    I had an emergency cleaning due to my puppy urinating on my bed, they came right away and completely got rid of the stains and flooring Do not use Arcane cleaning, they scheduled and then wanted to show up one hr later from the time scheduled.

    I cannot say enough about what an awesome experience I had with this company! They have my business and earned it every step of the way! Whether it was Crissa or Jenna who answer the calls and manage the appointments....or Benito, Kenny or Urberto who came over and did a SPECTACULAR and thorough job in cleaning the carpet....I wouldn't consider looking elsewhere!

    Edgar and Saul are amazing people and amazing at what they do! They came 20 mins early to get setup and we were greeted with a very warm, bright smile. Edgar was a gentleman and FAR exceeded our expectations! We've NEVER had such an amazing experience with someone providing us a service and getting our carpet cleaned! It looks brand new!!! Omg! It's fluffy, the color is back and they did it super quick! They were a true definition of a team... working together to get things done! Don't think if you want to use them... use them!!!! You won't regret it! They are the best!!!

    A water pipe exploded above my ceiling and flooded my apartment. These awesome guys were called to asses and address the problem and they nailed it. Super professional and efficient. Water in my ceiling was cleared out without even needing to cut the ceiling open. However, just doing a good job isn't enough to get 5 stars from me. They went above and beyond when they noticed my wife and I were panicked due to all the flooding and stopped what he was doing to explain the situation to me by showing me the measurements of moisture through his devices, giving me the rundown on his procedures, and letting me know the situation is under control. I couldn't be more grateful for that peace of mind!

They arrived right on time, were professional, respectful, efficient, and genuinely friendly the entire day. Our home is 7,300 sq ft with 5 AC units, so this was a huge all-day job, but they handled it seamlessly. I honestly expected the process to be loud, disruptive, and messy -- especially with a toddler in the house -- but it was the complete opposite. The equipment was surprisingly controlled and clean, and our 15-month old daughter was even able to nap peacefully while they were working. When they finished, there was no dust everywhere, no mess left behind, and we didn't have to wipe down counters or clean up afterward. They took great care of our home and were cheerful and pleasant throughout the entire process. It's hard to find service professionals who are both highly competent and enjoyable to have in your home all day, but CJ and Alfonso absolutely were. I would highly recommend Bob's Repair for air duct and vent cleaning and will definitely use them again in the future.

Save yourself the money time and headache!!! I spent $12,000 cash for what is supposed to be top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit which is called the train. I wish I would've just stuck with the Lennox and whatever else extra I had to get to get the same air-conditioning unit that I've had in my house for 23 years without a problem! The 24th year of me living in my house, my air conditioner takes a dump and I call Bob's air conditioning and heating. Not even one year later after they install the train that's supposed to be a top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit with a price tag of $12,000 cash ( $15,000 if you had to finance through them ) that was spent. The coil wall is separating in a vertical line in multiple places, seven places to be exact! The separating is wide enough that you could almost stick your hand through each separation point of the coil. I communicated this to Bob's air-conditioning. They sent a tech out. The tech said that somebody may be have opened up the unit and got in there and separated it as if. Someone had some type of benefit to open up the air-conditioning unit panels take off the top of the roof and everything else what he had to do to access the unit and his so called professional diagnostic conclusion is that. Somebody probably did this to sabotage the unit in so many words. I finally get a call from whoever Frederick is at Bob's AC unit air-conditioning and the conversation didn't go so professionally. Voices was raised as if I'm the bad guy, unprofessional tone, unprofessional delivery, unprofessional comments on him, saying he'll be letting the manufacturer know that he had a customer that was complaining about a coil, which I stopped him in his tracks and let him know when you write that make sure you put a paying customer that paid $12,000 cash in your message of the complaining customer. I was told that he's looking at brand new units that has the same issue right in front of him this separation on multiple different units. I immediately told him you shouldn't be putting your name on that unit if the manufacturer is starting out with that kind of a product and have issues with it. He advised me that this is a top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit which I beg to differ cause it ain't even last a year without me having any issues but it's supposed to be the top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit for $12,000 and not even a year later, separation in a coils in a vertical line that is beyond deterioration and I'm pretty sure it's gonna get worse rapidly. So now I'm just AOL of $12,000 because it's not not working and it's past 90 days I was told. So I guess I need to figure out where I'm gonna come up with the next $12,000 to get the original air-conditioning unit that I had in my home prior again because this unit is trash!!! Morale of the story, is that I wouldn't recommend Bob's air-conditioning or unit along with their materials that they're selling as in top-of-the-line product because it didn't last a year! Stay away from the train if you don't have money to buy an air-conditioning unit or fix your air-conditioning unit yearly! Lennox is the unit that I had prior that I will buy again even with this unit working still. To be honest I really don't even want it anymore so good luck with finding a good air-conditioning guy company that is gonna honor a one year warranty because I was told that to one year warranty was that the unit had to fail for the warranty to kick for labor and I'm past my 90 install so in so many words. I'm just AOL! Welcome to America!!!

He…read moreperformed a flush of the water heater for me, part of an annual servicing I learned i needed to do after my water heater died last year and a new one was installed. He did advise me that an Anode Rod needed replacing. Although the home warranty replaced the water heater last year and wrote on it to replace every 2-3 years, Tim said after one year, it looks like it might be failing. After thinking about it and working with my water osmosis filter company and them having to replace my water softener, they also confirm replacing the anode rod is probably the best thing for me, so now I will look into this company replacing the anode rod as suggested. I just have to do research enough to learn more to make these better decisions. Thank you to Legacy for their services and how they handled my account.

I had ongoing issues with an AC unit that was installed about four years ago, and while I'll spare the full story, I do want to highlight the employees who turned a very stressful situation into a positive customer experience. Cristofer was assigned to the job, and what stood out most was his ability to quickly identify the root cause of the problem and present effective solutions. He was patient, professional, and never once made me feel like my concerns were a burden. Having worked with him on multiple occasions, I can confidently say he consistently demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service. Well done, Cristofer! I'd also like to acknowledge Donavan, the VP. After experiencing these issues, I reached out to discuss my concerns and was told he would return my call. To my surprise, he did exactly that. Donavan took the time to listen carefully and worked toward a resolution. Based on Cristofer's expertise and professionalism, along with Donavan's responsiveness and leadership, it's clear that this company values its customers and fosters a customer-focused culture from the top down. Unfortunately, that also put him in a very uncomfortable position when he had to quote my elderly mother $1,669 (after discounts) for a capacitor replacement on the casita split unit and a Max Air hard start on the main house unit. My mother is retired military and elderly and has maintained regular biannual service with your company. At the last service visit nothing was flagged as a problem. We understand HVAC work costs money and we do not expect anyone to work for free. However, a capacitor typically costs under $200 and a Max Air hard start retails around $399, so a bill approaching $1,700 during a warranty-related visit feels excessive. This is particularly frustrating because we previously experienced losing AC during 115° heat and had to sit in a 97° house for two days waiting on parts. We also waited several additional days for the casita split repair and even had to have a wall replaced with metal because the original unit was unavailable. After such experiences during the heat and being told our warranty would be void should we seek alternatives, my family feels boxed in. Alex handled everything professionally and kindly. Our frustration is not with him, but with the pricing structure and the difficult position technicians are put in when explaining these costs to long-time customers, especially elderly and military families. While I do not expect this review to change your policies, I want it documented that loyal customers notice when pricing feels excessive and they are pushed due to the weather conditions, past experiences and or their warranty being voided if they price compare aka shop during warranty-related visits.
