I needed someone last minute! TC and his team came to my rescue. TC was very polite took his time explaining the details of the move and cost. His guys were due to show up at 5pm but got to me at about 3:45. They worked fast and took good care of my things with all types of wrapsThe only complaint I have is, my wall mirror was broken during the move. I called TC the very next day (Sunday) there was no answer. Called Monday, same thing. I believe that TC accidentally called me on Tuesday and I explained that my mirror was broken during the move. He sounded like "blah" not too concern. He told me to take a picture of the mirror and email it back to him. I followed his instructions and I haven't heard anything from him since and this was two days ago. Just check your breakables before the guys leave. In addition to TC's response, I said in my original message that my things were wrapped. Your team moved THREE of my mirrors so I don't think they would recall an itch crack as you put it. I did not bad mouth your business, I simply stated MY experience with you all so there's no need to be defensive. Lastly, If I'd broken my mirror myself, why would I contact you for a partial payment of what I paid for it? $25 will not replace the $40 I paid for the mirror. At any cost, I appreciate your services and willingness to try and satisfy me. However, I don't appreciate your argumentative and very defensive response, ESPECIALLY since we'd spoken already and hashed out the issue. You should consider being more professional in your responses!!! read more

These guys saved my ass. I had to pack up my ReloCube for my move to Colorado and, well, I didn't have the time or the energy to do it myself. I was also afraid that if I didn't pack it correctly, I would arrive in Colorado to a Cube full of broken dreams. By broken dreams, I mean a broken big screen tv. Caveat: I haven't been to Colorado yet to make sure my dreams aren't broken, but if they are, it was my fault for not wrapping my stuff up well enough. With Impack, you have three pricing options: 1 helper for 30/hr, 2 helpers for 50/hr, or 3 helpers for $75 an hour. I went with 2 helpers for $50 per hour, and I believe there was a two hour minimum. NOTE: IMPACK IS LABOR ONLY. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A MOVING TRUCK, MOVING BLANKETS, OR PACKING MATERIALS. These guys are best used for packing a Uhaul truck, a POD or Relocube, or a storage facility. They provide their own hand trucks and furniture dollys, however. Anyways, these guys were fast and efficient. They packed my entire Relocube in under 2 hours, and didn't even take a glass of water for me. TC (the owner) and his assistant were able to cram more into that tiny Relocube than I thought humanely possible. WIth that kind of packing, it should greatly reduce the chances of something going horribly wrong. They were priced affordably, ontime, skilled, friendly, and spoke english. Finding good moving assistance can be a daunting task, yelpers. That's why I've tried it out for you already. Let the pros pack your stuff. It's worth it. read more

We have used TC and his crew on 5 moves now and they have been awesome! They are always on time and even make a call or send a text to let you know they are on their way. The 2 man crew work so well you would think there were 4 of them. They take the time to wrap all the furniture and carefully load them on to their truck. Professional, courteous, and hard working! The guys busted their behinds from the moment they arrived until the moment the last bit of things were taken off the truck to the new house. I booked them through Uhaul. They confirmed within an hour, and sent follow up emails explaining the process. TC and Travis arrived promptly, asked a few questions, and started working. They were awesome. They got everything out, packed it into the truck, and were done in right at 2 hours. We're really glad we used them, and would recommend them to anyone! We scheduled this mover on Jan 9 for Jan 31. Gave Credit Card info to secure date. Signed and returned form. On the day of called to say one mover called in sick. We rescheduled for Feb 1 at 5:00. Received confirmation. No show, no call, no text. We had to hire another Mover last min and paid a premium price. Received another message they closed the business. I had to pay additional rent. They are fast and strong, but very careful--never had anything broken. They are always patient and willing to accommodate your schedule. Very impressed with our movers, Dee and Terrance. They were very polite and fast. They moved quickly within the 2hr minimum. We moved from the 3rd floor to the bottom floor in the same complex. Scheduled this company a week out to move from a 5 bedroom, 3,500 sf house. A couple hours before our scheduled move owner calls to cancel our move and reschedule. He said his guys were "exhausted" from the move they just completed and he had to tell them to go home and rest. He promised to call me back with a new time and never did. After three hours of calling him and no response I had to book another company. Completely unprofessional and a complete disregard for his customers. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this company. Now I'm left having to wait for another company to come and do the job he just deserted. Pathetic. Customer beware. Price is good but you get what you pay for! read more

