At restaurants I'm a "get one thing and only get one thing" kind of guy, and for me that's the double Texas Ringer here. If it's your first time, that's what I'd start out with and you can branch out from there on later visits. SOLID burger. Restaurant is generally clean, given the amount of traffic that comes through. The employee sounded a bit annoyed and informed me that additional sauce would require an extra charge, and that she would only include more "as a one-time courtesy." I then asked if four people walked in and each bought an empanada, would each empanada come with its own sauce--she confirmed yes. It's frustrating that ordering online doesn't offer the same consideration. Clearer consistency between in-store and online orders would go a long way in improving the customer experience.
