This is such a wonderful place for kids! It's a great place to fuel imaginations. I brought my kids here for the first time today and they had a BLAST!! They have a train ride ever 10-15 minutes or so and they have everything from a library to gas station and a diner. Great people here as well very nice and attentive. Kids love it! I'm reviewing the FREE PLAY and YOGA class. So $15 for 2.5 hours for free play is a fair price. But I'd like to come once-a-week so in order to do that, I'd need a lower price. Perhaps they could sell packs with a discount included. There are great play houses with various accessories to let your kiddo's imagination run wild. There is also a train that kiddos will love. In a separate room, there are various vehicles that kids can drive and even a remote control one if your kiddo is too young to understand driving. The guy overseeing it was nice and helpful. The staff is very nice. The restrooms are clean. My CON here is that the costumes and accessories are worn. It's time for a refresh. On a separate day we came for yoga. One hour for $9. We registered in advance which was helpful. Unfortunately the day we came the yoga teacher was 15 minutes late and apparently she's usually 15 minutes early! It's VERY hard to keep a 2 year old waiting that long and while I understand things happen it just wasn't the best first time experience. In the future if this happens it would be nice to offer a train ride or free play. The room where yoga happens is full of light so it's a little less chill than in a yoga studio. Curtains would be helpful. There was an issue with getting the music to work. It never did. Yvonne the instructor though was patient with the two kids in class. I liked her use of class cards to reinforce what the poses look like and my son absolutely loved the calm down exercise with the eye mask and being wrapped up like a burrito in his yoga mat. With COVID still being very present in the City of Palmdale Staff really keep this place clean. While the children play, it is very common to see Staff walking around with cleaning supplies and rags cleaning every inch of the facility. The Restrooms are very clean. The Playhouses are super clean and Staff continually walk around putting the Play toys back in their proper places or again, wiping down every area visible to the eye. Just last week I saw a Staff member wiping down hanging signs...this is how intense they clean. The children have a BLAST at this facility. There is ONLY one problem that I've personally noticed; be ready to have to literally drag your kids out to go home because the kids do not want to leave this place. There is one area in the back where your child can drive Batter Operated Cars. The kids have a blast! There is one male employee who usually works this area and you honestly cannot find a kinder employee to be around your children. He has incredible work ethics! The TRUE downfall - they do have a very small Snack Bar with very limited items. There is a Popcorn Machine but unfortunately I have yet to see the machine up and running. I think the facility should offer FREE Popcorn to the children and add a Snow Cone Machine. If you have no place to go in the Antelope Valley, I highly recommend that you purchase a monthly pass for your child/ren. The place is WELL cooled and being that it is so hot outdoors, gather your child/ren and go buy your passes. read more

Oh my gosh I don't even know where to start, this place was a blast! Everyone working was extremely friendly and did a great job cleaning up as all the kid their made messes with the toys. The price was $28.00 for two kids for 2 1/2 hours which I thought was worth it. I do wish they only had an hour option because when I first called a month ago it was only $18.00 for two kids which I thought was perfect because what parent wants to chase their kids around for more than an hour ? But that's just me. Don't let that stop you from going tho it was super fun and my husband and I and our kids all had a blast. There was a ton of "little houses" for the kids to play in and each one was so cute! There was a house, a diner, a pet clinic, grocery store and about four or five other "stores". The kids also had a blast in the room over where you could pick out any car your kid wanted and they can drive around and around on their own. There also was a toddler one where your toddler who doesn't know how to drive they could sit in and pretend while you as the parent control the car by using a remote control. I have taken the grandchildren 2 and 5 year old to this wonderful creative place. They absolutely loved it and so did I. It's very clean, the staff is very attentive and friendly. I took them for the two hour playtime with limitless train rides. It was perfect. They sell snack and drinks there, but you can also take you own. There is a couple of benches to sit and eat. My grandkids love to go their when they visit. read more

My child has so much fun here. The staff is very friendly. I love how they keep the play areas clean and organized. They're constantly wiping toys down and putting the toys back in their "right" places. My child's favorite part is the train, they're very consistent at doing train rides in timely intervals. Great indoor play area to bring the little ones, especially since it gets so hot here in the av. They also have classes on certain days so you would have to check their site for info. Prices are reasonable only $10 for 2 hours. Prices might change soon because they opened up a new section. We also had my son's bday party there and all the kids had a blast, his friends still talk about how much fun they had. They are opening a new section where the kids can drive small power wheels also indoors, we will have to check that out soon! read more

