    Stay away from these scam artists!!! Two brothers. They are rude, unprofessional, obnoxious liars. They should not be selling cars!! They are selling people lemons and they know it! Had I found these reviews before I made my purchase I wouldn't have dealt with these guys. They clearly have a terrible reputation. Don't waste your time or money dealing with Imperial Highline. They are located in VA and I live in MD. Prior to closing the sale I mentioned to Salim "what if I have problems with my Maryland inspection?" He said he would work with me. That was first lie of many. Upon inspection it was discovered that the front passenger rim was cracked in four places. The back tires needed rotars and breaks. It was raining at the time that I purchased car so I didn't discover the chip in the windshield until later. He did not deliver on any of the promises he made when we started the transaction. For instance he assured me a full tank of gas but the tank was only half full and he refused to fill it. The car I purchased only had one key he lied and told me a second key would cost $300-$400 and I could use his company discount at the dealership. Another lie, the key actually cost $1000. These guys should not be in business. If you do decide to deal with them make sure you read ALL and I mean ALL of the contract in it's entirety before you sign it!

    Imperial Highline went above and beyond for me with everything I wanted with a car. I purchased my 2021 Is 350 Lexus from IHL and couldn't have been more happier with how everything went! I particularly wanted white seats and they catered to me without any complications. Salim was terrific and made the process so easy for me. I cannot wait to purchase my next car from them!!     Don't buy a car from this car dealer take your money somewhere else. I brought a 2016 Chevy cruise three week ago it pass Maryland inspection but I have to fix water pump,oil gasket and other problem from this car. They will sell you anything for Money. Less than 30 days I put $2,499 on this car from this dealership. Trash dealership please take your money somewhere else. From Keith

    Just read through several reviews and sad to hear other stories were so bad. I just purchased a 2019 Escalade and Yosuf was the truth! Very nice, not pushy, and put new brakes on the vehicle because it was pointed out in a test drive . My experience was different! I would recommend him all day, I guess he wasn't around for the horror stories from the past, but he is making them right now! Give them a try!

On one hand, the initial sales process with Habby and Kayla was excellent--professional, smooth, and pressure-free. I also really love the car. On the other hand, the finance department subsequently engaged in a deceptive product substitution that has resulted in a months-long administrative nightmare. During my financial signing, I was presented with a digital selection screen explicitly branded and marketed as the manufacturer's official Subaru Added Security (SAS) protection program. I agreed to purchase these official plans for a total of $4,103.00. However, without my knowledge or consent, the finance department switched the finalized paperwork to third-party contracts administered by Fidelity Warranty Services (JM&A Group). When I discovered the unauthorized switch, the Finance Director, Emmir Quiroga, explicitly admitted the discrepancy in writing on April 30th and agreed to void the third-party contracts and convert them to the authentic, backdated factory SAS plans. I signed and returned the cancellation documents that exact same day. It has taken over a month and a formal escalation to Subaru Customer Advocacy, the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), and Better Business Bureau just to get a basic status update. It is ridiculous that a dealership requires corporate and state-level intervention just to honor a written agreement. I highly recommend the sales staff here, but look at your final finance paperwork with a magnifying glass before signing.

When I reached out to speak with someone in sales I was connected to Medhat. Medhat took the call and was very professional in discussing our needs first on the phone then in the dealership. I have Parkinson's and find it difficult to deal with stress and pressure. Joon came over to us and introduced himself and told us he and Medhat would make the deal work, and it did. Medhat worked with Joon to put together a package that would work for us. We felt no pressure and had been given the time and space to make our decision. Once we selected the car and agreed upon the pricing we were introduced to Robert, the Finance guy. At this point usually we know that other dealerships pressure their customers into packages that may never be used. Robert listened to us and gave us what we needed for the car. We left the dealership with the right car, at the right price. We recommend anyone who desires a new or used car that you should visit Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas VA. Especially if you are a veteran, I was particularly disappointed by the lack of transparency and attention to customer service. My salesperson Mr Derby came from another location because the car I wanted was here. At no time did I feel pressured, everything was explained to me including the fine print. The financial manager Henry was great too. I had to bring my car in for a recall, and Jharron G was very professional and informed me on the status of my car. I had unpleasant experiences at VW dealerships in my area in the past where they would overcharge or mislead me into thinking that I need certain repairs... I m glad that I have a trusted place for my car. My only gripe is the lobby to wait for my car is kinda small, the entire time there was a customer who had a loud convo the entire time -__- the echoed. Not only did he pull it up front ready and waiting, he took a video and sent it to us as we're were getting on the road (proof of life - lol). No bait and switch here! Raj and the sales Manager Haben worked hand in hand to help us and sped the process up. In fact everyone we encountered at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. The finance rep also twisted the numbers and tried to push costly "warranties," which I cancelled only after crunching the real figures-note the financial "supervisor" failed to return multiple calls as well. Pleasant sales talk doesn't mean honest business--buyer beware. I won't be going back or recommending them.
