latte that wasn't made to my liking. I didn't drink it and asked for something else to be made and was charged again for it. I've worked in the service industry and this is not standard practice. If a customer doesn't like their order, you replace it without charge. Careful here.

Went to cheer the half marathon today and walked in here right at 8 when they opened. It was the PERFECT place to watch the runners and grab a delicious hot cup of coffee. I'm boring and got plain black with oat milk, but they had a great selection. The big standout was the employees, who not only were NOT annoyed with all of the people coming in with simple orders to watch the race, but also encouraged it. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to coming back soon!

Ambiance is one of the best in Philly, not the same for Americanos! Food is mid but does the job

Best oat milk pistachio latte I have ever encountered. Oh mama. Cute space, lovely service.

The interior is charming and the baked goods are good(!), but nothing else about Last Drop excels in a meaningful way. The barista raised her voice at me and gave off very bad, rude vibes. My iced americano had an extraordinary amount of ice -- like shockingly substantial. It was good, I guess? But there was hardly any of it! The rose pistachio cookie was exceptional, but it wasn't made in-house, so I can't give them all of the credit for that. Most devastatingly, not a single outlet works, so my plans to do work here were dashed. Overall: good for a certain vibe, but not if you have reasonable standards of kindness and quality.

Breakfast menu with updated prices for 2023

I've gotten good coffee and pastries each time I've gone. I also like how I can get and egg sandwich at this shop if I need a more substantial breakfast than just a pastry. It's a solid stop in my rotation fo local coffee spots!

    The lemon poppyseed muffin.

Cute little coffee shop that has an arty vibe. The staff, 2 baristas, were friendly enough, one smiled throughout the transaction while the other seemed a little less than thrilled to be interacting with people. I asked for recommendations as today, (5/5) was first time here. The smiling barista gladly recommended a matcha latte, whilst the other did not offer me a recommendation, but instead turned my attention to the drink menu by pointing toward it. I decided to order a simple black iced coffee and a lemon poppyseed muffin. The coffee was good as could be to my standards, as I'm not a heavy coffee drinker. The muffin, however, was egregious. It was extremely thick and almost had the same consistency as Play-Doh. Only took one bite before deciding to toss it. It's not apparent if they make the pastries and other baked goods in-house, or if they outsource them. I'm not sure if I would recommend due to the overall experience.

Bagel with cream cheese and pickled veggies

I love the funky, artsy ambiance of this place. The cappuccino was great and the bagel with pickled veggies was a nice little easy breakfast. The people there were very nice. It's a good spot to grab coffee and breakfast and WFH for a bit.

This place could be so much cuter if they tried a little harder. The eclectic furniture is run down and the mis-matched photos on the walls would be better if they really finished the project. The basement is drastically different--vibes of a college underground bar/speakeasy in an abandoned church. The coffee is good, but being on Pine you'd think the space would just be a little more spruced up, ya know?

The churro pancakes were robust, flavorful, and lightly sweetened. My son loved them. My daughter had the bỏ né (grilled beef skillet). The bún riêu was solid... it was large sized, flavorful, and even included short ribs. I will definitely get it again. My wife got grilled pork banh mi (birria tacos for the table) and she was satisfied with both dishes. The ambiance was nice with decent lighting and a good amount of seating for the brunch/lunch crowd. We loved the pictures of Vietnam on the walls. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We look forward to being a recurring patron for years to come.

I don't think I've ever visited an an hour where I've seen it not. Often a line going from the counter, down the stairs, all the way to the bathroom. If you're looking for a quick coffee stop, don't expect to be in and out of here. That being said, they've got some kinds of seating not typical of coffee shops, including this nice long U-shaped couch seating. You'll be around with other folks reading or enjoying their joe, but it's a nice change of pace. Working-wise, wi-fi is solid. Outlets are sparse. Hard to stay a long time here. Music is at least at a tolerable level to tune out and is not usually too bumping. Staff here are quick, but won't be the friendliest. They won't be rude either. They're just trying to get through the line so don't take it personally Overall: would much prefer other places like Capital One Cafe for the reasons I visit cafes, but I can see this being a nice place for other more leisurely-natured visits!