Took my daughter here for the first time and was very impressed. She absolutely loved the Baby Shark event! It was nice to see the staff guiding kids around, sanitizing toys and reorganizing all the toys to each of its departments, all done with a smile on their face. I was very shocked how well behaved the kids were too, it got a little crowded (probably because it was the Baby Shark event) but it looked like everyone was having a good time. We will definitely be back and most likely have a private birthday party there. read more

Ended up in Palmdale with the kids and a whole day to kill, and we wanted to keep the kids busy. We found Imagine City and it's just a spectacular place run by great people. The staff are SUPER attentive, and as the play sets get thrashed by the kids playing with them (as they should be!), the staff follows right behind them, cleans and disinfects the props, and resets each play set so it's never messy. I spoke to the owner briefly and I learned that it's a family business, and you can tell the passion and dedication the owner had for the business and the kids. And of course: the kids had an absolute blast. Highly recommended. read more

So this is my family and i's 2nd time coming to imagine Cory and once again I am blown away. The way the staff is able to attend to so many kids and parents all the while maintain a positive and friendly attitude is amazing. This particular day I came and it was their one year anniversary! So as you can imagine they were very very busy but despite that the level of customer service stayed at that gold standard. Latoya,one of the employees of imagine city,ensured my family and I were comfortable and having a great time during our visit. Enjoyed the fun with my 20month old Grand baby. Went in the am and there were plenty of kids and action! The place is adorable and full of great things for kids to get lost in their imagination. My honeybun was totally excited about the grocery store. We had to take off and run some errands but we went back again in the afternoon around 4:00, the crowd was a little smaller which aloud for even more fun. We stayed til they closed and we will be back again soon! Well worth the price. Friendly staff. Lots of places for grandma to sit. read more

Really cool experience for your kid offered at a great price. I like to have playdates here sometimes. The place can get a little overly crowded with kids being rude and taking things from each other--but that issue is kind of unavoidable. I've been here twice already and don't doubt we'll be back again eventually. Thankful to have such a cool play-center in the AV! read more

Took my 1 year old today and while she is a bit young and didn't love the train noises and was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of kids, we had a great time and she loved playing with the play food in the diner! Went here with my granddaughters ages 1 1/2 & 3 1/2. The male employee was fabulous. He was helpful, courteous, and nice. I can't say that about the female, however, I will say that she wasn't mean. This is a small venue but the girls had a great time. Everything seems bigger when your young! The play activities were nice and the train really added to the fun! I think it really could use some climbing items, especially for boys. An area for under 1 years of age would help to keep "crawlers" contained and out from under the feet of playing kids which would reduce accidents. All in all, we had a great time!! read more

This review is in regards to the staff at imagine city. My daughter and I have been to this location quite a few times for different events. The staff is always beyond kind! Always helpful. And they always have smiles on their faces, making you feel welcomed. I imagine they have the funniest interview process ever.... you can't work there unless you're always in a great, positive mood and willing to help?? This is one of my favorite play centers in town. Imagine City has done a great job setting up their town. They include different ages and different occupation ideas. Their Veterinarian office is adorable along with their local supermarket and car garage. The food in the restaurant and supermarket looks realistic and the kids enjoy interacting in different roles. My 4 year old daughter loves playing house then walking over to the track to drive cars. They hold great events and specials. We especially loved Peppa Pig and the Fair they recently held. The staff is friendly and aware of different childs needs. The train that wraps around the town is fun and is included with the entry fee. read more

This place is the cutest! Why didn't I take my daughter here sooner?! My daughter has anxiety problems and can be quite shy but she plays and plays here! Very clean and the staff is so nice. Bianka was especially so kind towards my daughter my daughter always says she wants to go see bianka and play at "that play place" we also went for the Moana party and this other lady I believe she was the owner but she was so humble and kept asking if we were enjoying ourselves. This is a wonderful place to take your kids and enjoy hours of fun. Very clean and lots to do. The supervisor Latoya was very helpful. Latoya was professional, polite, and is great with children. I have taken my girls here many times and we love it more every time. I found out today that they do events so i signed my girls up for dinner with Peppa Pig in October. They'll be so excited to have dinner with their favorite character and play at their favorite place. The price is perfect for all that you get. I love that they added the train rides into the price. Adorable place! I have a 3 year old that I took here for the first time and she loved it. She ran around playing with everything for one hour. They have a train that goes around the place every 15 min or so. The owner was super sweet and the staff were friendly. I will definitely be back and I'm glad this place is open for us in Palmdale.
