Buyer beware! Their tagline is that they've been in business for 30 years but it is the son who is doing the work not and clearly not skilled at 30 years of experience. We were initially pleased with the responsiveness and quality of the work. The installation looked good on the surface. A year later, however, we found water damage from a drain pipe that he had screwed a nail into to install the mirror. When we opened up the wall, we found a rusty nail that was the culprit. A stud finder and simple techniques would have avoided what feels like a very basic step to mirror installation. David was pleasant when we hired him for the job. Not so much when we asked him to take responsibility for his costly mistake. He was threatening and then completely non-responsive. read more

I recently had a glass door installed for my shower with this company. I would say that I am somewhat satisfied with the work that they did. The installation took a long time in part because the measurements that they took were incorrect to begin with. Then, appointment times were off by hours each of the three times that they came and the first time they were working until around nine pm. Once installed, the door did not close all the way -and they had to return to fix it per my request. Hiring a contractor to me also means that they have expertise and that they should make recommendations. Due to the size of the shower and bathroom, I asked that the door open towards the inside. Although it works this way, it actually hits the shower head so It cannot be open all the way. As the experts, I just wished that they would have explained this and that they would have made recommendations on how to make it work best. In summary, they were very nice and were responsive when needed. The door works and it looks very nice.do your research if you are getting a door and perhaps you can avoid some of my issues. read more

After agreeing on a time that was convenient for them, I waited a week and tried to confirm, as I had not heard from them. I tried calling and emailing, to no response. Finally, on the day of the appointment, Morgan cancelled - claiming his worker was in a horrible accident. After we worked through that, we agreed on another, later date the following week. Let me tell you about an absolutely fabulous glass shop in Rockville MD. This hidden gem, Image Glass, located in the industrial park on Parklawn Drive, 12266 Wilkins Ave, is owned by an absolute miracle worker, David Gonzales, who does exceptional work for extremly reasonable prices. I've used him before, which I'll tell you about in a second, but this time he rescued a old family heirloom dating from the 1940's. This platter passed from my aunt to my mother to me. Clear glass with red roses imbedded throughout, great for fresh tomatoes, basil mozzarella and olive oil, caprese. Regrettably, it was accidentally chipped in a way we thought we would have to trash it or cover the jagged edge with duct tape. David came to the rescue. What was ugly and dangerous,now only appears as a slightly imperfect, polished edge, that really adds to the piece's charm. Many thanks David David also helped us before with cutting some glass shelves for our kitchen cabinets. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He also did wonders for a friend who needed to replace a full length mirrored wall. We went with Image Glass to get a glass top for our solid wood dining table to protect it from toddler scratches. I was apprehensive at first of going with glass since it takes away character from the wood but I'm so glad we went that route. Great experience using this company for a repair on a mirror siding of our buffet dresser! David is simply amazing at what he does and charges very reasonable rates. I needed a large mirror cut and at first went to Lowes, their "mirror expert" told me it can't be done easily, it is too thick, it would take 1-2 hours and a million other excuses. Words can't describe how disappointed I am. BEWARE of Dave (the owner's son) . On Nov 1st, he boarded my store, took money and asked me to give him two day notice to remove the plywood and advised me to let my landlord know that he will replace the broken glass door within two weeks. He took the molding of the door with him. It's been almost six weeks and the glass door hasn't been replaced. I have sent him multiple text messages, emails and voice messages from two weeks with no response. So, now I need to find someone else to remove the plywood from my store and get another glass repair company to replace the door. The molding he took with him was $350. Dave is arrogant, disrespectful, unprofessional and a thief as he took my molding with him and the payment included removing the plywood from the store front. I am beyond frustrated.
