I had to take it as I was leaving town to visit my grandchildren and needed to get my phone up and running again immediately. Shawn, Aaron and this store have been a G-d Send. He has managed to help me fix my IPHONE screens in no time and always has my best interest at hand. One time he mentioned getting a screen protector and I purchased it. Three days later my phone fell and instead of my screen breaking, the screen protector just absorbed the shock (The screen protecter was shattered) and when I peeled it off my Screen was as Good as NEW with no SCRATCHES!!!! I've purchased phone cases, screen protectors and mofis from this store and I haven't had one reason to complain! I also have had issues with backing up my Icloud and Shawn was helpful with that as well! I was incredibly frustrated when I dropped my phone and saw zero signs of cracking but my screen was completely black. It was able to vibrate so I knew that it was still working, but the screen refused to function. Once I got to Verizon, they told me it was going to be expensive, even with insurance, to replace it and that they had no means of fixing it. They referred me to Image Wireless, saying that people always had positive experiences there. Shawn and his team not only got my phone up and running quickly, but they went through all of my applications with me to delete anything that wasn't necessary and also taught me about multiple helpful functions that I wasn't even aware I had. I came in with a Samsung Galaxy SII that had crashed (it was stuck on the startup screen). I had already brought it in to another repair shop who listed all sorts of problems: cable connecting issue, software, power button. They were unable to fix them in the time I had. Then I show up to Image Wireless and in ten minutes had it fixed. Because it was such a quick fix, they didn't charge me for the service. I also listened to a man help a customer who was being bullied by Apple, who had claimed that the customer's warrantee had expired even though it hadn't. For a month now I've known that my phone(5S) was on the edge of failure. I had a problem with the charger port and the only way I was maintaining a charge was by carefully propping my phone in compromising positions with janky setups. I was sure I needed to replace the port so I finally relented and set out to get it fixed. That's how I found myself at Image Wireless. I bricked my Galaxy Nexus and it won't boot for days. I gave my phone to them and used the owner phone. I had to wait for a week hopeless because Verizon told me I should get a new phone because it seemed like my phone was totally broken by softwarewise and there would be no way to get it fixed. BUT IMAGE WIRELESS FIXED IT!!!! OMG!!!!!! I was looking for new phones and was worried because of the cost since I have to wait another year to get a new contract/upgrading my phone. Went in today to have a sim card removed that was placed into an android phone (without the sim card case) and they were able to remove the sim card without damaging the phone or sim card. So, I went to Nicaragua to visit my brother in the Peace Corps, and took hundreds of pictures on my iPhone. Second to last day I was there, we were caught in a huge rainstorm. My phone would not charge after that. It lost all power and I had no way to retrieve all the information and pics on the phone. Upon returning state side, I took my phone to two Apple Stores, Santa Monica and Century City, had 4 techs look at it. They all told me the same thing. The phone was irreparably damaged from the water. They said they could give me a new one for $400 and gave me a number to call so I could get my photos from the phone. This company quoted me between $600 and $1200 to retrieve my photos, depending on the water damage. I went to the Verizon Wireless Store in Westwood, to see if I could get a cheaper price for a new phone. The manager recommended Image Wireless as the best repair place around, and I should try there before I commit to buying a new phone. I walked in, told my story to Shaun, who just rolled his eyes and asked to see my phone. 2 minutes later he told me my phone was fine, but the charging port was fried. He could replace it in 20 minutes for $85. I had coffee, came back 20 minutes later to a perfectly functional phone with all my Nicaraguan pictures accessible. Unfortunately the damage was not able to be fixed but they allowed me to keep the loaner phone until I got a new iPhone.
