I've been searching for a great chiropractor and chiropractic care clinic with great accommodating staff and I feel I hit the jackpot with Impact chiropractic. When I came in for my initial visit, the front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. Also, seeing how the staff continues to build positive relationships with other patients in the room showed me how much they care about their patients and their well being. I have learned from past experiences that loving your job positively affects the entire atmosphere at the workplace and the staff here seem to really show that. When I first met Dr. Chase, he was curious to learn more about my well being and where I have been experiencing pain. He was very professional and continued to show curiosity towards how I can get the best treatments from him and his staff. I tried to be as detailed as possible so that I can make him aware of my background history and what might've caused my ongoing neck, shoulder, and upper back pain. He assessed my movements and learned that that assessment caused me to feel tender and experience some pain which I knew was required to do so that he could learn what my limits are. So, he placed a heating pad under me for 10 mins before I got adjusted and the adjustment went very smoothly. I felt so much lighter afterwards and felt I was able to move around in ways I couldn't before. Because my body was used to living in pain and moving in certain ways, I could feel my body slowly return to only being able to move in certain ways throughout the day but I knew that over time, after furthering my treatment with Dr. Chase, that I'd be able to feel more flexible and have less and less pain. Their office feels so calm and I felt so taken care of. It's a quiet and caring type of environment to be in especially after a long day of work. I felt much better after my initial visit and am looking forward to continuing my care here with Dr. Chase and the rest of the staff. 9 days ago my dog dumped her water bowl over--i did not see this on tile floor..flew in the air, went down on one knee and partial splits...could not move well for 9 days..advil..all day...no sleep thinking pain would go away. this morning i could barely get out of bed. At 9:30 am I had chiro with Dr. Smith and then TINS unit on knees...followed by stretching with Tina....I came home--no advil today laid on bed and JUST woke up pain free. The stupid thing is i was putting off appointment due to pain....with one day of treatment I finally slept 3 hours and got off bed pain free...about to walk my dog.
