People line up well before opening because they know if you show up after, your whole morning is shot. I've gone to other locations and the difference is night and day. I have started literally driving 30mins further away to get labs rather than here, and it STILL saves me time.

Sign in at the kiosk, sit down, go to the desk when your name is called. I had prepaid, so I handed Michele my paperwork. The phlebotomists moved quickly. When I was called, Michele, a woman of many talents, turned out to be a phlebotomist, too. I'm used to getting finger sticks for INR, but a venipuncture was required. I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE GO INTO MY VEIN, which Michele found on the first try! Usually, I'm like a pin cushion when others have drawn blood from me. SHE IS GREAT! Both she and her colleague were polite, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this lab! Thank you, Michele and Clinical Path. Lab in Bastrop, Texas!

No one in the waiting room appeared frustrated for any reason. I also found the wait after checking in to be quite short. The phlebotomist was easy to interact with, and was happy to explain specifics about my blood draw. Finally, I very happy she was able to draw my blood on her first try (yes, I've encountered ones who did not--so this is important to me!). In all, I definitely will return here to complete future lab work.
