I purchased my first Harley Davidson yesterday! I've always owned sport bikes, and have big love for Harley. I did a lot of research as well as checked many locations. San Jose Harley Davidson is the BEST! Rush is my sales guy and has so much knowledge! He was very kind & considerate of what would be best for me bike-wise as well as the financial aspect. I'm tall, yet petite, and needed something I could handle well. My friends & kiddos also played a big part in my selection, Ty crew! I'm used to 600cc sport bikes, mostly rode my ZX6R, Yamaha Seca 2 FJ 600, and CBR250R. Rush is a total expert, no pressure, super delightful, and made the entire experience effortless and super FUN! Santana is BOSS as well! What a great financial plan he created for me and so helpful! Santana is full of life and has a passion for loving life & shared in my stokeness! Miranda too, my finance girl, thank you all! I now have new friends with these 3 amazing human beings who assisted me in fulfilling a dream I've had for years now. I LOVE my 2023 Nightster S ! She'll be with me forever ! 10 stars out of 5 I am an official Harley Davidson owner yay!

It was my first time coming to this store and I was amazed by this store, I see nice big motorcycles like when I was a young boy watching the TV show the renegade and now I saw it in front of my eyes.

I want to take the time to thank Lamar, Brandon and beef and all the other guys and crew and staff down at San Jose Harley Davidson. I appreciate the perfect and A+ customer service you guys really got me on a brand new 2024 road glide You guys are the best and I'm referring all my business to you guys. Thanks a whole bunch.

If I could put 10 stars I would! Bought my breakout from LaMar and am super happy! I submitted my inquiry online and got a call from LaMar shortly after to set the appt. When I got there I was a bit intimidated with all the options but Lamar was easy going and helped me find the right one. No pressure, no sales, nothing but giving me good information and helping me decide on the right Harley. The breakout caught my eye and the sound caught my heart. He grabbed the keys and started it up and it was like listening to angels sing as I revved it, I was in love. It was Sunday night and they were already closed but Lamar and Brandon were there to help me cross the finish line to owning my first Harley. Recently took it in to service after I noticed a small oil leak which was very slow but when I dropped it off they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what it may be. They are taking care of it and made me feel like they were keeping me safe From buying a Harley to getting it serviced, San Jose Harley Davidson is the place to go! Can't thank you guys enough and thank you for making me feel welcomed to the Harley Davidson Family! Go see LaMar!

I came in prepared to make multiple purchases and, frankly, left confused by the entire experience. My time is limited. I run a business and manage private investments, so when I shop for vehicles, I generally know what I want, have a budget established, and am prepared to buy. I was looking for three machines: 1. A Can-Am Canyon Redrock -- budgeted around $36,000. 2. Either a 125th Anniversary Indian Chief or a black Chief Bobber -- around $24,000. 3. A Challenger Dark Horse with the PowerPlus 112, preferably blue, that I can eventually set up with a sidecar for my service dog -- around $35,000. I had made sure I had approximately $100,000 available so that if the right machines and numbers were there, I could simply pay cash and get it done. I arrived shortly before closing, and the salesperson was friendly, but surprisingly unfamiliar with the Can-Am Canyon. I actually had to point the Canyon out on a poster because he initially didn't think they carried it. When I asked about the Redrock trim, there was additional confusion because he thought I was asking for something other than a Canyon. I was looking for a Canyon Redrock. They didn't have the motorcycles I wanted, which isn't anyone's fault. We did, however, work numbers on the Canyon. They came back at roughly $38,000. I countered at $35,500. Instead of countering or trying to find a number that worked, I was essentially told to "come back when you're ready to buy." That was the part I couldn't understand. I was ready to buy. In fact, I kept trying to close the deal. It was one of the strangest sales experiences I've had because I felt like I was the salesperson trying to overcome the dealership's objections. I didn't expect them to accept every number I offered. Negotiating is part of buying a vehicle. I expected a counteroffer, a conversation with a manager, or some effort to find common ground -- particularly when I was potentially looking at purchasing three machines. Instead, I left. The salesperson was nice, and I don't have anything personally negative to say about him. But being willing and financially prepared to spend close to $100,000 and leaving because I couldn't get the dealership to actually sell me something was a very strange experience. At this point, I'll most likely bought the Canyon from another dealer over the phone when I was still in their parking lot and will probably get the Indians through another dealer.

The pro is they're one of the few dealers that sells new Yamahas around San Jose and they're open Sundays. That being said, I do not like their customer service at times. When I'm interested in a bike, they pull it out and let me see it. But there was a time I went with a bike I purchased at the dealership I always go. The employee at GP sports asked me where I got it and when I told them where, he laughed and said something like "they're not a real dealer, we're the real ones" and spoke a bit more talking down on the dealership I got my bike at. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable because I felt very attacked since my choice and my motorcycle was talked down on. Don't get me wrong, they were probably joking but I always get some arrogant and cocky feel from a lot of their older employees. They feel very corporate. Another time, they showed no compassion and left it at "it's policy, we can't take in service bikes on Sunday" when my acquaintance crashed his bike right across the shop in the parking lot and wanted to leave it with them for a repair. Their service department was going to open Tuesday, and told us to tow the bike home and tow it back Tuesday. We decided to just take it home and repair ourselves. It is fair for them to have boundaries but the arrogant, "it's your fault" feel they had and con compassion made the experience very bad. I am coming from a very welcoming dealer that I believe would at least call the boss to see if they can take the bike in so I was very unpleasant. The younger employees and some other employees are very friendly and nice so it hurts to leave this review, but as a whole, it was never a great experience going there. It seems like I'm not the only one since I hear bad things about them, and you can read the other reviews for yourself :(

I was put off 3 times and had this appointment rescheduled on multiple occasions just to never even have it. As he blamed me for not clarifying whether he needed a specific part or not which was already discussed and not really even relevant for the other work needing to be done on the bike or for the already confirmed appointment times. His MANIPULATIVE & SELECTIVE MANAGEMENT STYLE, or just poor scheduling and communication skills will unfortunately never have me return to receive his services. Also, the oem part he claimed I needed and used as his excuse to not schedule me for, was up charged because he thought I was unaware of motorcycle repair or parts pricing.
