I literally called before driving all the way from South Orange County to see a car that the salesman said was there. After arriving, sure enough the car was not there. Drove well over an hour to get here just to be given a story about why the car isn't there. Really disappointed. There is no respect for one's time at this business. I watched Jeff become visibly shaken when my husband started asking questions about the additional charges. Instead of sitting down with us and calmly explaining exactly what we were being charged for, he became defensive and tried to kick my husband out of his office simply because he wanted answers about our own money. I was sitting right there and witnessed the entire interaction. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly shocking to watch someone who is supposed to be handling the financial side of a major purchase behave that way. What made me even angrier was that when we tried to contact him, he avoided us instead of having the professionalism to speak with us and explain the charges. Nearly $2300 in add-ons is not pocket change. We have every right to know exactly what we were charged for and why. I can't help but wonder whether the additional commission from those add-ons was more important to him than being transparent with his customers. In my personal experience, Jeff Garcia was completely incompetent and unprofessional. If you cannot explain the charges on a customer's loan and stand behind the paperwork you put in front of them, then you have no business treating customers this way. I left that office angry, frustrated, and feeling completely disrespected. My advice to anyone buying from this dealership: DO NOT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN IN THE FINANCE OFFICE. READ EVERY SINGLE LINE. QUESTION EVERY ADD-ON. CHECK EVERY NUMBER. And do not sign anything until you fully understand what you're paying for. I was there. I saw how my husband was treated. Max was awesome. Told him what my mom was looking for, for her the last car she'll probably ever…read moreown. He took us to the fully loaded C300 and it was love at first site for my mom. Max explained everything and was quick to help us get everything finalized. Saved us a good chunk of change on the asking price as well. Only issue was how long it took, but I can't mark them down since we were the last customer and we walked in an hour before closing. I hate how predatory the extended warranty always feels. But every dealership is like that, so I didn't mark it down for that either. It's just part of the experience when buying a car unfortunately. Again, Max was awesome, glad he was the one who helped us and got the sale and commission. I will say tho, the commission amount is bullshit. Pay your guys more ffs. Overall, great day at the dealership. Mom absolutely loves the car. And no trying to push other cars on us. Told him exactly what she wanted and showed us 1 car, done deal. So glad they redesigned the rear end of the C300 from 2024&2025 to the new 2026. Looks much better.