I booked Impack Movers through U-Haul. For the price for 4 hours, I would recommend to anyone. My movers were a guy named TC and another man I cant remember his name. They are FAST and STRONG. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor moving into a 1 story home, and it was 90 degrees outside. They worked SO fast, nothing was broken, our wood floors in tact. We hired Impack Movers based on their rate and reviews and couldn't be happier that we did! They were perfectly punctual, super friendly, and loaded the truck faster than we expected. They must also play a lot of Tetris in their downtime because they used every cubic inch of the moving truck and made what shouldn't have fit actually fit. Unreliable!! We confirmed our move 2 weeks before scheduled move. We received an email 12 hours before they were to be here that they cancelled our appointment!!!! The email stated a truck of theirs had been side swiped. We got NO courtesy call. NO attempt to help schedule another day. Leaving my husband and myself to scramble to find a Uhaul truck. They could have at least offerred man power to help us move or gone and rented a truck themselves and kept the appointment. I would never recommend this company to anyone who had to move . You are better off doing it yourself as you probably would anyway , with these guys!! read more

I have never used movers before and was very nervous after reading serveral horror stories from other companies. I found no bad reviews on Impack and their rates are fair. The communication was easy and thorough, no surprises. I was notified several times prior to the move to confirm. The movers arrived on time and were efficient and patient. They never once complained, even though my old residence did not have electricity. we were all hot and dripping with sweat and they worked diligently to get me moved and didn't rush or take shortcuts. All of my items were meticulously wrapped, covered and delivered carefully and without a scratch. They were very professional and I am grateful for their help. Thanks to fellow Yelpers I decided to use Impack Movers for my moving needs. I moved from a one bedroom apartment from the 2nd floor onto a storage unit on the second floor. Scheduling the move went smoothly, the date that I wanted was available and TC sent over the agreement. The morning of the move I received a call informing me that they were on the way. They were approx. 10 minutes late, which isn't too bad considering that the 290/1960 area can be a nightmare to drive on at times. Once they got there I signed some paper work and they got right to work. The guys don't talk much, but they were very careful with my belongings. They even shrink wrapped basically everything that was not in a box or container. I felt a lot better about leaving my things in a storage unit for an extended period of time. The total move was about 2 hour and 20 minutes. I will definitely be using them for my future moving needs, as well as recommending them to anyone that I know who is in need of a reliable moving service! read more

I hired Impack Movers (Movers) thru U-Haul's Movers Advantage Program. During the move on May 27, Mover damaged my Linn Sondek turntable. "TC" (owner) acknowledged damage but is refusing to pay for it. He initially tried placing blame on me through ridiculous accusations (which I have debunked) and is now placing blame on his insurance company. TC claims that it's not his fault because "his insurance company will not pay for it". His "insurance company" never contacted me. Anyone who has delt with an insurance company knows that contact is always the first step in any claims process. Thought I was safe hiring a respectable mover through U-haul, who is not doing anything about this (never hire through u-haul). Stay away from this mover. read more

The men arrived on time, listened to a concern I had and instantly formulated a plan for loading the 20ft U-Haul I already had. The truck was loaded perfectly within an hour and a half. These guys took what I considered a chaotic difficult challenge and made it look like an organized routine. I couldn't believe my eyes. They didn't quit moving until every piece was loaded. We arrived at the location for unloading and the truck was unloaded in an hour. Travis and Darnell went above and beyond anything I expected. These guys worked hard and fast. Wow! These guys are AMAZING!!! I have used movers before 3 years ago but they are no longer around so I was once again shopping for a fair and reputable moving service, after countless phone calls and web searches I found Impack Movers, I called and spoke with TC, he was super professional and friendly! They arrived right on time and came fully equipped with padding blankets, saran wrap, padded dollies, the works. It was TC and two others guys, I liked that TC (the owner) actually works on his crews and makes sure everything is done right. These are some strong men, they moved my furniture which I thought was heavy like nobody's business. They did not waste anytime and total move from when they arrived to when they left took only 1.5 hours. I am still impressed with the service and how quick everything was completed.
