It was that simple and quick. His wife and his niece was there as well. His wife got a quote on multiple stores for parts within minutes, his niece was there to assist Wes. Wes is very trustworthy and honest about his work and immediately my husband and I were ready to do business with him. Fast forward to today (4 days later) he calls me to tell me my truck AC has been restored and ugh im so happy bc summer is approaching. It took 4 days, and to me, that's pretty amazing for one man to take on a big job. He was very informative during the 4 days, sent updates with pictures and texts just as reassurance. He really would've been finished earlier but it's been raining and he works from home, and it's Wahiawa, so it's always raining. The windshield has held up great and I haven't had any issues with it. However, I recently noticed a small wrinkle/crease developing on one of the windows. I also noticed that the tint on the passenger-side windows doesn't seem to be cut to the same length. One window has a noticeably larger gap along the top compared to the other side. Overall, the price was great and I appreciated how accommodating they were. I'm a little disappointed with how some of the tint has held up and with the difference in the cuts, but this is just my experience with the work I received. I'd still be open to giving them another shot in the future.

It helped remove some of the stress of dealing with all of that! The only thing is the parking is a little crazy around the place, so be careful driving there or away from there because of the blind spots and the other vehicles leaving the neighborhood. What is hard is there is about 8 vacuum stalls during peak hours. Customers either wiping down their cars with the free complimary cloth while waiting for those stalls to open up. The business limit vacuum use for 10 mins so can free up the stalls. You can purchase their microfiber cloth but I bring my Costco microfiber cloth to use. I like the Kapolei location as there are more vacuum/wipe stations available here due to being a bigger location. I'm glad that I have Waipio location which is closer to where I live. The cost for service is $20.94. Card payment only, do not think they accept cash but ask. They have membership option as well. I prefer to wash my car at least once a month if can.

They seem pretty efficient but what annoyed me is that I did not realize is that one line is for re-inspect and the other is for the regular inspection. First time I've encountered two lines. The dude (younger of the two) who came to my window said, "you got your papers for re-inspect?" I said, um re-inspect? Then he tells me, "yeah you're in the wrong line." And just walked away. Mind you, I'm parked in the middle of the long line and had to get out of line and turn around in a tight spot. Ugh. Then I could only assume that the other line was for regular inspections. But there is no sign to indicate what the lines are for. Pretty rude on his part too. I get that they're busy but a little customer service goes a long way. Remember, we're patrons of your business.

I need it working as soon as possible and Capitol Auto told me they didn't do transmission repair. They referred me to another business but they wouldn't be able to take me for over a week. I found a place that said they would take it that day and areanged a tow. The tow truck driver told me it wasn't a transmission problem which was good news. Still, I sent it to the shop I had made arrangements with. They took my truck in and called to tell me that it would cost, "at least $3,000" because they were going to have to rebuild the whole back end. It was Friday and they told me they would give me a better estimate on Monday. On Saturday, I received a quote via text for $1,600 which included a $300 diagnostic fee. Anyway, I paid the $300 and had my truck towed to Capitol Auto. They checked it out and found a cable that had come loose. They connected and secured it and road tested the truck. They found no other problems. I asked how much my bill was going to be and they did not charge me! Who could ask for more! Capitol Auto is simply amazing! I plan to continue using their services for many years to come and highly recommend them.
